É um bom hotel, localizado praticamente à frente da estação de trem. O quarto em que fiquei (triplo) é limpo e relativamente espaçoso e confortável. O banheiro é novo e muito limpo. O café da manhã é muito bom. Mas não espere calor humano. Os atendentes fazem o que for solicitado de maneira formal, mas funciona... Logo à frente do hotel tem um ponto do "tram", que é um tipo de bonde muito funcional e confortável. O mesmo bilhete (válido por 1 h) é usado para o tram e para o ônibus. Recomendo o hotel, que tem uma boa relação custo/benefício.

Hotel muy cómodo para ir al centro, que está a 5 minutos andando. Se encuentra al lado del castillo de Nantes, que merece una visita (gratuito sin museo). Las habitaciones están limpias y son suficientemente amplias. Buen desayuno de buffet. Lo que más me ha gustado es la localización. Hay infinidad de terracitas en las calles del centro donde picar algo o comer, muy animado. Lo que menos me ha gustado es el personal de recepción, correcto pero no especialmente agradable. También el hecho de que está al lado de la estación de tren y de vez en cuando se oye algún tren pasar. Pero las ventanas son buenas y no molesta durmiendo. Excelentes colchones.

Le sobra media estrella. No cambian toallas ni arreglan la habitación, a no ser que lo quedes dicho en recepción y además no lo hacen observar previamente.Estuvimos alojados en dos fechas diferentes y no hicieron alusión previa de este detalle. No tuvieron en cuenta que las 2 habitaciones reservadas, estuvieran cercanas, sino incluso en plantas distintas. Wifi a pedales de madera. En el aspecto positivo,personal agradable.

Hotel estratégicamente situado para visitar Nantes. Un poco lío para acceder con el coche ya que está en zona peatonal. Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas, personal de recepción muy amable. Por poner un pero, ascensor pequeño (muy pequeño) y desayuno un poco caótico.

Pros: new, clean, safe, nice staff, good breakfast. Good value for the payed price.
Cons: AC that was not working. They said it should work and they promised to have a look. I did not received any update from they side. Other people complained about this. I suspect that they switch it off as it was not that hot outside for a couple of days.

This was truly one of the best hotels we have stayed in.
The family room was huge. It was like a small apartment. As others have said the pictures don’t do the room justice. There was a desk and an small dining table with chairs. Chrome cast in the room (when it works) too. It was nice having a bath too. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Also very quiet. Considering we were opposite the train station the room was very well soundproofed.
Really impressed with the breakfast too which was included in the price. It was better than some paid for ibis breakfasts.
Friendly and approachable staff too.
The only slight issues we had were the lift and Wi-Fi. The lift was very small. My son uses a mobility buggy and it would not fit in the lift and the Wi-Fi while showing coverage in the room barely worked.
However these did not detract from how wonderful this hotel was. The location too is ideally located for many and the tourist areas.

Ideal para familias y por su ubicación, muy cercana a la estación de trenes y al castillo pero muy cerca del centro y justo al ladito de un genial parque. Pero lo mejor los espacios comunes y las habitaciones, todo muy pensado para familias con niños. Y por supuesto el personal es de 10!! Muy amables y serviciales todos. Muy recomendable.

Muito limpo novo quarto e instalações, com cama muito confortável. Pessoal muito simpático e acolhedor. Café da manhã variado e farto com produtos disponíveis para diversas intolerâncias. Garagem de bicicletas conveniente. Áreas comuns alegremente mobiladas e limpas e desinfetadas. Apesar de estar perto da estação, o quarto é muito silencioso. Excelente localização para visitar Nantes.

Cannot fault our stay here. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfy bed in a spacious room and a shower big enough for two! No frills but all you need if you're spending most of your time out and about.

There's a large TV and a mini bar if you choose to chill in your room. Enough sockets for charging devices and Aircon! Continental breakfast too!
This is the second time we've booked here and already booked in for next year!!

Very good hotel opposite the train station, tram stop 1 minute away, nice room. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was really good and the coffee was Amazing. The only problem was that electric kettle wasn't provided in the room but the reception staff were very kind and gave us hot water every day. Thank you Ibis Styles Nantes Gare.
