Pro: What an interesting hotel. I'm not sure how old this hotel is, but it appears to be brand new. Coming into the building, it's clean, functional, and secure. The rooms are small but practical. It appears minimal. Having a mini stove, a fridge, a microwave, and a full bathroom was useful. I'm not sure how to feel about a non carpeted room being that it's Washington state, and it is a more cold state rather than warm. The rooms do give me minimalist European vibes. I do like the coffee on demand in the lobby (made fresh at a posh of a button). Our room was facing the street versus freeway, so no freeway noise was noticed.Con: There were so many little things "broken" or fully functional with the room. The bathroom door was stiff and difficult to turn. The tub faucet and shower bar were loose. The room for the door doesn't easily shut, so make sure you push hard to shut from inside the room and pull hard when closing from outside. The elevator was rickety sounding going up or down. The front desk is non-existent after and before certain hours, maybe a "Thank You" to COVID for that.Sorry I did take any pictures...Overall, the experience was ok. Would I stay they again? Maybe... Ter um mini fogão, uma geladeira, um micro-ondas e um banheiro completo foi útil. Não tenho certeza de como me sentir em relação a um quarto sem carpete, pois é o estado de Washington e é um estado mais frio do que quente. Os quartos me dão vibrações europeias minimalistas. Eu gosto do café sob demanda no saguão (feito na hora com um botão elegante). Nosso quarto ficava de frente para a rua versus a rodovia, então nenhum ruído da rodovia foi notado.Con: Havia tantas pequenas coisas "quebradas" ou totalmente funcionais na sala. A porta do banheiro era rígida e difícil de virar. A torneira da banheira e a barra do chuveiro estavam soltas. Pro: Qué hotel más interesante. No estoy seguro de cuántos años tiene este hotel, pero parece ser nuevo. Al entrar al edificio, es limpio, funcional y seguro. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero prácticas. Parece mínimo. Tener una mini estufa, una nevera, un microondas y un baño completo fue útil. No estoy seguro de cómo sentirme acerca de una habitación sin alfombras, ya que es el estado de Washington, y es un estado más frío que cálido. Las habitaciones me dan vibraciones europeas minimalistas. Me gusta el café a pedido en el vestíbulo (recién hecho con un elegante botón). Typical extended stay hotel. Tons of smokers, so the halls and common areas don't smell the best. Seems no one picks up dog poo, so it's a mine field out there. All staff have been lovely and accommodating. Good price. Room is very clean and spacious enough. Hotel típico de estadia prolongada. Toneladas de fumantes, então os corredores e áreas comuns não cheiram melhor. Parece que ninguém recolhe cocô de cachorro, então é um campo minado lá fora. So I had to check out two weeks early. I talked to management and asked for a refund. They agreed to refund me but them 3 months later they rejected the refund. I never got my money back. I was lied to and screwed over. My stay was cool but if I knew I was not going to get refunded I would had kept the room even if I didn’t stay there. They basically made soy del money off me. I’m sure the booked my room as soon as I left.would not recommend them at all Então eu tive que fazer o check-out duas semanas antes. Falei com a gerência e pedi um reembolso. Eles concordaram em me reembolsar, mas 3 meses depois rejeitaram o reembolso. Nunca recebi meu dinheiro de volta. Eu fui enganado e ferrado. Minha estadia foi legal, mas se eu soubesse que não seria reembolsado, teria ficado com o quarto mesmo que não ficasse lá. Eles basicamente ganharam muito dinheiro comigo. Tenho certeza de que reservou meu quarto assim que saí.

Mi estadía fue genial, pero si supiera que no me iban a reembolsar, habría conservado la habitación incluso si no me hubiera quedado allí. Básicamente hicieron soy del dinero conmigo. Estoy seguro de que reservé mi habitación tan pronto como me fui. No los recomendaría en absoluto.

I struggle with giving a 4 star but it not that bad and price was great.Advise to bring:1.extra pillows and a blanket. I didn't like there's. It was like prison stuff I feel like2. A candle or something to make the room smell better.The room had a bad odder.3. dish soup for sink and dish washer4. If you like your room dark then a curtain or something to cover blinds. (I didn't bring anything though) Just something I would have liked.5. HDMI cable if you bring a laptop that way you could watch movies on TV.6. The room was provided with a pot, pan, 2x Bowls, 2x Plates, 2x Glasses, 2x mugs, 2x of each silverware. If you plan on cooking alot bring extra stuff.That's about it.Staff was great.Location is close to JBLM but Lakewood has crime so lock and park you car close to the door.Wood have gave it 5 stars but it was the little things that almost had me give it a 3 star but I'm nice. Uma vela ou algo para deixar o quarto mais cheiroso. O quarto tinha um mau mais estranho.3. Sopa de louça para pia e máquina de lavar louça4. Se você gosta de seu quarto escuro, então uma cortina ou algo para cobrir as persianas. (Eu não trouxe nada embora) Apenas algo que eu teria gostado.5. Cabo HDMI se você trouxer um laptop para assistir filmes na TV.6. A sala foi fornecida com uma panela, panela, 2x tigelas, 2x pratos, 2x copos, 2x canecas, 2x de cada talheres. Se você planeja cozinhar muito, traga coisas extras.É sobre isso. A equipe foi ótima. I'll give my opinion based more on the future. Besides the noisy upstairs people 🙄which is crazy how loud they are working graveyards is hard with them. I have not talked to them yet they have doggies🤷🏾♀️ (maybe what can you do? )They are clean I've yet to ever see someone even cleaning the washers and dryers in their laundry room😊 That's a major student in showing they don't just say it's clean. They also have a company that comes out to do the grounds Brookstone Landscape and Design on top of the Associates I see cleaning between time.The staff is amazing. No matter who you encounter they are there to help you. The gym that is there has that Pelaton bike which is amazing but will hurt the tush for the people on the more slander tushie side.Overall it's a great place. 👍 it's close to the base and right on the freeway. The noise from the hiway doesn't bleed into the hotel. Vou dar minha opinião com base mais no futuro. Além das pessoas barulhentas do andar de cima 🙄 que é uma loucura o quão alto eles estão trabalhando nos cemitérios é difícil com eles. Eu não falei com eles ainda eles têm cachorrinhos🤷🏾♀️ (talvez o que você pode fazer?) Eles estão limpos Eu ainda não vi alguém mesmo limpando as lavadoras e secadoras na lavanderia 😊 Isso é um grande aluno em mostrar eles não dizem apenas que é limpo. Eles também têm uma empresa que sai para fazer os terrenos Brookstone Landscape and Design em cima dos Associates que vejo limpando entre o tempo.A equipe é incrível. Não importa quem você encontre, eles estão lá para ajudá-lo. A academia que tem lá tem aquela bike Pelaton que é incrível mas vai doer o bumbum para as pessoas do lado mais caluniador.No geral é um ótimo lugar. 👍 fica pertinho da base e bem na rodovia. O barulho da estrada não penetra no hotel.

The regular staff are friendly but frustrated most from being over worked secondary to being understaffed.It's a much nicer stay in general than extended stay America. The decor was more clean and modern. And i never had to worry about being shot by a stray bullet.The pricing is outrageous, especially considering that the majority of the people that need to stay there are under some sort of distress. I also had issues when I moved in involving a bait and switch on the price for the 1st 3 months. There were increases starting within 2-3 weeks. A gestão foi muito ruim. Eu também tive problemas quando me mudei envolvendo uma isca e mudei o preço para os primeiros 3 meses. Houve aumentos começando dentro de 2-3 semanas.

El personal habitual es amable, pero la mayoría se siente frustrado por el exceso de trabajo secundario a la falta de personal.Es una estadía mucho más agradable en general que una estadía prolongada en Estados Unidos. La decoración era más limpia y moderna. Y nunca tuve que preocuparme de que me disparara una bala perdida.El precio es escandaloso, especialmente considerando que la mayoría de las personas que necesitan quedarse allí están bajo algún tipo de angustia. También tuve problemas cuando me mudé con un cebo y encendí el precio durante los primeros 3 meses. Hubo aumentos a partir de 2-3 semanas.

I would urge anyone to not stay here, simply for the fact that they have a major pest problem that the GM just shrugged off as a minor issue. Plus, I checked out of the hotel for said issue, he charges me for 2 additional days because he had to take the room off market. Like that's my problem?! It's called customer service, buddy. And after a promise of a refund for the portion of my stay I didn't use, he ghosts me and now I have to get my bank and insurance company who funded the stay involved...It's dirty, poor area(vehicle break-ins and thefts near daily), questionable management. Insto a cualquiera a que no se quede aquí, simplemente por el hecho de que tienen un problema importante de plagas que el gerente general simplemente encogió de hombros como un problema menor. Además, me fui del hotel por dicho problema, me cobra 2 días adicionales porque tuvo que sacar la habitación del mercado. ¿Como si ese fuera mi problema? Se llama servicio al cliente, amigo. Y después de una promesa de reembolso por la parte de mi estadía que no usé, él me hace fantasma y ahora tengo que involucrar a mi banco y a la compañía de seguros que financió la estadía ... First of all the staff is helpful and very friendly But the manager Is a baby. it look liked the manager got bullied as a kid and is really rude. Honestly if you want a room with no bathroom door 🚪and live wires coming out of the wall then this is the place for you. good luck in getting a refund or canceling you’re stayed at the hotel , cause the manager will act like a kid and he doesn’t know what he’s doing. this is the reason why the hotel is falling apart En primer lugar, el personal es servicial y muy amable, pero el gerente es un bebé. parece que el gerente fue intimidado cuando era niño y es realmente grosero. Honestamente, si desea una habitación sin puerta de baño y cables con corriente que salgan de la pared, este es el lugar para usted. buena suerte para obtener un reembolso o cancelar su estadía en el hotel, porque el gerente actuará como un niño y no sabe lo que está haciendo. esta es la razón por la que el hotel se está cayendo a pedazos
