El 1 de Julio en medio de la pandemia la dueña del hotel me saco y me dijo que me fuera, cuando tenía estadía hasta el 2. ese día salí para pedir un formato al banco bbva para poder desbloquear mi cuenta bancaria y poder pagar en mi check out all otro día . Mi habitación se me asigno una en el 3 piso, encontré pelos en las sábanas de los huéspedes anteriores y mucho mugre y suciedad en el piso, no hay limpieza ni desinfección en esas habitaciones ,tambien habia mucho ruido de la plaga de palomas que tenían en el techo, mucha materia fecal acumulada en las ventanas y en el techo hacia que la habitación tenga malos olores y constante moscas volando en mi habitacion. Un día antes del check out nos pidieron llevar el pago total de la habitación en efectivo, esto la verdad me pareció muy extrano dado que en la pandemia están pidiéndole a la gente usar las tarjetas de débito o crédito y no efectivo, la explicación que nos dieron es que se quería ahorrar las comisiones al usar el datáfono, terrible ya que esa informaciónno debería saber los clientes. La alimentación, el desayuno es muy pobre solo pan y bebida y no el desayuno que hay en la página , y para los almuerzos quise hablar con la chef dueña antes durante mi primer dia, ya que tengo una dieta especial medicada (vegana), sin Embargo su actitud tan grosera y sin interés de escucharme hizo que dejará de darles mi retroalimentación sobre la comida, además que ni siquiera tuvieron la delicadeza de llamarme , todo fue por medio de una conversación de whats app.Las porciones muy pequeñas, en sus domicilios cobran 12000 por comida y a mí me cobraron 15000. A veces el ruido iba hasta las 10 PM. Pero sabía que si decía algo iba a ser problema con la dueña. Literalmente se sentía como una cárcel , no hubo interés personal como huésped . Nunca me tomaron las temperaturas como me dijeron que lo iban a hacer. El día que me sacaron a patadas por los dueños , fue porque mi novia fue al hotel a dejarme las llaves de su apartamento antes de regresar a su ciudad y nos íbamos a despedir , sin Embargo la dueña me habló de una firma demasiado grosera y le pedí que no me hablara así. Ella se molestó mucho más cuando les dije que si se preocupaban tanto por la pandemia , porque no usan tapabocas y toman medidas de seguridad de verdad, no eran coherentes cuando me hicieron el reclamo por la visita de mi novia ya que constantemente entra y salen personas de los domicilios sin tapabocas.
