Quando você reserva uma suíte de 2 quartos cara, posso acrescentar) e espera ter o incrível QT. Mas se surpreendem com os apartamentos mais antigos. Realmente acho que é hora de derrubar as pequenas peças de arte aleatórias e adicionar um incrível recurso de parede! Eu fiquei em um quarto individual no passado e é por isso que voltei. depois de pedir várias vezes .. além desse ótimo atendimento da equipe da recepção :)

Certifique-se de levar os tampões para os ouvidos - se ficar na ala do apartamento - porque o isolamento acústico está abaixo do peso. Estávamos hospedados para um fim de semana prolongado de férias, então três noites de festa, sorte nossa. Infelizmente, as persianas médias também significavam que os quartos eram bastante claros pela manhã.

Asegúrese de empacar los tapones para los oídos, si se hospeda en el ala del apartamento, porque la insonorización es insuficiente. When you book a 2 bedroom suite expensive might I add) and expect to have the awesome QT fit out. But are surprised with the older apartments. Really think it’s time to take down the small random art pieces and add an awesome wall feature! I’ve stayed in a Single room in the past which is why I came back.. a little let down when I arrived to the older apartment :( also waited over 45 minutes for breakfast for my coffee and side of hash browns to be forgotten after I asked several times .. apart from that great service from the reception team :)

Make sure you pack the ear plugs - if staying in the apartment wing - because sound proofing is underweight. We were staying for a long holiday weekend, so three nights of partying, lucky us. Unfortunately, average Venetian blinds also meant the bedrooms were quite bright in the morning.

Bem decepcionante. AC estava faltando o controlador, então entrei em contato com a recepção para trazer um. 4 funcionários depois me dizendo que vão resolver isso, me dizendo que o Controlador deveria estar lá ou vindo e vendo-o faltando, mas sem saber o que fazer em seguida, desisti. 3 horas depois ainda sem resolução. O quarto estava super quente porque não havia janelas. (outros problemas de manutenção - ventilador do banheiro quebrado, telefone no quarto não funciona e a cafeteira não funcionou). Eu sei que a equipe está difícil no momento, mas não tenho certeza de pagar US $ 300 por noite e não conseguir dormir é uma ótima solução. Em um Plus. A arte é ótima.

Bastante decepcionante. A AC le faltaba el controlador, así que me puse en contacto con la recepción para traer uno. 4 miembros del personal más tarde me dijeron que lo arreglarían, me dijeron que el controlador debería estar allí o que viniera y viera que faltaba, pero sin saber qué hacer a continuación, me di por vencido. 3 horas más tarde todavía no hay resolución. Pretty disappointing. AC was missing the controller so I contacted reception to bring one. 4 staff later telling me they will sort it, Telling me the Controller should be there or coming and seeing it missing but not knowing what to do next I gave up. 3 hours later still no resolution. The room was super hot because there were no windows. (other maintenance issues - Bathroom fan broken, in room phone not working and the coffee maker didn't work). I know staffing is hard at the moment but not sure paying $300 a night and not being able to sleep is a great solution. On a Plus. The art is great.

Concierge was awesome & welcoming but the girl on reception rushed us through all the hotel details. Highly disappointed.The in room dining service app didn't work either and we waited an hour until we found out our order hadn't gone through! Fire alarm Sunday morning and we didn't see any head counts being done nor were we told by hotel staff when we could return to our rooms. It was the fire department staff who told us.Also no warning over PA system of not to use lifts on exiting

Tivemos uma ótima estadia no QT Wellington. De acordo com seu estilo, o quarto era descolado e as comodidades eram excelentes.Adorei: secador de cabelo Dyson, cápsulas de café, espelhos em todos os lugares e roupão preto macio e macio com capuz (não um daqueles roupões brancos de toalha).Quarto era limpo e eu também gostei do fato de que o ginásio estava aberto até às 23:30. Tuve una gran estadía en QT Wellington. Según su estilo, la habitación era original y las comodidades eran excelentes.Me encantó: secador de pelo Dyson, cápsulas de café, espejos por todas partes y una bata negra suave y esponjosa con capucha (no una de esas batas blancas de toalla).La habitación estaba limpia y también disfruté el hecho de que el gimnasio estaba abierto hasta las 11:30 p. m. También tienen una piscina que no tuve tiempo de usar.

We stayed in an apartment here so not a hotel room which might make a difference to the quality of the room. We had our own kitchen, washer/drier. Honestly the room was a bit threadbare here and there. Cupboards and surfaces worn and chipped. The roof had a big 1m piece of painted board covering a hole. Its not the standard I would expect from QT.The foyer, bar and entrance area was great with some truly fantastic art and is in great condition.The hotel is in a good spot near the main restaurant area and a New World Supermarket. Its also easy to get to from the ferry terminal by car.

Had a great stay at QT Wellington. As per their style, the room was funky and the amenities were excellent.
Loved: Dyson hair dryer, coffee pods, mirrors everywhere and soft fluffy black hooded robe (not one of those towel white robes).
Room was clean and I also enjoyed the fact that the gym was open til 11:30pm. They also have a pool which I didn't have time to use.

Prós - bela localização, grande arte, quartos agradáveis. Contras - check-in e check-out é muito agressivo. Sem check-out antecipado e sem check-out tardio. Eles ligarão e verificarão várias vezes para que você se sinta pressionado a fazer o check-out mais cedo. A limpeza é outra grande coisa. Xícaras no balcão do quarto tinham batom. A saída de ar estava tão suja que tive que limpá-la. Arranhões nas paredes e rodapés apenas fazem com que pareça impuro. As áreas comuns (expositores de arte e vidro) precisam ser espanadas ou venezianas. O pequeno-almoço buffet é caro, termina às 10 e deixa de ser reabastecido por volta das 9. Há um ótimo café da manhã fora do hotel. Mais uma vez, a maior coisa é a limpeza e a equipe muito agressiva.

Pros: hermosa ubicación, gran arte, bonitas habitaciones. Contras: el registro de entrada y salida es muy agresivo. No hay salidas tempranas ni tardías. Llamarán y verificarán varias veces para que se sienta presionado a salir temprano. La limpieza es otra gran cosa. Las tazas en el mostrador de la habitación tenían lápiz labial. La salida de aire estaba tan sucia que tuve que limpiarla. Las rozaduras en las paredes y los zócalos solo hacen que se vea sucio. Todas las áreas comunes (exhibiciones de arte y vidrio) deben quitarse el polvo o el viento. El desayuno buffet es caro, termina a las 10 y deja de reponerse alrededor de las 9. Hay un gran desayuno fuera del hotel. Una vez más, lo más importante es la limpieza y el personal muy agresivo.

Pros - beautiful location, great art, nice rooms.
Cons - check in and out is very aggressive. No early and no late check outs. They will call and check multiple times so you feel pressured to check out early. Cleanliness is another big thing. Cups on counter in room had lipstick on them. Air vent was so dirty I had to clean it. Scuffs on walls and baseboards just make it look unclean. Common areas (art displays and glass) all need to dusted or windexed.
Buffet Breakfast is pricey, ends at 10 and stops being replenished around 9.
There’s great breakfast outside of the hotel.
Once again the biggest thing is cleanliness and very aggressive staff.

A equipe é incrível e por isso é o design do próprio hotel. Melhoria necessária dos quartos, carpete e armários antigos e também não tão limpo. As crianças gostaram muito do conforto de uma piscina, Gostei muito de ter todas as comodidades no apartamento, vim com um bebé e foi importante

El personal es increíble y también lo es el diseño del hotel en sí. Requiere mejora de las habitaciones, viejas alfombras y armarios y además no tan limpias. A los niños les gustó mucho la comodidad de una piscina, Me gustó mucho tener todas las comodidades en el apartamento, vine con un bebé y era importante
