Fantástico é a palavra que define este hotel.Já no check-in vc é recebido com uma bebida refrescante. A conectividade é excelente. Instalações novas,modernase de excelente padrão. O atendimento merece 5 estrelas. A localização é proxima dos principais pontos turisticos. Amei a experiência. Quando voltar para Atenas me hospedo aqui.

A nice hotel with a lovely lobby cum bar.
Comfortable rooms, lacking only some pegs to hang your towels on. It's easily fixed, I think.
Very good breakfast but boring dinner.
The bar serves good coffee, and the staff is courteous and helpful.
I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great place to stay not too far from center city (easily reachable by walking). Friendly staff and a lot of effort made to make it safe during the Covid crisis. Room is comfortable.
Really limited parking places and only suitable for small cars but really convenient. I recommend this hotel

Have to agree with the comments questioning how this is a 4-star hotel.The hotel itself is quite out of the way of public transport (it's about 10 mins from the tram or 20-25mins to Syngrou-Fix metro stop) there is a bus stop nearby but we didn't use that. It faces out onto a busy highway and it's also sandwiched between two strip clubs.The staff were very nice and the food (dinner) was fantastic. However, the breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special.In addition to the above, we paid for a room that was supposed to have an acropolis view, and requested it through the reservation booking, and got the view in the image below.

Extremely comfy rooms, modern, clean and big enough to be comfortable. The noise is a small issue, but it is related to the great area of the hotel in proximity to business areas of South Athens. Stuff is polite and makes you feel like home!

This hotel made me question the logic behind 4 star hotels in Greece. Unless I stayed in another one a couple of days after.We (family) got a small dingy room on the second floor, which reeked of cigarette smell. The bathroom was awful and had no shower curtains. They missed room cleaning even after being notified. A 2 or 3 star at best. Much better options elsewhere.

The hotel is very confortable, the staff is always willing to help, we had a problem with our AC, and the upgraded us for a room with a functional AC. The view on the Acropolis is stunning. The buffet of the breakfast is excellent as well. There is a bus station right across the street which makes the hotel very well situated

Service is good. cleaning is not good, my first room had an insect, in the second the shampoo and soap bottles were used and were not changed.I paid for one of the best rooms that had a balcony but it was extremely noisy, all the noise from cars, nightclubs and people on the street completely entered the room even with everything closed, I was switched to a smaller room on the other side because it was the only one they hadand it made no noise.does not have the facilities that promise as a minibar.

Uno de los mejores hoteles de 4* que conozco. El servicio de recepción fue fantástico, la atención genial, el desayuno muy completo y variado. Habitaciones muy limpias y muy bien montadas. Todo fue perfecto y repetiriamos sin dudarlo. Lo único que eché en falta fue una mejor comunicación, el metro queda muy lejos y Plaka queda lejos para ir andando (35 min)

El hotel está muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno muy completo y la atención estupenda. Está retirado del centro pero los taxis son muy baratos en Atenas con la aplicación taxibeat.

Hotel 4*, llegamos cerca de las 2am. nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación,sin tener en cuenta que nosotros habíamos pedido todas habitaciones twin (2 camas individuales), y nos dieron todas DBL matrimonial. Desayuno excelente. comodidad en el hotel, un restaurante abierto 24hs a 30ms. Se puede caminar hasta Plaka. ayuda a bajar el desayuno

La atención por parte del personal de recepción fue maravillosa ya que cuando llegamos la habitación no estaba reservada para nuestra estancia en Atenas por lo que nos facilitaron otro hotel cercano al suyo y de las mismas características atheneum Palace luxury.en el cual nos recibieron estupendamente. Por poner un pero sólo decir que la falta de saber español por parte del personal de recepción es un inconveniente para aquellos que no sabemos mucho o nada inglés.

El hotel es excelente. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. El buffet del desayuno también es muy variado y de calidad. El único problema es que está en una de las vías con más transito en Grecia y las habitaciones que dan a esta avenida tienen mucho ruido. El hotel está rodeado de dos streaptease clubs, a así que por la noche no es lo más agradable para pasear.

Hotel moderno, buen desayuno, habitación amplia, pero la wifi no funcionaba, y la habitación era un búnker, no llegaba la red móvil. Era una habitación con vistas a la ciudad y me dieron una habitación interior que daba a un pasillo de habitaciones y se sentía El Paso de la gente continuamente. Para que te abran el parking tienes que estar 10 minutos rogando y esperando. Al hacer el check out estuve más de 10 minutos para que me hicieran la factura y la hicieron mal. Parece que quieren ser muy atentos pero demoran todo, no se si solo tienen gente novata que no conoce el sistema de trabajo.

Todo perfecto Incluso cuando llegamos y habia dos camas nos la pusieron doble a peticion mia. Todo muy limpio. El cuarto de baño tiene placa de ducha pero es muy amplia. El hotel esta cerca del centro. Aconsejo a todo el mundo ir al Centro. Por lo menos para mi me resulto encantador.
