Localização do hotel eh perfeita. Não há o que se reclamar quanto a isso. Infelizmente, minha experiência não foi muito agradável, pois encontrei um banheiro com cabelos presos na parede ao entrar no quarto pela primeira vez e o teto com manchas de vazamentos e mofo, o que pode ser prejudicial para quem possui alergias. Além disso, a televisão não funcionava, não pegava nenhum canal! A cama também é pequena.Achoumabsurdocobrarpeloestacionamento, a você já está hospedado. Enfim, não recomendado.

A localização era ótima. O quarto estava limpo. O atendimento ao cliente era horrível !! Tinha ficado 9 noites e reservado um quarto extra que minha família iria usar por uma noite, no entanto, um membro da família que estava vindo não se sentiu bem na manhã da chegada programada. Pelo fato de estarmos em situação de pandemia, foi o responsável coisa para fazer. Nós não sentimos que era seguro e eu liguei para a primeira coisa da manhã para cancelar a reserva. Disseram-me que não seria reembolsado pelos US $ 248 que paguei pelo quarto. Pedi para falar com um gerente que foi muito rude e se recusou terminantemente a ouvir qualquer coisa que eu tivesse a dizer. Eu era um bom cliente pagador, que deu a eles 9 dias de negócios e eles não respeitaram isso nem se importaram quando eu disse que escreveria este comentário. Teria ficado lá novamente, mas NUNCA se baseará na forma como tratam seus clientes ... 😕

Este é um bom hotel convenientemente localizado perto de Hollywood Beach. Passei a noite aqui enquanto estava em Hollywood Beach e fiquei satisfeito com minha experiência. Entrei no saguão do hotel e fiz o check-in na recepção, onde peguei a chave do quarto. Subi até o segundo andar do hotel e abri a porta do meu quarto para descobrir que meu quarto tinha banheiro com duas camas queen size. Coloquei minhas malas no chão e fui para a praia, o que era muito bom. Assim que voltei da praia, tomei um banho no espaçoso chuveiro do meu quarto de hotel para tirar toda a areia de mim. Depois que tomei banho, aluguei uma bicicleta no aluguel de bicicletas ao lado do hotel e pedalei ao longo de todo o calçadão de Hollywood, o que foi legal. Assim que voltei para o hotel, sentei-me na área comum do lado de fora. Tinha uma mesa com alguns assentos e um sofá grande, que era confortável. Depois de me sentar um pouco, saí do hotel para jantar. Assim que voltei do jantar, fui para o hotel e adormeci. Na manhã seguinte, acordei, tomei café da manhã e caminhei do lado de fora. Depois disso, voltei para o meu quarto, peguei minhas malas e fiz o check-out do hotel, satisfeito com minha experiência. Eu dei a este hotel cinco estrelas porque tem quartos agradáveis e limpos, chuveiros espaçosos e está convenientemente localizado ao lado de Hollywood Beach.

This is a nice hotel conveniently located right by Hollywood Beach. I stayed the night here while I was at Hollywood Beach and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into the hotel lobby and checked in at the front desk, where I got my room key. I walked up to the second floor of the hotel and opened my room door to find that my room had a bathrooms f two queen sized beds. I pit my suitcases down and went to the beach, which was pretty nice. Once I came back from the beach, I took a shower in my hotel room’s spacious shower to get all of the sand off me. After I took a shower, I rented a bike from the bike rental next to the hotel and rode along the entire Hollywood boardwalk, which was nice. Once I came back to the hotel, I sat down in the common area outside. It had a table with some seats and a large couch, which was comfy. After sitting down for a while, I left the hotel to have dinner. Once I came back from dinner, I went into the hotel and fell asleep. The next morning, I woke up, ate breakfast, and walked around outside. After doing that, I went back to my room, got my suitcases, and checked out of the hotel, satisfied with my experience. I gave this hotel five stars because it has nice, clean rooms, spacious showers, and it’s conveniently located right next to Hollywood Beach.

Location was great. Room was clean. Customer service was horrible!! Had stayed 9 nights and booked an extra room that my family was going to use for a night however, a family member that was coming did not feel well in the morning of the scheduled arrival. Based on the fact that we are in a pandemic situation, it was the responsible thing to do. We did not feel it was safe and I called 1st thing in the morning to cancel that reservation. I was told that I would not be refunded the $248 I paid for the room. I asked to speak to a manager who was very rude and flat out refused to listen to anything I had to say. I was a good paying customer that gave them 9 days of business and they did not respect that nor did they care when I told them that I would write this review. Would totally have stayed there again but will NEVER based on how they treat their customers...😕

Very unprofessional front desk staff wifi was down, being accused for others loud noise and behavior is unexceptable. need to put others vacation fun and time into consideration when dealing with other guest complainers who are miserable in their own lives try to mess up yours. get a life people you come on vacation to have a great time, have fun and enjoy, not to sleep and complain all day. never will be staying here again.

This place is so awesome right in the middle of it all without having to be on the boardwalk itself it has beautiful rooms all renovated updated pools gorgeous I can't say enough about this place I've had nothing but a positive experience here

Venho aqui há anos. A localização não pode ser batida. Está a poucos passos de um ótimo restaurante para o café da manhã e para o oceano. Há uma ótima piscina e um churrasco também.

Muy pequeña la piscina hasta las 8pm la limpian a las 10 am q hay q esperar 6 horas se oyen todo lo q pasan en las habitaciones de los lados y no hay parkeo la entrada es a las 4 si está limpia y ya a las 11 te tienes q ir quiere decir q ese día q te vas no disfrutas de la piscina porq la están limpiando

Steps from the beach and clean hotel. Great staff at the front desk and close to some good restaurants, the beach and shops. Little tikibar with limited munchie menu. Parking available for about $20/night.

Been coming here for years. The location can't be beat. It's only steps away to a great restaurant for breakfast, and the Ocean. There's a nice pool and a BBQ also.
