Tenemos un evento de rutina, cuando el primer trato con una persona de ventas del hotel fue útil. Sin embargo, ahora es muy difícil ser contactado. Llamé y mi chat de WA para discutir el siguiente evento casi nunca respondió últimamente. MUY DECEPCIONANTE!

El proceso de registro es rápido ... la ubicación está cerca de hokben, mcd, pizza hut, indomaret y el área culinaria del antiguo mercado de tangerang ... wifi es fluido, agua caliente fluida, aire acondicionado está bien , la piscina está en la azotea y es tranquila .. a continuación, si hay una promoción, quieres quedarte allí de nuevo.

This is my first time staying in Tangerang City. The PPKM makes the city so quiet, a nice place to stay.
The hotel location near the Cisadane river, Alun-alun Kota Tangerang and Pasar Lama.

It is my 2nd visit to this hotel, I really enjoy the stay, the rooms are clean, the service is friendly and pleasant. strategic location in the middle of the city, close to minimarkets and fast food restaurants. the room rate is very affordable and the environment is peacefull. highly recommended

Had a wonderful family time in Pakons Prime Hotel. Strategic location, affordable price, overall good services, good breakfast taste. During PPKM, restaurant, sky lounge and swimming pool were closed. Breakfast was given directly to each room. It was okay. But we also had a little bit disappointing service. We ordered Executive Non-Smoking Room with bathtub. Arrived there at 1 PM, but had to wait until 2 PM because there was still a guest in that room.

This morning i made a call to front office , staff are not friendly. I ask price for today breakfast and he didn't know the price. And tell me to visit restaurant and ask there..Very helpfull staff and usefull desk phone on this Hotel This is first time and the last i stay here.Thanks.

Nice hotel but not too clean room. Wifi signal is good. No breakfast during Covid 19. And you cant use pool to swim. So easy to find food around the hotel. Nice staff. Overall good place with good price.
