The hotel is very nicely located. The hotel itself is newly refurbished and the rooms have a touch of old-European style. I stayed here multiple times just because of its location which is a two minute walk from the Champs Élysées. The problem is I would like to highlight are the following: The check-in staff are not nice. They don’t appear kind and don’t welcome guests as they should. Room service is not very good especially for the prices we pay. I recommend because of location but the price is a bit high especially given the quality of service. A management tune can make this hotel a top hotel.

It was one of my best experience of accommodation in Paris, very nice welcome at reception desk the key was ready when I arrived fastest check in ever, clean room with special design exactly like photos in website, great location, very nice team

They blocked me an amount on my credit card for 22 days and I still have problems with this situation. I call them for two days and they tell me they will check because he is not the manager there or find other reasons. My money are still blocked.

I do not write reviews but even a single star is too much for this hotel (I should name here a THEFT HOUSE). We stayed here around 10 days; total 7 people. Some rooms are small, some toilets had plumbing issues but these are not the biggest problems about the hotel. PROBLEM IS WITH THE STAFF. We put high amount of cash in room safe and we did lost some of our cash. Our friend lost her watch in her room. So if you gonna stay here, KEEP YOUR VALUABLES WITH YOU. Do not leave it in the room or in the room safe. When your cash or watch is gone, it's really impossible to prove who did it. The new hotel manager tried to be helpful but the staff in the hotel are not reliable and some are thief for sure (I believe all these theft is managed through Concierge because they see who is out and who is in; and they do have the master key for the rooms and for the safes).

AVOID! Do not rely on Website pictures as they give the impression of spacious and classy rooms. The opposite is unfortunately the case. This is not a 4 star hotel just pretending to be. AVOID!
