Отель с неоправданно высокой стоимостью за номер при таком ужасном сервисе. Отдыхали с мужем целую неделю, за эту неделю 3 раза подходили на ресепшн с просьбами. Во первых, в стоимость включена бесплатная бутылка воды каждый день, воду не принесут до тех пор пока вы не скажите об этом. То есть работа на дурочка, не говорят - значит не нужна. Во- вторых, я так и не поняла в чем заключалась уборка в номере, если после уборки остаётся туча пыли и полное мусорное ведро. У нас в номере убрались на совесть только после того, как муж начал задыхаться от пыли и пошел на ресепшн, это при том, что я в положении. Третье это конечно же сантехника, унитаз набирался воды примерно за час. В четвертых, отель заявляет, что находится в программе safe travel, соблюдает все нормы безопасности при ковиде, но когда мы обратились на ресеп за новыми масками, нам предложили их купить за 250 рублей. Ребят, камон, если вы заявляете о себе так громко, то нужно соответствовать, даже в самом дешевом отеле Сочи ежедневно мыли унитаз так, что он скрипел и была пленка об обработке. 3* ставлю только за вид и за завтраки.

Отель посоветовала подруга из-за красивого вида из окна. Решили сделать себе подарок и купили люкс. Оплатили заранее за 2 недели. Итог, нас поселили на 2 этаже с видом на стоянку. И я не шучу. Пара с которой мы подружились, бронировали за 2 дня и не оплачивали и их поселили на верхних этажах с супер видом. Хотя цену они заплатили такую же.ВОПРОС! Что у вас с ценами? У вас цены на 1-2 этаж такие же, как на 4-6 этаж? Это шутка??? Или издевательство?Мы хотели красивый вид - заплатили по максимум. А вы нас на первые этажи с видом на автопарковку определили. Это ужасно! Знала бы, не платила бы столько денег.ps Поэтому покупайте самый дешевый вариант в этом отеле, всё равно кому какой номер распределяют рандомно.

E se você adicionar quartos de primeira classe com uma cama aconchegante, ótimos cafés da manhã e elevadores rápidos, então você vai querer voltar aqui nada menos do que vir para a cidade novamente ... Sim, há um roupão branco como a neve no armário , não se esqueça de se vestir depois do banho, quando ficar perto da janela e observar como os barcos com turistas navegam pelo Neva!

O Hotel Saint Petersburg impressiona com suas vistas. Janelas enormes, você, Neva e o cruzador Aurora. Estávamos filmando uma sala com três filhos. Todos gostaram. Café da manhã incluso na hospedagem, buffet, variado e saboroso. Contras: pedido jantar e almoço no quarto. Depois de comer, os pratos precisam ser colocados no chão do corredor, eles vêm e levam embora. Hmm, chão, corredor, ela ficou lá a noite toda. A large hotel with great views at Neva river and Aurora warship. Good location overall. Rooms with river view are spaceous and feature contemporary furniture. They are equipped with a sofa,40- inch led TV and well-equipped modern bathroom. The bedding was extremely comfortable. There is no wardrobe however, only a three hooks to hang your clothes. Room was very clean. I only wish the breakfast could be better: a wide variety of offerings, but they were the same every day, organization could be improved a lot of guests create a bit of a chaos)

Great location. You can see river from restaurant. Really amazing view from restaurant.
Rooms of odd number have better view of river compared to rooms of even number.
Room interiors are excellent. Wall behind bed is beautifully decorated.
They provide only 660ml of water in room per day. So if you need more water, you can get it from a nearby store which is towards the back side of hotel and is at a walkable distance from hotel.
You shouldn't miss the bridge opening ceremony which is held every night at around 0100am. You can get up and walk down to river bank to watch it.
And dont forget to carry umbrella as it can rain anytime.

Pésima relación precio calidad. Piso manchado. Para lograr cama matrimonial unieron dos personales. Canales sólo en ruso. Ventanas sin seguridad para niños pequeños como fue mi caso. Zona de la ducha sin reborde, o sea piso del baño plano total al bañarse toda el agua para afuera de lo que supuestamente sería la bañadera. Destacado el desayuno muy bueno, variado y vasto para cualquier comensal. Pero si unimos todo no da para el precio que cobran. Se siente uno estafado.

Es el hotel más horrible en que he estado una pensión es mejor. Por muy increíbleestá sucio viejo,la habitación es pequeñísima,No hay televisión satélite,el agua de la ducha salepara quemarte y no se puede regular, el baño todo deteriorado. La habitación estaba perfecta, tal y como la pedimos al reservarla meses antes. Todo muy limpio, quizás falta algo de interés a la hora de atender al cliente. Además el nivel de inglés que ofrecen para mantener una comunicación mínima es muy bajo por lo general. El servicio de habitaciones tiene unos precios correctos y la agilidad para solucionar dudas o problemas es también buena.

Habían mosquitos y en recepción me dijeron que no me podían solucionar. El agua de la pileta del baño no corría bien y la ducha no tenia tope y al usarla se inundaba todo el baño.El desayuno y la vista son espectaculares.
