Temos ficado 5 noites neste hotel agora. Pedimos um quarto superior. O quarto era bom tão grande quanto o banheiro .. perfeito .. mas infelizmente não havia janela que pudesse ser aberta !! .. e além disso você podia ouvir o barulho na sala ao lado sendo uma sala comunicante. O café da manhã era barato, mas também era ruim !! A localização do hotel era muito boa .. muitos ótimos restaurantes nas proximidades.

Estuve en un evento en la terraza del 5o. Piso, muy caluroso falto aire acondicionado y falla la pantalla grande donde proyectaba el expositor. Cuiden esos detalles.

Minha esposa e eu estávamos em Guadalajara por 5 noites para umas férias rápidas. Escolhemos ficar no Square Small Luxury Hotel por causa da localização e sensação de boutique do hotel. Não ficamos desapontados. A partir do momento em que chegamos, nos sentimos como se estivéssemos em casa. O hotel é lindo, com grande arte e excelente ambiente. É limpo e confortável, e TODOS os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. O deck na cobertura é uma ótima comodidade. O café da manhã é gostoso e o atendimento é maravilhoso. Nos sentimos como uma família no hotel. O quarto era grande (delicie-se com a suíte!), ótimas comodidades, muito limpo, muito confortável e tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Só ficarei neste hotel quando voltar a Guadalajara!

Infelizmente o Hotel tem "apenas" 1 (UM) garçom no próprio restaurante que presta serviço de quarto, 1 (UM) estacionamento com manobrista e 1 (UM) Bagageiro, o pessoal dando TUDO mas não chega O HOTEL estava cheio Depois das 35 minutos de espera, eu mesmo baixei as malas do meu carro e esperei mais 30 minutos para que as malas fossem trazidas, que aliás foi o garçom que as trouxe até mim. É incrível que um hotel que cobra $ 3.000 pesos por noite só tem 1 (UM) em cada área dando um péssimo serviço insisto que o pessoal dê 100 mas NÃO É SUFICIENTE para um Hotel com sua ocupação máxima.

Desgraciadamente El Hotel cuenta con " solo " 1 (UNO)mesero en el restaurante mismo que da el servicio en habitaciones, 1 (UNO) Vallet Parking y 1 (UNO) Maletero el personal dando TODOpero NO es suficiente EL HOTEL estaba con cupolleno después de 35 minutos de espera baje la maletas de mi autoyo mismo y espere otros 30 minutos para que me subieran las maletas que por cierto fue el mesero quien me las subió es increíble que un hotel que cobra $3,000 pesos la noche solo tenga 1 (UNO) en cada área dando un pésimo servicio insisto el personal dando el 100 pero NOes SUFICIENTE para un Hotel con su máxima ocupación.

My wife and I were in Guadalajara for 5 nights for a quick vacation. We chose to stay at Square Small Luxury Hotel because of the location and boutique feeling of the hotel. We were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like it was home. The hotel is beautiful, with great art and great ambiance. It is clean, and comfortable, and ALL of the staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooftop deck is a great amenity. The morning breakfast is tasty and the service is wonderful. We were made to feel like family at the hotel. The room was big (treat yourself to the suite!), great amenities, very clean, very comfortable, and it had everything we needed. I will only stay at this hotel when I return to Guadalajara!

Solicitou um quarto alto com bela vista. Ficou no primeiro andar, quarto mais próximo do balcão de check-in. Perguntado se poderíamos mudar de quarto e fomos informados de que apenas outro quarto disponível tinha uma janela que dava para uma parede. As 24 horas inteiras que estivemos lá (incluindo piscina, sala de jantar, área de exercícios e balcão de check-in) só vimos 5 outros hóspedes. Não foi possível obter serviço de bebidas na piscina, o café da manhã foi horrível (não foi mostrado um menu, apenas servidos ovos moles).

De longe, os quartos excelentes de serviço que são pequenos não tinham vista não significa que o hotel não tenha. apenas o meu quarto não. a piscina era boa, a academia era ótima localização excelente. .

Requested a high room with nice view. Got first floor, closest room to the check-in desk. Asked if we could change rooms
and were told only other room available had a window that looked out to a wall. The entire 24 hours we were there (including pool, dining room, workout area and check in desk) we only saw 5 other guests. Couldn't get drink service at the pool, breakfast was awful (weren't shown a menu, just served runny eggs.)

By far the service outstanding rooms that are small had no View does not mean the hotel doesn't have. just my room did not.pool was nice, gym was nice location outstanding..

No me pareció que la palabra "Luxury" en el nombre del hotel lo defina.Me gustó el hotel en cuanto a la atención y la arquitectura.Me encontré algunos lugares sucios: en la habitación y en las zonas comunes. En el gimnasio había varias bolsas de papas fritas vacías tiradas en el piso. En mi regadera había muchos cabellos pegados en las paredes y techo...El desayuno y el café son de calidad regular.La alberca me indicaron que no era posible ingresar porque había un evento privado...No volvería.

Un hotel fantástico con habitaciones amplias y cómodas, buena cama, buen desayuno una zona de terraza muy agradable. Todo fantástico. Por ponerle un pero, los extractores del baño hacen un ruido como si quisieran succionarte el alma. El Wifi tiene buena velocidad unos 20-40 Mb/s de subida y bajada. El bar anexo es muy agradable también.

Staff was very accommodating, had a small problem with our room and we were immediately moved to a new room. They also offered to take my uncles trash bag full of clothes to our room. Breakfast was exceptional.

Amazing boutique hotel in a fantastic part of Guadalajara! The staff was attentive and friendly and we felt so comfortable while there. Would love to come back to Guadalajara and this would be my top hotel pick. Breakfast was spectacular with a beautiful view each morning. The room was so comforting and pleasant with everything you desire. All the best restaurant were within walking distance and the streets felt safe and friendly. I highly recommend this gorgeous hotel!!
