Este hotel hizo todo lo posible para brindarme comodidad cuando no hubo electricidad durante 4 días. El lugar es muy limpio (¡y nuevo!) Y el personal es extremadamente servicial. No puedo decir lo suficiente lo agradecido que estoy por el amable y atento personal. Además, el desayuno es el mejor desayuno continental que puedes pedir.

Este hotel foi acima e além para me dar conforto quando nosso poder estava fora por 4 dias. O lugar é tão limpo (e novo!) E a equipe é extremamente flexível. This hotel went above and beyond to give me comfort when our power was out for 4 days. The place is so clean (and new!) and the staff is extremely accommodating. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for the kind and caring staff. Plus, the breakfast is the best continental breakfast you can ask for.

I had a confirmed reservation, and when I turned up there was nobody there. The hotel was completely closed. Hilton would not put us up in a comparable room closer than Detroit. Ultimately had to overpay to stay elsewhere.
If you’re in the Howell, MI area do not stay at Hampton or Hilton hotels. You’ll be left out in the cold.
