Minhas expectativas (que são altas) foram excedidas. Café da manhã completo quente e gratuito todas as manhãs me segura até o almoço trabalhando no calor. Cama, lençóis, lençóis e travesseiros todos de primeira classe. Mobiliário e decoração do quarto é apresentado bem com um efeito calmante. O banheiro é mais do que adequado e mini-bar com frigorífico e microondas recheados de uma excelente estadia.

Muito bom hotel, limpo. Eu tenho um upgrade gratuito, que tinha um espaço de sala de estar. A deli de Naifeh ao lado vai entregar o que é muito bom. É um edifício antigo mas foi bem actualizado.

Parece que este hotel caiu no esquecimento ... Eu fiquei aqui várias vezes no ano passado e foi ótimo, bem conservado, e a equipe foi incrível ... não tanto desta vez, wi-fi está fora por uma semana e ainda está a partir de hoje, coloquei em pedido de manutenção para substituição de chuveiro devido ao acúmulo de cálcio e jatos não borrifando corretamente, mais uma vez que não foi atendido .. também o café está sempre frio, de manhã o café também é frio. Não sei exatamente o que aconteceu com este hotel ??? Por ser ainda relativamente novo, só existe há alguns anos. Espero que eles consigam ficar juntos.

Parece que este hotel se ha quedado en el camino ... Me he alojado aquí varias veces el año pasado y fue genial, bien cuidado y el personal fue increíble ... no tanto esta vez, el wifi está fuera por una semana y Todavía es a partir de hoy, solicitó mantenimiento para reemplazar el cabezal de la ducha debido a la acumulación de calcio y los chorros no rociaban correctamente, nuevamente eso no se ha abordado .. también el café siempre está frío, en la mañana el café también está frío. ¿No sé qué pasó exactamente con este hotel? Siendo todavía bastante nuevo, solo ha estado allí unos años. Espero que puedan hacerlo juntos.

Seems like this hotel has fell by the wayside... I've stayed here multiple times last year and it was great, well kept, and the staff were awesome... not so much this time, wifi is out for a week and still is as of today, put in a maintenance request to replace shower head due to calcium build up and jets not spraying correctly , again that has not been addressed.. also coffee is always cold, in the morning coffee is cold as well. Don't know what exactly happened with this hotel??? Being it is still fairly new, it has only been there a few years. I hope they can get it together.

So disappointed. Stayed here 3 nights twice a year since it opened. Toothpaste still in the sink and used Q-tips on the floor by the trash. Gone all day and room was still not cleaned. Why not worse rating was front desk clerk was very apologetic.

Nice hotel. Wifi is really bad. I have to use an ethernet cable just to use the internet. Treadmill is old and cable is off the wheel on the pull down section of the universal machine

Alquilé una sala de reuniones / banquetes para el cumpleaños de mi hija debido al clima tan caluroso que decidimos hacer una fiesta interior, por eso alquilé la sala de banquetes. Cuando llegamos había un ventilador en la habitación, eso es todo. Pensé que tal vez era solo para ayudar a enfriar la habitación más rápido. ¡No, es porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación! En serio, se supone que tengo que ver a cerca de 20 personas para una fiesta y todos estamos en una habitación sin aire acondicionado. Ni siquiera me lo dijeron hasta que pregunté, pensé que una llamada o una notificación de que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba solo habría sido correcto.

Aluguei uma sala de reuniões / banquetes para o aniversário das minhas filhas devido ao clima tão quente que decidimos fazer uma festa interna, por isso aluguei a sala de banquetes. Quando chegamos, havia um ventilador na sala, é isso. Eu pensei que talvez fosse apenas para ajudar a esfriar a sala mais rapidamente. Não, é porque o ar condicionado não estava funcionando na sala! Sério, eu deveria ter quase 20 pessoas aparecendo para uma festa e todos nós estamos em um quarto sem ar condicionado! Eles nem me disseram até que eu pedi, pensei que uma ligação ou uma notificação do funcionário não estivesse funcionando corretamente.

I rented a meeting/banquet room for my daughters birthday due to the weather being so hot we decided to do an Inside party hence why I rented the banquet room. When we arrived there was a fan in the room, that’s it. I thought maybe it’s was just to help cool the room down faster. Nope it’s because the air conditioning wasn’t working in the room! Seriously I’m supposed to have close to 20 people show up for a party & all of us be in one room with no ac! They didn’t even tell me until I asked, I thought a call or a notification of the ac not working would have only been right.

Very nice hotel, clean. I got a free upgrade, which had a sitting room space. Naifeh's deli next door will deliver which is very nice. It is an older building but has been nicely updated.

Mis expectativas (que son altas) fueron superadas. El desayuno completo caliente gratuito cada mañana me retiene hasta el almuerzo, trabajando en el calor. Cama, sábanas, ropa de cama, y almohadas de primera clase. Muebles y decoración de la habitación se presenta bien con un efecto calmante. El baño es más que adecuado y el minibar con nevera y microondas completó una excelente estancia.

My expectations (which are high) were exceeded. Free hot full breakfast each morning holds me over till lunch working in the heat. Bed, sheets, linens, and pillows all first class. Furniture and room decor is presented well with a soothing affect. Bathroom is more than adequate and mini bar with fridge and microwave topped off an excellent stay.
