A melhor estadia em hotel que tivemos até agora (e vimos muito!): O pessoal é incrível, todos são muito simpáticos e prestativos e farão tudo para acomodar os hóspedes e fazê-los se sentir em casa. Aqui estão apenas alguns exemplos: - meu marido é vegetariano e o chef da cozinha preparava um cardápio vegetariano só para ele todas as noites, ele ainda podia escolher seus ingredientes favoritos para as noites seguintes; - Ash, o gerente do hotel, se conecta com todos os hóspedes pelo menos uma vez por dia em um bate-papo informal e agradável para ajudar, dar conselhos e entender como ele e a equipe podem tornar a estadia no hotel incrível; - a equipa preparou chips de pão apenas para os experimentarmos, depois de termos aprendido na inspiradora caminhada pela natureza que se pode saborear fruta-pão como chips!A comida em geral era fantástica, muito deliciosa e servida com criatividade. No geral, atendimento ao cliente realmente incrível e a mais alta hospitalidade que já experimentamos! E é claro que o hotel tem um lindo campus com muito Coco de Mer, é muito limpo e bem cuidado, ótimos pores do sol no cais desfrutando de um saboroso coquetel da adorável equipe do bar.Muito obrigado Ash, Harry, Joe, Henri, Sandra, Georghette, Ginette, Anna, Rose, Natalia, Gavin, Jimmy, Philipp e qualquer pessoa que eu possa ter esquecido. Aquí solo un par de ejemplos: - mi esposo es vegetariano y el chef de cocina preparó un menú vegetariano solo para él todas las noches, incluso pudo elegir sus ingredientes favoritos para las próximas noches; - Ash, el gerente del hotel, se conecta con cada huésped al menos una vez al día en una charla informal y agradable para ayudar, dar consejos y comprender cómo él y el equipo pueden hacer que la estadía en el hotel sea increíble; - ¡el equipo preparó chips de pan solo para que los experimentemos después de haber aprendido en la inspiradora caminata por la naturaleza que se puede disfrutar del fruto del pan como chips!La comida en general fue fantástica, muy deliciosa y servida con creatividad. The best hotel stay we had so far (and we have seen a lot!): the staff is amazing, everyone is very friendly & helpful and they will go over and beyond to accommodate the guests and make them feel at home. Here just a couple of examples: - my husband is Vegetarian and the kitchen chef prepared a vegetarian menu just for him every night, he even got to choose his favorite ingredients for the next nights; - Ash, the hotel manager, connects with every guest at least once per day in an informal, enjoyable chat to help, give advice and understand how he & the team can make the hotel stay amazing; - the team prepared bread chips just for us to experience them after we had learned in the inspiring nature walk that you can enjoy breadfruit as chips! The food in general was fantastic, very delicious and served creatively. Overall, really awesome customer service and highest hospitality we have ever experienced! And of course the hotel has a beautiful campus with lots of Coco de Mer, is very clean & well taken care of, great sundowns on the dock enjoying a tasty cocktail from the lovely team at the bar. Thank you so much Ash, Harry, Joe, Henri, Sandra, Georghette, Ginette, Anna, Rose, Natalia, Gavin, Jimmy, Philipp and anyone I may have forgotten. Although it's been a couple of months since our stay now, we regularly still think back with lots of positive memories to the beautiful time we had in those 5 days with you! Devido às recentes instruções da corona, tivemos que cancelar a reserva no último minuto e voar de volta para Israel. Embora não fôssemos qualificados para o crédito, a equipe nos deu o crédito total sem fazer perguntas. Lamentamos muito não termos conseguido visitar o local. Nosso caso mostra que por trás do hotel está uma equipe que fará de tudo pelos hóspedes do hotel. Se alguém estiver indeciso se deve vir por medo de mau funcionamento do Corona, não se preocupe - o pessoal do hotel virá até você caso você tenha que cancelar, então não tenha medo de fazer uma reserva, você está em boas mãos.

Hotel excelente e recomendado. O hotel está localizado ao longo de uma praia de areia branca e águas cristalinas azul-turquesa. O hotel tem vistas tropicais ricas e rochas de granito deslumbrantes. Quartos confortáveis e bonitos com vista para o mar. Uma bela piscina e mais uma localizada em uma superfície no mar, serviços esportivos gratuitos: caiaques, safári, windsurf, bicicletas e muito mais. A sala de jantar e o bar da piscina servem comida variada. Os funcionários do hotel são atenciosos e prestativos, acima de tudo o gerente do hotel é o Sr. Ash, uma pessoa charmosa e cortês que ajuda em tudo que é solicitado. Fomos 2 casais durante 7 dias e quando precisávamos de uma troca de voos tivemos uma ajuda excepcional do incrível gerente do hotel, para lidar com a falta de companhias aéreas, providenciar motoristas em vários lugares, e-mails e preencher formulários. Nunca conhecemos um gerente tão gentil que esteja disposto a dedicar muitas horas ajudando o hóspede.

Hotel increíble con personal increíble !! Vinimos por solo 1 noche y ojalá pudiéramos quedarnos más. El hotel es muy único y hermoso, con una piscina infinita y hamacas sobre el agua del mar, el gerente del hotel y el personal del hotel nos ayudaron con * todo * que necesitábamos y tuvieron la mejor actitud que he visto en las Seychelles. Nos lo pasamos de maravilla allí y realmente recomiendo alojarse allí.

Hotel excelente y recomendado. El hotel está situado a lo largo de una playa de arena blanca y aguas cristalinas de color turquesa. El hotel tiene hermosas vistas tropicales e impresionantes rocas de granito. Cómodas y hermosas habitaciones con vista al mar. Una hermosa piscina y otra más ubicada en una superficie en el mar, servicios deportivos gratuitos: kayaks, safari, windsurf, bicicletas y más. El comedor y el bar de la piscina son buenos con comida variada. El personal del hotel es cortés y servicial. Estuvimos 2 parejas durante 7 días y cuando necesitábamos un cambio de vuelos, recibimos ayuda excepcional del increíble gerente del hotel, para lidiar con la falta de aerolíneas, organizar conductores en varios lugares, correos electrónicos y completar formularios. Nunca hemos conocido a un gerente tan amable que esté dispuesto a pasar muchas horas ayudando al huésped.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff!! We came for only 1 night and wished we could stay for more. The hotel is very unique and beautiful with an infinity pool & hammocks above the sea water, the hotel manager & hotel staff helped us with *everything* we needed and had the best attitude I have seen in seychelles. We had the best time there and really recommend staying there

Ótima experiência! Antes de mais nada, Ash (o gerente do hotel e dono da festa) é uma pessoa notável, extraordinariamente simpática, sensível, inteligente e acolhedora! A piscina infinita é incrível, embora a água não seja super clara / clara. A ilha (veja nas fotos) é excelente e geralmente as instalações públicas do hotel (piscina, praia, etc) são de primeira classe, nível 5 estrelas. A tripulação é tão legal, atenciosa e doce! A comida é boa, mas não mais, o que se deve em parte ao Covid-19, mas também não é de alto nível. ¡Gran experiencia! En primer lugar, Ash (el gerente del hotel y propietario de la fiesta) es una persona extraordinaria, extraordinariamente agradable, sensible, inteligente y acogedora. La piscina infinita es increíble, aunque el agua no es muy clara. La isla (ver en las fotos) es magnífica y, en general, las instalaciones públicas del hotel (piscina, playa, etc.) son de primera clase, nivel 5 estrellas. ¡La tripulación es muy agradable, atenta y dulce! La comida es buena, pero no más, lo que se debe en parte al Covid-19, pero tampoco es de muy alto nivel. Intentan satisfacer tanto como sea posible 🙆 Las habitaciones están muy limpias pero puedes oír los ruidos de las habitaciones adyacentes, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante. ¿La vista es asombrosa y el hotel es hermoso? My Wife and I spent three days at this hotel over a weekend. The hotel is lovely and very well equipped as well as beautifully positioned on Praslin. What made our stay perfect was the Managment and staff. They could not have done more to look after us and make our stay special. My wife is gluten intolerant and they catered for all her needs too. Great experience! First and foremost Ash (the hotel manager and party owner) is a remarkable person, extraordinary nice, sensitive, smart and welcoming! The infinity pool is amazing, although the water are not super clear/clear. The island (see in photos) is superb and generally the hotel public facilities (pool, beach, etc) are first class, 5-star level. The crew is so nice, attentive and sweet! The food is nice but not more, which is partly due to Covid-19 but also is not super high level. They do try to satisfy as much as possible 🙆 The rooms are very clean but you can hear the adjacent rooms noises which was kind of disappointing. The view is astonishing and the hotel is beautiful 💫 The gym is also great and highly equipped ⛹️ Thanks for the wonderful hospitality 🙏

Do início ao fim da estadia, a equipe mima os hóspedes. Aproveitamos os passeios organizados e foram todos super. A equipe também nos arranjou um carro para alugar em uma hora. Os quartos com ar condicionado são espaçosos, limpos e acolhedores. O som das ondas do mar vai embalar você à noite e o canto dos melros vai te acordar de manhã. No dia da partida, o imóvel oferece vestiário com ducha. Eu recomendo meia pensão porque a propriedade é isolada e não há restaurantes nas proximidades (a menos que você tenha um carro). O café da manhã é muito variado. Ao jantar, todas as noites há um tema com inúmeros pratos de carne e peixe, desde petiscos a sobremesas. No local você pode fazer uso das canoas e da academia. A praia do hotel é limpa diariamente das algas que inevitavelmente se acumulam.

Hotel con muy buenas instalaciones el cual te hara desconectar por completo muy buenas habitaciones y amplias habitaciones y muy buena piscina a ras del mar pero un personal alguno en concreto un tanto borde y desgradable con una cocina que no esta a la altura del hotel salvo el desayuno muy variado y amplio

We loved our stay here - it was fantastic! The rooms were clean, the food tasty, the views amazing. The location is perfect and the staff are so lovely. We went for our honeymoon - money well spent! We intend to go again :)

One thing for the Hotel... UltimateThe hotel is completely amazing. The best I would say in Praslin island. It has all facilities you would think of in a hotel. Has two pools. Both are completely amazing. The views are amazing. Most liked was the room and its ambience, its design, the large mirrors, the amenities inside. Completely worth the price. Must stay Highly recommended

Traveller Paradise

A beautiful place with friendly, efficient and welcoming staff and a full range of great facilities and services. You can expect to experience true unobtrusive but attentive luxury service from your hosts. Food buffets were varied, fresh and great quality. Breakfasts were all one would expect of 5 star facilities so was our room and room services. I’d recommend they refresh the gym facilities but admittedly they are not the priority for most on a vacation stop to a place like this. Would recommend to anyone.
