We stayed one night on arrival from the US, based on other favorable reviews. And they are accurate about pleasant, friendly, attentive staff – providing a very comfortable king bed; storing our luggage before and after, and breakfast included. Package price of US $106 was very reasonable. The location is very convenient to 4 worthwhile museums. Their own restaurant, on the 4th floor with an exterior view is a nice resource for arriving guests. A neighborhood note: The hotel entrance is on a narrow side street with nearby construction. Nothing dangerous, just be careful.

The hotel was very nice on the inside. Our room was clean. The window's lock was broken, and our room shared a balcony with another room, so it was a little sketchy in that area. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was fantastic. We were warned not to go outside the hotel after 8 pm, as the area is a bit "dangerous."

I highly recommend this hotel, all the people who work there are very friendly and professional, it is located in the center of San Jose, they have security 24 hours a day. My mom's knee swelled up and she was in a lot of pain and the reception called a doctor who gave her an injection at no extra cost. The hotel facilities have a very nice decoration, the room is very nice and safe.

Good experience! Variety for breakfast and overall, a nice stay. We were charged extra for a fourth person in our room which we did not expect, but other than that it was a comfortable stay. There wasn’t anything exceptional, but the property is nice, rooms are clean, staff are helpful, and the amenities are good.

Good Hotel Great Value central location. Many of the stellar reviews could be misleading. It is superb for the price but there are things to be aware of. They appear to be doing upgrades which is good. Many trainees on staff right now. Our room was massive but empty of furniture so it was a bit odd. No coffee maker in room which is important to me. The location is central but be aware at night the intersection is crazy noisy and a bit sketchy. Our room was quiet enough but you could hear street noise at times, even 3 am. Cabs required at night. Not many amenities at the hotel. All said it is a very good spot for a tourist just do not expect a full 5 star experience, but it is not priced as one so it is excellent value over all.
