A dying hotel that should have come at a deep discount. The people.that work there are wonderful, but it's woefully understaffed and constantly out of the essentials. Jacuzzi broken, no microwave, kitchen equipment broken or missing, etc.

If I could give a zero I would. This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. The pictures where so beautiful but in real life, it was horrible. We booked a room with a private pool on the beach. The terrace was broken, it was even dangerous to walk on the wooden terrace, the tiles on the pool were broké, the window of the room didn’t close properly, everything was dirty etc. I asked my money back and the laughed in my face. When I asked the manager « so this is a scam » he smiled and said « yes ». Save your money and do not stay at this hotel. We didn’t even felt safe to stay there as the front door had a huge gap in it and the front windows to go to the terrace didn’t want to close.

I love this quiet hotel with staff who get to know you. There are NOT 100 people laying on mattresses and being crowded at the beach and hotel! The hotel is quaint quiet and perfect for private space! Rooms are right on the beach with some even with private pools and hot tubs! Travel to parks like Xcaret or downtown PlayaDelCarmen for activities. Beautiful walks! The price is great with simple breakfast included. Easy menu, no crazy buffets. Rustic Clean Quiet. Incredible staff! Thank for the best time ever!!!!

Absolutely terrible, charged me for stuff I never got. Breakfast was always late. Moldy toast even, asked to change my toast and they brought out more moldy toast 🤦🤦 Our room didn't even have curtains, ask for them and they said they can not provide curtains because the room is "cheap" no lockbox in our room either. Water was very salty and dirty too. My door card also opened every door I tried it on..... 10/10 do not recommend, way better places to spend your money in Mexico. Definitely not 4 stat hotel.

Please do not stay at this hotel as they don't clean it properly. When we arrived into our room the bed sheets had old stains on them and when I looked under the bed sheet and on the mattress there was hair and more stains. I was horrified and right away wanted to leave but they refused to give our money back so we were forced to stay for what we paid for., The lady at the front desk took me to several rooms to pick which one was cleanest but it still wasn't clean. The breakfast was not fresh and the drinks at the bar were expensive so we just went next door to spend our money on food etc. Its a long walk (20nins) to a near by shop to get water or food. The only thing that was nice about the place was the beach but there are plenty of other hotels near that you can have a better stay at.
