Very cheap and super clean compared to other hostels. For Latin America anyway, a nice and clean facility. The owner is super friendly and she is probably one of the best concierges in Mexico. She knows the area very well and has good tips for leisure activities. I would recommend to everyone.

I don’t even know where to start! This hostel just has the loveliest staff members you’ll ever come across! I had an emergency one night and one of the girls at reception took me with the car to the local pharmacy helping me with all processes.
Beautiful hostel, beautiful people and beautiful breakfast as well on a beautiful island !!
You’ll surely see me again!

A hostel with camping options. The tents have a fan and a real mattress inside. Although the staff who man reception are friendly, we found all the other volunteers to be unwelcoming. As always with volunteers, they didn't speak to us, not even to say good morning during breakfast. They just mix with each other and create an unwelcoming atmosphere. Not to mention that it IS illegal to volunteer in Mexico without a work visa. It's the same with the people who appear to be living at this hostel and selling their tat on the beach to make a living? This hostel needs to wake up and refresh their volunteers or at least tell them to say hi. We also didn't eat breakfast even once because of the number of flies inside and on the food. Yes it's a problem in Holbox but here it felt the worst. We wouldn't return or recommend.

Visited in April 2022. Really good vibe, very friendly staff. Very good value for the money. Add a few slices of mango and avocado picked up from the local frutéria nearby, and you will have a really super breakfast which is included in the price. I only wish the tents would be a little bigger - but may be it's just the old man talking from me, so don't worry too much about it. I would come back again.

This was a great hostel! I stayed in the mixed dorms and it was comfortable. The AC is on at night. The breakfast was alright compared to other hostels I’ve stayed at. The portions were quite small and we would often need to grab more food for breakfast. Some of the hammocks are broken that are hanging in the outside chill area. The bathrooms and showers were kept clean. The wifi service was terrible but so was the cell reception in general so I don’t think that’s anyone’s fault. Overall we quite enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Great value for the price!
