É um bom hotel de viagem em New York. Achei ele um tanto quanto distante da estação de metrô. Oferece transfer, o que facilita o acesso para dormir nele, mas sua localização distante das principais formas de transporte público dificulta passeios para quem quer aproveitar um pouco da cidade.

Devido a cancelamento do vôo Delta 471fiquei neste hotel uma noite. Recepção cortês. Quarto limpo e bem arrumado. Ice machine em cada andar e fácil de achar. Academia bem equipada 24horas. Buffet do café da manhã bem fraquinho pelos us$18 que cobram. Preferi fazer o breakfast no aeroporto JFK. Transfer hotel- aeroporto JFK pontual. Faltou um frigobar no quarto.

Não falaram o horário de check-out, tivemos que sair correndo do hotel. Atendimento péssimo no restaurante. Funcionários trabalhando com cara de "poucos amigos", camareiras nem olham na nossa cara ou respondem bom dia.Péssima experiência. Ainda bem que era apenas por uma noite.Ah, os quartos são grandes e bonitos.

Como também o Jantar, putz o que falar do Jantar ? PARECE QUE VOCÊ ESTA NUM RESTAURANTE 5 ESTRELAS ! Uma equipe sensacional desde o motorista do ônibus que te leva até o hotel como na volta ao Aeroporto.

A experiência não foi nada agradável! Fomos acordados durante a noite e madrugada por um hóspede que estava tendo uma espécie de surto e os funcionários foram totalmente passivos para solucionar o incômodo. Resumo da noite , não foi possível descansar enquanto aguardava o voo de volta.

It's a pretty standard hotel that got me in at a fair price in an emergency situation, which was very nice. It was clean and the room was sanitized. But, Cheryl the bartender made it a point to ensure I was served and comfortable despite my late arrival, and she should be commended for her customer service skills.

The room was awesome the front staff were amazing same with a gentleman that was working he took really good care of my husband and I coming back from vacation he upgraded our room for free. His name stayed with a J he was super friendly and attentive to catering to my needs or answering my questions. They even paid for my taxi to airport as on Sundays the shuttle doesn't run. Only down fall is not about of good food is delivered to that area.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF!!! Ashana, Latoya, Ron, Lee, and Chris are an outstanding crew of employees exemplifying superior customer service!! The staff as a whole went above and beyond to assist and guide me through the city. From their daily pleasantries, smiles, welcoming behavior, detailed directions and honest recommendations to continual check-ins of my satisfaction during my hotel stay. I felt comfortable, safe and welcomed. They are genuine and it shows. Beautiful staff inside and out to represent and be the face of this hotel. These employees are an excellent hiring pick!! Even the shuttle driver was so hospitable!!!! Gave me tips when traveling around the city. The rooms are of average expectancy. It could use a little face lift but honestly I have no complaints. Clean. Quiet. Everything works. Yes, I recommend this place; even if only for the customer service!

Booked suit with king bed with breakfast, asked for extra pillows. During the check in process couldn't get neither of those things with was already paid for. Front desk clerk didn't want to give us our suit, she said that they don't have such rooms 😶, breakfasts now have to be purchased. We went to our room and Oh Boy!!!! Room was poorly cleaned, tiny and not even a king bed. Traveling with twin babies had to come downstairs with suitcases and talk to the manager. At this point we didn't even care about breakfast and extra pillows, we just wanted OUR room that WE PAID FOR! After talking to the manager for 15 minutes the suit room magically appeared from nowhere! This room was a bit cleaner than the first one, but rooms needed renovations for sure. Definitely do not recommend this hotel unless you want to be stressed

I am a very frequent traveler, and I had a one night stay here in between work trips. First off, this hotel has WONDERFUL and friendly staff, especially Latoya, Andy and Cory, they were AMAZING! My work trip was much later at night and these three helped accommodate me for a later check out last minute. I’ll be sure to pass their names on to my fellow coworkers who stay at hotels near JFK frequently, and I appreciated their flexibility!! The location is great just a few minutes away from the airport and they have shuttle service. Check in was very easy and quick, my room was very clean it even had a microwave and a mini fridge. The fitness center was spread out with quite a bit of equipment and there is a free breakfast. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re looking for something close to the airport with reasonable prices and wonderful staff.

Un pésimo servicio, el personal excepto Rodnell (muy amable), el resto un par de recepcionistas mal humoradas, q en vez de ser amables estaban de caras largas y molestas. Casi nadie es bilingüe, una cena de U$ 30, q era un plato de comida china y un desayuno miserable q con suertepusieron unas rodajas de pan y galletas y q supuestamente costaba U$ 20.El conductor del propio transfer del hotel, un pobre diablo q con suerte abrió la puerta para q se bajaran los pasajeros sin ayudar a bajar maletas ni nada. De no ser pq AA nos llevó allá en compensación por retraso del vuelo, no volvería a ese hotel ni aunq me pagarán. Simplemente una experiencia terrible.

Pura fachada y cero servicio. No dicen la verdad. Juegan con el tiempo de los pasajeros. Son muy rudos. Tratan mal a los hispanoparlantes. Nos ofrecieron la cena entre 20 y 30:30 y pasaron dos horas y no llegó. Y mañana hay que madrugar porque nos llevan al aeropuerto. Si puedes evitar este hotel, hazlo. Yo estoy acá porque me trajo Aerolineas Argentinas por su vuelo cancelado a último momento. Digamos que este hotel marida con ciertas aerolíneas.

We stayed here as a result of missing our flight. Love the location a half mile from JFK Airport. We ended up in a suite. The room was clean and neat. Must say,the hotel needs updates but the bed was very comfortable. Has a shuttle service to and from the airport. A huge convenience. All said and done I'd stay there again. I recommend this hotel.

I booked over 7 rooms at this hotel for my wedding party, as well as parents approximately 3-4 months ahead of our wedding weekend. We knew the check in time was 3 pm but given this was for a wedding and things needed to be set much earlier on we requested that we could check in earlier than 3 pm on the day we would arrive. When the day finally came I started to freak out a bit because up to 72 hours ahead I called to remind that I would need the bridal party rooms to be able to check in a bit sooner for preparations etc. The morning of, my planner and I called several times to get this situated and unfortunately it seemed like early check in would not be happening. Thankfully, one of the front desk workers with impeccable customer service and patience (BIG SHOUT OUT TO ASHANA) finessed a room to open up around 1pm so that my girls could at least start the process of getting ready. By the time check in actually occurred she also upgraded the room I personally would be in, which was very thoughtful. Knowing just how frustrated and stressed I was, I was met at the desk with kind words and a snack and drink on the house. The rooms were clean though one did smell like cigarettes. Nonetheless, the front desk were very pleasant to work with that weekend. One of the rooms I booked for the parents for one night was a no show due to logistics on the first day of wedding weekend. Despite speaking with the team, the manager refused to give us a refund on the room which was quite unfortunate given the amount of rooms we had booked, we'd hope for some grace/leniency. Breakfast was simple but did the job and complimentary. Parking is not free and will be charged to your card so don't forget that! Overall would use the hotel again.

Pasamos una noche en este hotel antes de vovlernos para Buenos Aires. Está a 15 minutos en shuttle de JFK Airport y es super cómodo. Las habitaciones muy bien armadas, las camas dobles muy cómodas con almohadas de pluma. El baño bien equipado y todo muy limpio. Por 18 dólares te incluyen un desayuno americano buffet super recomendable (scrambled eggs, tocino, salchicas, medialunas, cereales y mucha fruta. Sin duda volveré a elegirlo cuando deba dormir una noche cerca al aeropuerto de JFK.
