Único ponto de vista deste hotel e a localização muito boa. O restante tudo horrível, compramos um quarto e nos deram outro de menos valor pois o hotel estava lotado, limpeza tem que pagar a parte, toalha da pista tem que pagar e apresentar um documento se não tu não leva toalha para praia, as atendentes horríveis quando chegamos fomos na cobertura fui usar o banheiro me apavorei estava quase transbordando é muito fedido. Recepção para fazer check in no hotel principal tu acha que vai ficar neste aí quando vai pegar as chaves aí é em outro hotel ao lado. Não recomendo.

A localização é excelente. Deixa a desejar no atendimento e quartos. Recepcionista sem o mínimo de cortesia com is hóspedes. Vale só pela localização e piscina.

Recepcionista muito estupida e antipática. Não tinha nem toalhas no quarto. Pedimos, demorou quase uma hora, não veio, pedimos de novo ( descendo até a recepção pois o telefone não funcionava) e depois de mais meia hora trouxeram 2 toalhas, sendo que eramos em 3. Péssimo atendimento. Só o "Sam", único funcionário atencioso se salva.

Be careful when booking here. Made a reservation, got a confirmation number and showed up to the hotel with no room. The hotel sun-leases their rooms and places like hotel.com buys a block of them, then rents them out to the highest bidder. Drove 5 hours to find this out. Front desk clerk was rude and not very helpful. Everywhere else is currently booked.

Impróprio para quaisquer ideias de relaxamento. Há uma vista para o mar que você pode assistir 24 horas por dia porque o barulho é tão alto que você não consegue dormir. As portas de segurança ficam abertas durante toda a noite A torneira do banheiro é removível para sua observação próxima, juntamente com o assento do vaso sanitário. A recepção irá chamá-lo de volta assim que você ligar para eles. Não tenho certeza de quando isso vai acontecer... Ainda estou esperando. Uma decepção total. Os compradores tomem cuidado principalmente se você estiver viajando de outro país. Foi horrível e não consegui falar com ninguém da Expedia para nos ajudar. Fizemos o check-out na manhã seguinte e pagamos para ficar em outro lugar.

Prós: Você realmente não pode vencer esta localização! Foi ao lado do "palácio" e da fábrica de açúcar, juntamente com muitos ótimos restaurantes e carros ao longo da ocean drive! Eu realmente gostei do telhado aqui, era lindo de morrer! A piscina era AQUECIDA, adorei isso mesmo em um dia ventoso. Adorei a limpeza, eles fizeram um ótimo trabalho no meu quarto, a única coisa é que me deixaram uma esponja suja quando fiz o check-in e a substituí por uma nova esponja suja quando eles atenderam o quarto (seria bom sempre substituir por uma esponja limpa ) fora isso, eu não podia acreditar no tempo que tenho certeza que minha governanta passou fazendo o quarto parecer ótimo Contras: pequenas coisas, como o banheiro com apenas uma luz, as outras precisam ser substituídas, por isso é muito fraca. O ar condicionado do teto estava vazando, mas nada que uma pequena toalha não pudesse consertar algumas dessas coisas com as quais eu posso lidar completamente. -o pior contra para algumas pessoas é o barulho com o bar do palácio que está conectado. MAS ligue uma TV, esta é a reclamação número um em todos os hotéis de South Beach Miami, vai ser barulhento se você ficar em QUALQUER LUGAR na unidade oceânica. Não foi um problema para mim e ficamos com um bebê, eu ficaria novamente.

Pros : You really cannot beat this location ! It was right next to the “palace”& the sugar factory along with plenty of great restaurants and cars along ocean drive ! I really enjoyed the roof top here it was drop dead gorgeous ! The pool was HEATED I loved that even on a windy day . I loved housekeeping they did a great job on my room the only thing is the left me a dirty sponge when I checked in and replaced it with a new dirty sponge when they serviced the room (it would be nice to always replace with a clean sponge ) other than that I could not believe the time I’m sure my housekeeper spent making the room look great Cons : small things such as the bathroom only having one light the others need to be replaced so it’s very dim . The air conditioning from the celling was leaking but nothing a small towel couldn’t fix some of these things I can completely deal with . -the worst con for some people is the noise with the palace bar that is connected . BUT turn on a tv this is the number one complaint in all of the south beach Miami hotels it’s going to be noisy if you stay ANYWHERE on ocean drive . It wasn’t a deal breaker for me and we stayed with an infant , I would stay again .

Unfit for any ideas of relaxation. There is an ocean view that you can watch 24 hours a day because the noise is sooooo loud you won’t be able to sleep. Security doors are left open all night long Bathroom tap is removable for your close observation along with the toilet seat. Front desk will call you back once you call them. Not sure when that will happen… I’m still waiting. A total disappointment. Buyers beware especially, if you’re travelling from another country. It was awful and I couldn’t reach anyone at Expedia to help us out. We checked out the very next morning and paid to stay elsewhere.

Never book at any room at Suites at Congress Ocean Drive miami (Congress Hotel). You will never be able to talk to your room owner, it is not an hotel nor a suite, no quality control. The room was so vibrating, we were not able to stay more than 5minutes. No refund, no even able to talk to the owner we had to find another hotel late. Because of this mediocre service, I will also erase my Hotels.com app and I will never trust again Hotels.com.

When we stayed there we had checked out I left my I watch next to the tv so I ran Back up to the room and it was gone, staff had been in the room while we were in lobby checking out. Nobody knew anything of course, and the police advised we were one of many who had similar encounters there. Renters beware

Worst hotel experience ever... I should have research little bit more... I booked this place from hotels.com. worst choice I ever made. I stayed 4nights and couldn't't sleep until 2am every night. It's right next to drag queen place so....music is blasting all night!!!

Tivemos que cancelar dois dias antes da chegada devido ao Covid. Embora a página afirme claramente que eles oferecem reservas e cancelamentos flexíveis durante esse período, esse não foi o caso. A Expedia afirma que não é reembolsável, chamadas e e-mails para o hotel não são respondidos - eles nunca atendem o telefone! Que hotelaria faz isso? Acabei contestando a cobrança com a empresa de cartão de crédito. Cuidado! Já vi outros comentários relatando o mesmo problema.

We had to cancel two days before arrival due to Covid. While the page clearly states that they offer flexible booking and cancellation during this time, that was not the case. Expedia states it is not refundable, calls and emails to the hotel go unanswered - they never answer their phone! What hotel business does that? I ended up disputing the charge with the credit card company. Beware! I've seen other reviews stating the same issue.

I showed up to Miami Beach the day after thanksgiving, and all the roads which take you to the hotel had been closed off for events. Furthermore, I could not find an empty parking deck within a mile. I literally called this hotel 20 times that night, and multiple times each day since. They have never answered for me, or when Expedia customer service tried to call. I honestly think they do this on purpose just to collect the cash. I ended up just disputing the transaction with the credit card company. DONT BOOK HERE.

Muy regular a malo. Puertas dañadas, pedí cama adicional pq somos una familia con 2 niños y no me solucionaron. Pedí sabanas y cobijas y tuve q ir por ellas... muy muy regular. No me ha gustado.

La habitación era gigante, con una cocina completa, TV enorme y cama King size. El baño podría ser mejorable. Situado justo frente a la playa y en la zona de fiesta de South Beach. Lo malo es que si quieres descansar hay una discoteca con la música fortísima hasta las 3 de la mañana.

Excelente ubicación. En un lugar como Miami hubiera venido muy bien que la recepcionista hable español, pero por suerte había varios empleados que sí lo hablaban como por ejemplo Héctor, que además de ser muy atento y respetuoso nos solucionó varios inconvenientes de comunicación, además de otros que no recuerdo su nombre. Agrego que dejó mucho que desear la limpieza, esperando de que este comentario sirva para que mejoren este Punto los del Hotel.

Ubicación excelente, habitación muy cómoda y funcional, ideal para grupo de jóvenes que ocupen cocinar ahí y gastar menos, pero cuidado hacen cargos extra al llegar, no limpian la habitación. El acceso es complicado. No recomendado para familias.

Muy buen hotel, excelente atención, sobre todo por la noche cuando perdí la tarjeta. Eddy me ayudo a poder ingresar al hotel sin ningún problema y muy rápida acción. La verdad que la atención de él fue excepcional, demostró mucho profesionalismo y muy eficaz a la hora de accionar. Muchas graciaspor hacerme sentir como en casa !
