Tiene una vista muy curiosa en ciertos lados del hotel, pero siendo específicos, lo mejor es el restaurante, tiene una vista bella y está llena de animalitos de la zona La comida es muy buena pero la atención al cliente de parte del hotel es buena, sin embargo del restaurante no tanto

Double room was nice but no refrigerator. They have a shuttle bus to the airport which arrives every 15 minutes. The gift shop owners were wonderful, kind, always welcomed you with a smile I absolutely loved this women owned business. Has a gym, pool, bar, and restaurant. The workers at the restaurant were very nice and the food was good. I was able to use their amenities while waiting for my flight 5 minutes from the airport. Very affordable hotel.

Stayed at this hotel overnight before our cruise, conveniently located within distance of both the airport and the cruise terminal. The restaurant for dinner as well as her breakfast had great choices and was reasonly cost. Great pool, Overlooking the golf course. Staff was very friendly the rooms were clean

Mi estancia es este hotel TERRIBLE, Cobran al hueped , por un servicio Deplorable, la habitación con terribles olores a humedad , aire acondicionado ruidoso no te deja dormir, ruido excesivo en general La bañera si te descuidas te caes De lo resbaloso de la tina,el estacionamiento un caos, La habitación la venden como una mega habitación y es de miedo, terribleee NO LO RECOMIENDO.Mucho cuidadola tarjeta la pasan varias veces la justificación es que su sistema esta fallando y cobran 2 veces , NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIEEE.

I reviewed this place years ago and gave it a 1 due to service and condition of the room. Luckily they have a great Ops manager who contacted me to discuss my experience. After some conversation I decided to give this place another try 2 years from my previous stay since I finally found time to travel again. Joey assured me everything would be better this go round and he was right. The hotel has improved with better food selections, better customer service, and the hotel seemed to have gotten the overall operating aspect down. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I’m so glad I gave them a 2nd chance because it’s so close to the airport and sun rail. I would recommend and return.

Authentic Self

I highly recommend this hotel. It is a one minute drive on their complimentary shuttle and the views from the hotel inside and out are breathtaking. It sits on a beautiful golf course with wildlife close by. They even have signs up by he pool explaining the wildlife and everything you need to know if you encounter such species. The restaurant food and service is 5 star. The amazing fresh fruit flavoured complimentary water in the lobby is beyond delicious. It is a 5 start hotel and I can promise you if we ever come back to Miami we will be staying there.

Muy buen hotel. Él servicio de shuttle con el Aeropuerto funciona puntualmente cada 15'. Personal muy atento. En el check in fuimos beneficiados con un up grade de habitación y un voucher para una cena ligera y una copa, así también como el desayuno que no habíamos incluído en la reserva. Según entendimos, es un beneficio que ofrecen a una cantidad de huespedes al día. Muy grata sorpresa!!! Por supuesto, hermosa y cómoda habitación, con agua mineral y café de cortesía.

Stayed Seven nights here. I had only good experience in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Location of this hotel to was very as almost everything was near. There was 24H shuttle service between airport and the hotel, The train stationto west palm beach is like in 10 minutes walk from the hotel, The metro mover and bus station is the same distance. Basically everything what you need for transportation is close to the hotel. Their breakfast is like buffet several option to choose. I highly recommend this hotel but though without the discount it might be little expensive.

This was our comp room due to a cancelled flight. Check-in was fast and easy. The entire hotel and our room was clean. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view of the canal. Staff was pleasant. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was amazing. Our server Alex was an absolute joy. Shuttle to and from the airport was seamless as well.

Stayed for 4 nights, 5 days. The first two days were fine.. until the third day when my room was cleaned, one of my cosmetics were stolen from me. When I went down to the front desk I was not accommodated at all nor did anyone seem a lick of concerned. I was told the only way they could investigate the situation is if I filed a police report. I had to laugh at that point.The hotel definitely needs upgrading within the rooms, especially in the bathroom. NOTHING within the room felt clean. The sheets & pillows had a strange smell & the bathroom smelled of mold. The carpet had stains of possibly blood or ketchup? Who knows. Also the parking is crazy it’s usually packed & you have to walk far from the parking lot to the hotel. Mind you you’re paying $25 a day for parking, without tax included yet. Disgusted with my stay honestly. Did not expect this from a Marriott/Sheraton hotel.

We were displaced from the airport due to the inefficiency of the airlines. We needed to spend the night so we could fly out the next day. The hotel accommodated us quickly and gave us a pretty good price. What I would like to say is that the young girl that helped us at the front desk was phenomenal. We just got married and she helped calm our nerves from the frustration of the airlines. I don’t remember her name, but she was Venezuelan and has short brown curly hair. She provided us with some appetizer and drink vouchers for the restaurant. It was such a nice gesture and made our night more pleasant. We enjoyed some empanadas and chicken wings at the restaurant before going up to bed so we could make our 8:45 AM flight the next day. The hotel does need some updating, but it did the job for what we needed it for. The bed was pretty comfortable. I would really just like to thank that girl at the front desk again. She was working Monday 4/4/22 around 6:30 PM if that helps identify her.

TERRIBLE! No bell service, no valet. Long walk from parking deck to room. They will not come clean your room during your stay and we were told we would get fresh towels and linen at 11 am. We come back at 7pm, still no towels. We were told that the previous associate was “playing with us” because they do not service rooms everyday. The second associate had a very bad attitude. I am in shock with the way that we were treated. I had to wash myself up with my hands. The a/c was stuck on 60 degrees, the tub was stopped up and dirty, smh. Just ridiculous. I thought Sheraton would be one of the nicer ones.

This resort is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. It made my stay very comfortable and worry free. The pet policy was wonderful and the room was very clean! The restaurant was also great. I wish I had been staying longer than just a night layover. The shuttle was perfect!

Atendimento excelente, todos funcionários muito atenciosos. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, ao lado do aeroporto. O quarto possui um bom tamanho. Custo x benefício muito bom, diária por US$ 125,00 para casal e 2 filhos pequenos. Estacionamento cobrado a parte, R$ 18,00. Piscina externa ampla. Check in e checkout muito eficiente, super rápido!

Apesar de termos ficado hospedados por apenas 4 horas, gostei do hotel: elegante, bonito, bem organizado. Só achei que o café da manhã deveria ser incluso na diária. E o banheiro precisava ter um box para dividir a área de banho com o restante do cômodo. No mais, tudo ótimo.

Funcionários despreparados, nada perto do Hotel, não há serviço de quarto. Não sei como se chama Sheraton. Pedi uma indicação de restaurante no lobby do Hotel pois o restaurante oferece uma comida ruim e um cardápio limitado. A recepcionista me direcionou para um restaurante fechado. Na volta, apesar de ABERTO, os funcionários do restaurante se recusaram a me atender, pois iriam fechar em breve. Zero compromisso com o cliente, estrutura ruim, não voltarei. Se você procura um bom lugar para hospedar, definitivamente não é aqui.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto casi casi para ir a pie y muy cerca de la zona de coches de alquiler. Las habitaciones correctas, quizás un poco antiguas pero bien. la recepción muy amable y comprensible con el idioma. también nos ayudaron a pedir un taxi y nos dieron indicaciones de la ciudad

Hola , he estado en muchos hoteles Sheraton y este se encuentra muy descuidado ! En el baño la tina se encuentra con manchas en esmaltado , estanque de baño no para de sonar, sin jabón en dispensador ducha que solicitamos a mucama fuera de habitación que no tenían , Cortina de habitación con mancha más escritorio con aureola de mancha también Nos cobraron Us 25 por estacionamiento por noche y no existe información en la página de hotel y Booking.com así que solo decir buenas expectativas y mala experiencia . Ojalá se preocupen más , nos ofrecieron cambio de habitación pero nos queda esta noche y salimos temprano ! Mal

Excelente servicio, te ofrecen servicio de shuttle cada 30 minutos desde el aeropuerto, en la habitación tienes café, te, aromática y agua, cuenta con bañera, escritorio, tv, cama super cómoda, en el exterior puedes disfrutar de la piscina y las zonas comunes.

Hopefully my review is seen by travelers as I would like to make a statement on the customer service by Liz at the breakfast area and Ales welcoming demeanor. It's been a while since I've visited a property of this quality and it will surely make me miss it once it's over. If management is reading this please reach out to Liz and the young lady name who served breakfast as her name escapes me. The attention to detail by these 3 associates makes me see what an impact hospitality and friendliness can have on an experience when you are a nomadic traveler. This is a sort of shabby place despite looking relatively upscale at first glance. The bathroom made periodic loud noises and smelled, there was no soap when I arrived and the carpet looked dirty. A fridge or microwave or a restaurant that served dinner would have been nice too. It did the job of providing a place to sleep for a night with a hotel voucher, but that's it. Staff was very pleasant.

Es penoso,llegamos porque perdimos el vuelo . Al llegar aunque el cuarto se veía bonito la alfombra estaba llena de cabellos . La atención de recepción fue buena por el inconveniente pero bueno esa es mi opinión . Estuvimos en el tercer piso .

Splendid hotel! I was greeted immediately with friendly, professional staff. I found and iron and ironing board, hair dryer and eco-friendly large shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. The shower was super powerful! And, it got hot super fast even though when I took a shower at night. There was a dog barking next-door, but it stopped eventually.

Robaron mi lap top en la habitación. Tengo la denuncia policial. El hotel no tiene cámaras de seguridad, no dan información de los accesos a la habitación (que son con tarjeta) y no se hace responsable de la pérdida. No responden los mensajes ni dan mayor información. No limpiaron la habitación durante nuestra estadía (3 noches). Bloquearon el ingreso a la habitación la última noche (la misma del robo) según dijeron por falta de pago cuando la habitación fue Pre pagada semanas antes y cuando reclamé por la lap top dijeron que el cuarto había estado bloqueado. Muy sospechoso.

Para ser tan exclusivo, les falta mucha cordialidad con las personas. Deberían tener en la habitación una guía, con membrete del hotel, de sitios para pedir domicilios y lugares recomendados para visitar y conocer, eso sería un punto importante para el turista. Las habitaciones son muy básicas, no hay horno microondas, no hay nevera, eramos 4 personas y no habían toallas suficientes. Son cosas sencillas que creo se pueden mejorar.

This hotel was really accommodating. My husband and I came to be near downtown Miami and this was about 15 minutes away. Very close to all the great spots. The greatest thing of all was the service we received. My husband surprised me by arranging with them to have the room decorated very nicely with champagne setup waiting for us when we got there. Shoutout to Joey for making it happen! The room we stayed in was pretty nice and like a small apartment. The bedroom and a bathroom were upstairs and downstairs had a living space with a half bath and small kitchenette setup. Room service was great. The pool is open all night ! Shuttle to the airport every half hour. Thank you guys for such a memorable stay

The Room smelled. Ceiling leaked. Had to ask multiple times for fresh towels. No microwave. No fridge. Dirty windows. Overpriced all around. Staff was friendly and great location.

So far the stay is way better than the Holiday inn we stayed it a week ago. We showed up 5 hours before check in, and the front staff host got us in quickly, she was really great as helpful, she honestly needs a raise. The room is decent, only staying for a night but would consider this location again

I would like to rate this hotel a zero but unfortunately I can’t. Room is not being cleaned at all. You can literally find Various stains left by the former residents , such as coffee stains on the sheets, a sock in the corner. On the other hand, the room service was completely suspended, no one will clean the room for you. Also the phone in the room was unavailable that means If you need a clean towel, you need to go to the front desk to get it yourself. What's more, both me and my friends key cards fails for no reason. Imagine the feeling that I returned to my room after a busy day and found that the door could not be opened. A motel might have better service than them.

Alejandro at the front desk was awesome! He checked my group in without a hitch and went above and beyond for us. The hotel itself was surprisingly nice and we had a great view of the golf course/downtown skyline. Would definitely stay here again.

A vista do quarto do Sheraton é o aeroporto, do outro é esse incrível campo de golf que pelo tempo corrido não pudemos usufruir. É um hotel que te dá uma tranquilidade quanto a logística de translado pro aeroporto, e algum serviço específico que venha a necessitar eles estão preparados.

Hotel razoável... Atendimento recepção não é muito bom... Elevadores devagar e só funcionam 3... Pouco para o tamanho do hotel... Fiquei esperando para descer para um evento muito tempo. O elevador passou 4 vezes lotado!! Tive que descer de escada... café da manhã bem fraquinho pelo preço que é cobrado.Os quartos são bons e espaçosos. A localização do hotel é péssima. Encostado no aeroporto. Não tem nada perto! Nem uma farmácia, cafeteria...nada nada... Tudo longe...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights prior to a cruise. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. We didn’t swim in the pool but it wasn’t busy and looked awesome. We did eat room service after flying in and it being late. The food was really good. My only complaints were there was no mini fridge (or I couldn’t find one anywhere in the room), the complimentary water seemed as if it was tap water, when opening it the caps weren’t sealed and the water was filled all the way to the top. Not sure if anybody else experienced this as well. Overall the stay was great and would book again!

Very nice hotel. It's very clean and staff is exceptionally wonderful. Room was very nice, bed was comfortable. Very nice out by the pool as well. I would suggest getting something made for breakfast though, the premade stuff wasn't horrible but a little rubbery.

This hotel is beautiful! I loved the pool and the views, very close to the airport so it’s extremely convenient. The front desk lady was super nice she helped my girlfriend and I a lot! (Wish I could remember her name). Our room was nice and clean and everything was in its place. Definitely will be coming back here when I can.
