I was happy to stay at the hotel as it has a good location and a reasonable price. The hotel has an elevator. The hotel has friendly and professional staff who are responsive to all my requests. The room has everything you need for a business trip. The hotel is suitable for a short trip or a long one. Nice bed and bathroom, but hotel rooms are often overpriced.

Excellent location near old town. Walking distance also to the city centre. Easy to come by bus from airport. Rooms were clean but oldish. Room for three was small. Other room we had, superior, was bigger, had extra room even with extra bed. Mattresses were hard. Extra bed was broken and mattress dirty. Good service when we asked new one. There was earplugs on night stand instead of chocolate 😁 We didn't need those but I understand the need. I could hear neighbors talk. Luckily only shortly and one night. Breakfast was good, nothing special. Not four stars hotel but good and worth the money.

Nice hotel in the Old City of Riga. Great location - all touristic places are in walking availability, as well as shopping centres, train and bus station, market. Good breakfast, nice service in restaurant. Reception is very nice and friendly. Providing not only general service, but also advises for visiting the city. Here you can buy tickets for touristic bus and boat tour! Part of the rooms are recently renovated, part - a bit old. But if you are not going to stay in the room all the time - it won’t bother you!

Stayed here 3 nights. How in god's name this is a 4 star hotel is absolutely beyond me. 2 star at best, but in fairness it has a great location. Alright, let's get into it ✨ The thing that really soured the experience was the breakfast. Truly the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. I picked this hotel because they advertised it as a good breakfast; it was not. Terrible sausages, dreadful boiled and "omlette" eggs, and bad cheeses and salad. Frozen veg at breakfast was a real puzzler. The only item I wanted to eat was the mini croissants, and they get them in frozen. Good jam though, and the coffee was the finest. If it was advertised as just a mediocre breakfast I wouldn't have been disappointed. Staff at reception mostly seemed grumpy and unhelpful. One lady was nice enough when we said hello walking to our room one evening. I also received an email from the hotel the day before arriving that looked like a scam email and was really strange, so I ignored it and nothing happened. Room was completely adequate for what you need, which is sleeping. Bad instant coffee in the room, dust and cobwebs here and there, and a TV that played the sound 2 seconds delayed were just wildly strange and unnecessary negatives. The room looked like any other room so I don't know where the nice looking rooms on their website are. Apparently there's a spa and fitness centre but there was no signage and the staff didn't tell us anything about it, only discovered it when I came to review here .

This is a great hotel in the Riga Old Town area. Location is still peaceful and services and tourist attractions nearby. The building is quaint and rooms unique with high rooms and large windows with nice views. I especially liked the fact that bathroom was spacious. Rooms and premises in general are clean at all times. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bus connection to the airport is also close to the hotel.
