Cet hôtel moderne est situé dans un endroit calme dans la banlieue de Maidstone, au bord de la Medway célèbre fleuve. Entouré d'une campagne pittoresque, les clients vont se retrouver dans une ambiance exceptionnelle. L'arrêt de bus se trouve à environ 1 km de l'hôtel, tandis que les magasins et lieux de divertissement se trouvent dans le centre-ville, à environ 10 km. L'hôtel propose des chambres modernes et un restaurant à la carte avec sert une cuisine internationale et ne laisse aucun désir inassouvi culinaire.

I enjoyed the two nights I stayed here, others in my party complained of issues in their rooms but mine was faultless, if slightly dated. Bed was two singles pushed together but very comfortable, shower was ok but a bit lacking in pressure, everything you could need is in your room including a kettle, iron/board, hairdryer and ample hangers. Service around the hotel was good and the surroundings were very picturesque.

We have used this venue for some 10 years now for our quarterly meetings. Staff have always been friendly. Food recently has become excellent. Not much has changed as a venue in that time. Rooms not as nice as some of the other competitors but it does have a charm of it's own at a good price

O hotel é tranquilo, mas também um pouco fora dos roteiros mais conhecidos. Há pouco que você pode fazer aqui para passar o tempo. A comida era boa (meia pensão) e rica. Infelizmente, os quartos eram pequenos e muito bem aquecidos. As janelas mal podiam ser abertas, de modo que mal esfriava à noite.

This hotel is in a spot close to Leeds Castleand therefore is convenient and accessibleto explore nearby places. It has everything you could need ( and more if you travel by helicopter) but it would do well to accommodate the non gym bunny population and those who enjoy outside exercise and should explore how it could interact with the area.Tennis courts and mini golf is provided but this is all on site activities. The area is stunning but would be nice for guests to get around to see it in other ways

Excelente localização fora da auto-estrada, muito fácil de chegar. Quartos limpos e arrumados, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Passei a noite a caminho do Túnel da Mancha, então não experimentei nenhuma comida ou bebida, mas a equipe me registrou e saiu com rapidez e facilidade e pude deixar meu carro lá por alguns dias por uma taxa diária razoável . No geral muito feliz e satisfeito.

Excelente ubicación junto a la autopista, muy fácil de llegar. Habitaciones limpias y ordenadas, personal amable y servicial. Pasé la noche de camino al Túnel del Canal, así que no probé ninguna comida ni bebida, pero el personal me registró la entrada y la salida rápida y fácilmente y pude dejar mi coche allí durante unos días por un cargo diario razonable. . En general muy contento y satisfecho.

Excellent location off the motorway, very easy to get to. Clean and tidy rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I stayed overnight en route to the Channel Tunnel, so didn't try any of the food or beverages, but staff checked me in and out quickly and easily and I was able to leave my car there for a few days for a reasonable daily charge. Overall very happy and pleased.

Os quartos pequenos são desatualizados, mas limpos e muito confortáveis. As camas são de muito boa qualidade.A comida era adorável, mas é uma pena que o restaurante tenha priorizado uma grande festa inesperada sobre seus convidados que haviam reservado uma mesa. Esperei mais de uma hora pela minha refeição e não fui o único, pois muitas missões ficaram esperando e frustradas. Isso não é reflexo da equipe em espera, que foi apressada e muito se desculparam.

Pernoitava, jantava e tomava café da manhã. O quarto era limpo e um tamanho razoável com uma adorável cama super king size. A desvantagem foi que os travesseiros não eram nada macios e era como dormir em um tijolo, então não dormi bem. A refeição da noite foi adorável. O restaurante estava muito calmo e, embora houvesse funcionários suficientes para que eles tivessem uma mesa cada, eles demoravam a limpar as mesas entre os pratos, pois estavam absortos na conversa um com o outro. Café-da-manhã foi um buffet e muito por onde escolher. No geral foi uma estadia agradável.

Pasamos la noche, cenamos y desayunamos por la mañana. La habitación estaba limpia y era de un tamaño razonable con una cama super king encantadora. El inconveniente era que las almohadas no eran nada blandas y era como dormir sobre un ladrillo, así que no dormí bien. La cena fue encantadora. El restaurante estaba muy tranquilo y, aunque había suficiente personal para que cada uno tuviera una mesa, tardaban en despejar las mesas entre platos, ya que estaban absortos en la conversación entre ellos. El desayuno era un buffet y había mucho para elegir. En general, fue una estancia agradable.

Small rooms are outdated, but clean and very comfortable. Beds are very good quality. Food was lovely but it's a shame that the restaurant prioritised an very large unexpected party over its guests who had reserved a table. I waited over an hour for my meal and wasn't the only one, as many quests were left waiting and frustrated. This is no reflection on the waiting staff, who were rushed off their feet and very apologetic.

Stayed overnight, had an evening meal and breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and a reasonable size with a lovely super king size bed. Downside was the pillows were not at all soft and it was like sleeping on a brick so did not sleep well. The evening meal was lovely. The restaurant was very quiet and although there was enough staff for them to have one table each, they were slow in clearing tables between courses as they were engrossed in conversation with each other. Breakfast was a buffet and plenty to choose from. Overall was a pleasant stay.

I attended a Strategy day here but didn't stay overnight. Conference room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast & lunch that was laid on was very nice. Staff were helpful & friendly. Just can't help thinking this part of the hotel is starting to look tired. Wouldn't stop me attending again though

El hotel necesita una gran reforma, sus habitaciones son amplias y la zona del baño necesitaría una modernización, las zonas comunes están un tanto anticuadas. El hotel se encuentra en una zona muy cercana al castillo de Leeds y rodeado de naturaleza. El personal es muy atento. Buen restaurante y un buen desayuno buffet muy variado. Si quieres tranquilidad es el sitio ideal.
