Adorei há 3 anos e adorei novamente na semana passada. Desta vez ficamos no apartamento de 2 quartos e era enorme, limpo e bem equipado. Uma jóia de um hotel em Tulum, longe do barulho da faixa principal, mas ainda perto da agitação. Muitos ótimos restaurantes e vendedores de comida de rua nas proximidades também.

Loved it 3 years ago and loved it again last week. This time we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge, clean and well equipped. A gem of a hotel in Tulum, away from the noise of the main strip but still close to the hustle and bustle. Lots of great restaurants and street food vendors nearby too.

Meu marido e eu realmente gostamos da nossa estadia no Azura! Edifício é limpo e novo. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. A localização é excelente, há muito o que fazer a uma curta distância. Como fica bem no centro de Tulum, há ruído do tráfego. Nós gostamos de ler e relaxar na cobertura. Além disso, os produtos perfumados de chá branco no banheiro eram um deleite agradável.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Azura! Building is clean and new. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great, there is so much to do within walking distance. Since it is right downtown Tulum there is traffic noise. We enjoyed reading and relaxing on the rooftop. Also, the white tea scented products in the washroom were a nice treat.

Depois de um voo de 12 horas de Maui, cheguei a Tulum com a notícia de que havia Covid ativo em meus amigos, onde eu deveria passar a noite. Meu motorista e eu encontramos o Azura online enquanto procurávamos uma alternativa rápida para mim. Sabina me ajudou a encontrar o local e fazer o check-in. Ela foi muito gentil e graciosa.O quarto era enorme, realmente um apartamento de um quarto. Era limpo, moderno, tinha todas as comodidades que você poderia desejar e acessível. Consegui o melhor preço ligando direto e pagando em dinheiro.A localização era fácil, bem na cidade e um Oxxo do outro lado da rua. Caminhe para tudo. Embora eu não use o lounge da cobertura ou duas piscinas rasas, foi agradável lá em cima.A cama de tamanho normal era confortável e a pressão da água excelente. Eles ainda lhe dão um dispensador de água de nascente no seu quarto.Se você estiver fora o dia todo explorando e quiser voltar para um lugar seguro, limpo, moderno e novinho em folha para ficar, o Azura marca todas as caixas.

After a 12-hour flight from Maui, I arrived to Tulum with the news that there was active Covid at my friends where i was supposed to stay for the night. My driver and I found Azura online while looking for a quick alternative for me. Sabina helped me to find the location and check in. She was so very kind and gracious.
The room was huge, really a one-bedroom apartment. It was clean, modern, had every amenity you could want and affordable. I got the best price calling direct and paying cash.
The location was easy, right in town and an Oxxo across the street. Walk to everything. Although i did not use the roof lounge or two wading pools, it was pleasant up there.
The full sized bed was comfy and water pressure excellent. They even give you a spring water dispenser in your room.
If you are out all day exploring and want to come back to a clean, modern, brand new safe place to stay, Azura checks all the boxes.

Estabelecimento muito bom com uma localização ideal para aceder ao centro da cidade a pé. Atmosfera zen e muito limpo. Tínhamos um apartamento espaçoso com 2 quartos encantadores com casa de banho privada, uma cozinha equipada e uma sala de estar muito confortável. O telhado é agradável. O pessoal é muito acolhedor. Você pode estacionar facilmente na rua. Observe que não há acesso aos outros andares além das escadas e que o estabelecimento não oferece café da manhã. Nós tivemos um belo presente de Natal ' Bom valor para o dinheiro. Eu recomendo para uma ótima estadia em Tullum.

Very bad location. Unfriendly stuff. Spiders on the wall. I couldn’t stay at the hotel and i asked for refund the receptionist response was very rude and they didn’t give me my money back

Adorei o conceito, é muito limpo, é ultra silencioso, exceto que havia uma barraca de taco por perto e eu estava tomando cerveja, então eles fizeram muito barulho.Limpeza 10 Design 10 Colchão 10 Preço: para mim Custou 2.000 por noite. Recepção Rápida Eles só têm 2 vagas de estacionamento para 10 quartos.

Muy mal servicio, me hicieron el cargo de la reservación y solo negaron haber recibido el deposito cuando les envié mi estado de cuenta con el cargo reflejado. El banco me confirmo el número de autorización y referencia para rastrear el deposito pero la gerente del hotel se negó a transferir mi reembolso. El cargo lo quisieron duplicar por tal motivo lo rechazó mi banco debido a que tenía el monto para cubrir solo esa reservación.

Wow hermoso! Me encantó el concepto, tiene muy limpio, está ultra tranquila a excepción de que había un puesto de tacos cerca y estaba tomando cerveza entonces hacían mucho ruido.Limpieza 10 Diseño 10 Colchón 10 Precio: a mi me Costó 2000 la noche. Recepción Rápida Sólo tienen 2 cajones de estacionamiento para 10 habitaciones.

spot onWe stayed in the Azura for 4 nights in Jan 21 and we can 100% recommend the place. Sabine does a outstanding job, from the welcome, to the customer managements until the check out. She is carrying about her clients like a mother :)the location is perfect to get around Tulum citiy. There are many good local restaurants in foot distance. the room are very clean and pretty. the roof top with various small pools are perfect to escape from very busy Tulum.Access to the beach is very easy by bike. Sabine will help you to organize the bicycles. again, it is all about simplicity. You will enjoy your stay like a queen and kingPS: We stays in 5 star all-inclusive hotels prior the stay and in small luxury hotels after. So we have a good comparability of top hotels around.Sabine, again a special thank you to you and the team. we will recommend your place to whoever we know and intends to go to Tulum. What an amazing little gem! This was our first visit to Tulum and I am so happy that we decided to stay here.The two ladies at the front were amazingly helpful and very nice.Anytime we needed a cab ride or help with locations we wanted to visit, they assisted us. They were always smiling and just so warm and welcoming!When we were shown to our room we had a beautiful two bedroom apartment. It was stocked with welcome snacks and drinks. It was very clean and beyond spacious! Each bedroom has their own bathroom. The pictures online are very accurate and depict the property perfectly!Breakfast was delicious consisting of fruit, freshly squeezed juice, yogurt and croissants.They even delivered it to us on the rooftop one day as we wanted to enjoy the early morning breeze!This boutique hotel is a two block walk to the city strip where there is a plentiful amount of local shopping and restaurants. The hotel is not located on the beach but it’s only about a 10 minute drive.I wish I could give it 10 stars! You will not regret your stay here! Keep up the good up Azura Boutique!!!!

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They helped us organizing our tours. The quality of the room is excellent. There is a daily cleaning service. There are so many great things here I can't even enumerate all. All in all I don't think that we could have found a better place to stay. This is simply perfect.
