We were given a room with balcony, cool, once in the 2 bedroom apartment nothing but mould. I can understand dusty blocked up vents, but curtains, lampshades, bedding, MOULD yuck. Spent $500 for 1 night , NEVER AGAIN. Stay away from this place. Looking forward to a great nights rest WOW the beds HORRIBLE, no softness basically sleeping on springs , how stupid is this place, REFUND

A terrible experience. I have a video, I took of the room, so disgusting. We arrived half hour after check in 2.30. They sent us to a room. Which they after we complained that we had requested and were assured we had a room with a balcony. No balcony, the oven was filthy, blood stains on the curtains lord knows what stains on the couch were only to turn over and be horrified at what we saw. We paid $30 for parking. Laughable, we were asked you don't need to use your car do you?. Because they park someone behind you so you cannot get out. Such a disappointing experience. Reception assured us we would be in the new room within half an hour.The reception staff seemed annoyed that we rang every half hour to get the room that was actually allocated to us. That took 3 hours. We got to our room with a balcony at 5.30. Not any cleaner gotta say. So disappointed will posting this video on you tube. Have worked as a cleaner in hotels. If your job is not up to standard I question management not the cleaners they are under they pump being made to pump out rooms. You management need to look at how you deal with staff and patrons. Only Good thing was the location. Shame on you people who own the establishment.

I had booked a double bedroom with a city view two weeks prior and was given two different room keys, the final key being on the ground floor. I told them that’s not what I booked and the only option they offered me was to cancel my booking. Questioned why my room wasn’t available, was told they only get bookings on the day? Even though I booked two weeks prior and got a confirmation email from them. A lady next to me was telling them her room was very dirty so dodged a bullet I guess. Very unprofessional luckily quest on queen st was very professional and helpful, I got a balcony room for the same price an hour before they closed.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely and spacious in the living area as well as the bedrooms and bathroom. All rooms were a very good size. The beds were really comfortable and kitchen facilities were very useful. Had 2 hobs, oven/grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, sink, cupboards, dishwasher, cups/mugs/plates/bowls/cutlery/pots/pans, salt/pepper/tea/coffee/sugar, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, dining table, sofa, TV. The toilet in the bathroom had a built-in seat warmer, bidet and dryer too, very fancy! Staff on the front desk were all very friendly and helpful too. Overall, I had a very happy, comfortable, and clean stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Is there any option of 0 star rating? Horrible staffs at reception the worst customer service any company could provide would be VR. Not welcoming at all. Having rude staffs at front desk makes the hotel look more worse as people are greeted and spoken to very rudely, why would this hotel hire staffs that are not helpful or approachable?. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Secondly room itself and bathroom are very dirty, hairs on the floor. There’s No TV remote.
Check out was as horrible as check in, with the same staff member. Asking her about the bond refund, she replied back with attitude and by raising her voice saying that will be done tomorrow. We asked her if she would go and check the room before doing the bond process? She replied back saying if the room is clean then it will be refunded ? So VR expects us to clean the room too, if we don’t then we won’t get the bond back? What’s the point of having housekeeping? When you expect your guests to clean it before checking out?. She refused to give her name as we wanted to make a complaint and she told us call tomorrow morning? Try to at least have friendly front of house staffs so that guests feel welcomed. Happy arrival and happy leaving.
