Worse Accor hotel ever!!!! Have been going to ibis for 30 years, never seen this!!! Horrible breakfast, no TV, no soap!!!! Made us pay double and didn't book the taxi as we asked the day before and MADE US MISS THE PLANE!!!! Don't go there, they're thieves and liars. I can't believe Accor let them carry their name...

Hospedou-se em 4 e 5 de agosto de 2022. Ocupamos um total de 3 quartos. Pequeno, carente de serviços mínimos (sabonete acabado assim que chegamos!!!). Voltamos ao hotel e com grande surpresa encontramos os quartos a serem refeitos (todos os três!!!!!). Apontamos isso e eles justificam dizendo que normalmente o fazem novamente no dia da partida e que erramos em não colocar a placa para arrumar o quarto (mas depois é feito no final ou devemos indicá-lo? ???). Em suma, não muito cortês. O café da manhã é mal conservado, você mesmo deve relatar as deficiências, caso contrário, ninguém verifica. Torradeira meio funcionando, só que ninguém te conta. Esquecer.

A localização é o único ponto positivo. Café-da-manhã .... é um pesadelo. Fiquei em muitos hotéis ibis na Europa. e o de Riga é o pior em termos de café da manhã. O elevador tinha cabos elétricos saindo por 2 dias .... onde está H & Segurança ??? você realmente acha que está tudo bem? que é seguro? Tenho a impressão de que o pessoal do hotel está trabalhando porque eles têm que trabalhar. Há muito tempo não tenho uma decepção tão grande .... Há alguma verificação de segurança neste hotel? houve algum gerente da Accor?

No geral, um bom hotel. Através da passagem subterrânea da estação rodoviária e ferroviária. Só a placa é tão pequena que os moradores davam de ombros e diziam: "Conhecemos o Irina Hotel do McDonald's, mas não sabemos do Ibis". Check-in a partir das 14h, mas tive sorte, o quarto individual já estava livre às 10. A porta do chuveiro quebrada estragou a impressão - sem ela era impossível lavar em pé. E o ar condicionado fazia barulho a noite toda. Como isso é possível, eu não entendo. Mas o sono era perturbador.

Location is very good, right across from the central metro station and walking distance to the old district. Room was good, beds were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful and freindly.

Can’t sleep at any time, kids SCREAMING everytime, night and day, use to work on shifts, I have to go to work really tired.
Orherwise, people at 3 am without the minimum respect staying outside and speak loudly (can stay inside). Bad rooms, shower loses water from the bottom, bad beds and foniture disposition, not even a clean glass to drink some water.
No hygiene, no cleaning ladies, in 3 weeks they came like 3 times, NO JOKE.

Muito bom hotel. Excelente localização entre os centros antigos e novos. Perto da estação de comboios e apenas a 15 minutos a pé da paragem de autocarro para o aeroporto. O quarto era grande e não faltava nada. A equipe também foi muito agradável e útil com perguntas.

Um Ibis um pouco mais velho. Ainda tem uma localização central, o que é bom para explorar Riga.Eu não experimentei o café da manhã. O lobby é estreito, mas muito profundo e às vezes parecia inundado por bagagem.Dito isto, o quarto era bom e limpo. O chão aperta um pouco, mas não o suficiente para realmente causar um problema.A equipe foi ótima e me permitiu fazer o check-out tardio, sem nenhum custo. No geral, é um valor incrível!

Instead of rest, there were constant nerves and problems. Despite the information that I had paid for the hotel, it turned out on the spot that due to a problem with the system, I had to pay the fee again, which upset me. The service was unhelpful, the list with my personal data was left in a space available to everyone - anyone could come and take a photo of it. The staff say it's not their problem and my data is protected. The bar is closed, the rooms are situated on a noisy street and there is constant noise and hustle and bustle. I do not recommend.

Positioned near bus station and train station in the centre of Riga so very convenient. Very clean and modern. Breakfast is poor ( lacks variety) but ok for the money paid and the restaurant is at underground floor. All in all ok it's good value for money

Un Ibis algo mayor. Todavía tiene una ubicación central, lo cual es bueno para explorar Riga.No probé el desayuno. El vestíbulo es estrecho, pero muy profundo y, a veces, parecía inundado por el equipaje.Habiendo dicho eso, la habitación era agradable y limpia. El piso aprieta ligeramente, pero no lo suficiente como para causar un problema.El personal fue excelente y me permitió salir tarde, sin cargo. ¡En general, es un valor increíble!

A somewhat older Ibis. It still has a central location, which is good for exploring Riga.
I didn’t sample breakfast. The lobby is narrow, but very deep and seemed inundated by luggage sometimes.
Having said that, the room was nice and clean. The floor slightly squeezing, but not enough to actually cause a problem.
Staff were great and allowed me to check out late, at no charge. On the whole it’s amazing value!

Very nice hotel. Excellent location in between the old and new centres. Near the train station and only 15 minutes walking to the bus stop to the airport. The room was large and nothing was lacking. The staff was also very nice and helpful with questions.

Desde mi punto de vista perfecto, limpieza, atención, desayuno. Relación calidad precio muy difícil de superar.Totalmente nuevo y bien decorado. Buena calefacción.

Muy buen hotel. Desayuno bufett bueno y variado. Conviene solicitar las habitaciones que dan al patio interno ya que la calle es muy concurrida. Buena hubicación, cerca del centro y de la estación central de buses. Tiene servicio de cafetería desde las 4 am hasta las 6.30 am y desde las 10 am hasta las 12 pm. (Por fuera del horario del desayuno)

El comedor es claustrofóbico, colas interminables a la mañana en la única máquina de cafe. Hotel céntrico, a unos veinte minutos andando del centro antiguo de la ciudad. Habitaciones y baño diminutos.
