Awesome location in Sydney and fantastic value , George and his wife are lovely hosts and very accommodating - we arrived early and he was happy to take our luggage and hold them until our room was ready. He also insisted on giving us breakfast that day as one of the days we were staying was a public holiday and they would be closed. The room was small and a bit dated but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's nice to see a family business like this and once again - great neighbourhood

Clean, good breakfast, liked very much the owner and straff. The owner was very clear to tell about the hotel to avoid misunderstanding about the hotel. He helped us a lot with what to see and do.
Very good situated, we could easy walk to the Operahouse or take a bus or the underground. Liked the area, lot of trees and nice houses.

Next time we decided to stay at this hotel.
· The hotel is well located: near the metro. The center can be reached by metro in 10 minutes, to the station in 15-20. Nearby is a large supermarket. On the floor there is a cooler with hot and cold water. Poorly cooled the refrigerator, at our request, replaced. At our request, we cleaned the room. Many thanks to all the staff.

Breakfast is wonderful and several choices on the menu. I'd go with orange juice as your free drink and buy a cappuccino. Clean rooms. We had #2 and it was a good sized room, decent bed and a small fridge. Plenty of hot water.
Great location near a nice park on a bay and the King's Cross station.
Great value and very reasonable in price. Would definitely stay here again.
