A recepção do hotel é em um local totalmente diferente de onde esta seu quarto, por ser um apart hotel e spa, tem de tudo mais é muito longe, são predios residencias que eles chamam de hotel ( hahaha ). É muito legal, vale a pena..Mas tivemos um problema, alem de na chegada se perdemos para achar o nosso predio, um dia quando chegamos nosso cartao nao abria a ultima porta do quarto, abrimos as outras duas mas a do quarto não. Demoram uns 40 minutos mas entramos no quarto.
Quartos para até quatro pessoas, mas somente com um banheiro e um quarto em si, outras duas pessoas dormem em sofá cama. Muito equipado o quarto com tudo de um verdadeiro apartamento, mas alguns quartos não tem todos os itens de cozinha (como estou com dois quartos vejo que há coisas em um e não no outro). Muitas piscinas e muito limpas. Boa localização, ao lado do Sougrass Mills e Walmart etc.
Excelente resort. Bem localizado entre Miami e Fort Lauderdale Muita área verde e sossego. Preços compatíveis com os melhores locais! Excelente atendimento por parte dos recepcionistas e atendimento aos hóspedes! Auxiliam em todas as necessidades! Voltaria outras vezes, com certeza!
Ė um bom lugar para vir com a família para descansar após as compras. O hotel fica a poucas milhas do Sawgrass Malls. Quarto amplo, com banheira. Para 4 pessoas, há um sofá cama na sala de estar. Não é o mais confortável do mundo, mas dá para descansar. A area da piscina é muito agradável.
Excelente! Quartos amplos, com sala , cozinha e muito bem equipados. É bem tranquilo, piscina ótima com direito a uma hot pool muito agradável, tem várias quadras de Tênis também. A maioria do pessoal é da terceira idade (não é nosso caso), e tem diversas atividades para essa turma.Recomendo para quem quer assistir ao Miami Open de Tênis ( nosso caso), ficaperto do estádio, 15 a 20 minutos.
Participo do programa RCI e este foi o pior hotel que fiquei. Apartamento que deveria ser utilizado para 4 pessoas e só tem uma cama de casal. Pedi um apartamento maior e disseram que avaria custo...
Recomendo as todos. Muito bom e muito grande. Ficamos surpresos com a qualidade dos quartos e banheiros sala copa e cozinha completa no que fechamos pra nós com 2 quartos e a localização muito boa perto tem o Walmart lojas famosas do outro lado da avenida e 12 à 15 minutos dos parks!!Very good!!!!! Recommended to all. E tem o Antônio na recepção que fala espanhol que ajuda muito e é muito gentil. #verygood Approved!
Reservamos uma unidade de 2 quartos, mas eram 2 apartamentos conjugados. Muito espaçoso. Com hidromassagem na suíte master. Em 5 dias, não fizeram limpeza dos quartos, só quando fizemos check-out. Mas, achei melhor assim. Staff muito atencioso e gentil
We had a B-side 1-bedroom that was pretty nice. The sofa bed was pretty old, the balcony was small and balcony door was not easy to open or close. These smaller units also have no dishwasher or oven and very little counter space in the kitchen. They did have an electric cooktop and an electric frying pan available. We spent some time at the pool,but they did run out of towels on one visit. Gift/snack shop closed at 6 so we never got a chance to visit that or try any food. Seems a bit early to close when it offers food. Staff was attentive and sent us salt and pepper on request, but it took about 40 minutes. Only soap was provided in bathroom but could probably request shampoo and conditioner.
They were accommodating with my handicap accessible room. I had a lovely biew; they were there to help me anytime, I needed help...with my luggage or towels & transportation.I appreciate their service. It was outstanding.

The resort customer services is five stars. They were able to checked us in early and we were able to upgrade our unit. The building Heron 2was worn out and in need of remodeling, but it's nice and peaceful. We have to wait a while to get an elevator because the other one was broken. Pictures speak louder than words so take a look at my pictures. I will still stay here in the future because customer services very important regardless.

Todo muy bien cuidado y en muy buen estado.La atención del personal en la recepción es muy amable y dispuesta a atenderlas peticiones.Muy pendientes con el tema de la pandemia y se exige distanciamiento social. El sitio queda cerca de 40 min de Miami,alejado del bullicio y propicio para desconectarse. Definitivamente volvería a asistir.
This is a fine place. My biggest problem with us was that RCI rated it as a gold crown (which it is not). The pool area and hot tub are nice, and the staff was super friendly. I just felt that the cleanliness and upkeep of the property could be greatly improved.

We are owners at this resort and recommend it to everyone.We love this place! Don't buy,just rent it from someone or get deals through the resort/online. It's a great location too, 30 minutes to the beach/ FLL, 35 min to Miami,1 hour to everglades park, 3.5 hrs to key west (amazing day trip!! But a long one). If you do the timeshare presentation expect an extremely hard sell..... don't buy unless you really will use it and can afford it.
Pool and hot tub areas are nice sizes that can accommodate numerous guests at the same time. The resort rooms are reasonably sized. You'll want to pay attention to which 1-BR unit you are planning to reserve. Unit A has a full kitchen while Unit B has partial kitchen utilizing a hot plate and electric skillet versus an oven with stove top. We prefer the Mizner location since it is walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and salons. Keep in mind, this location is a nice spot for your getaway.
Great place to vacation. The unit was well equipped and the amenities as well. The staff was very attentive and amicable. If we needed anything we were extremely well looked after. I would recommend this resort to family or friends in a heartbeat. A definite five star plus class.

Love it here. Anytime I am in Weston or Fort Lauderdale I am staying here. I usually travel with family including small kids, young adults and the grandparents. There is something for all ages here. Enough room inside the villages as well.This is our 5th time booking here. Nice comfy lay out. Big fresh patios and always clean and organized. They even have very nice and clean outdoor grill areas. They have such a nice warm pool area with a smoothie stand and gift shop located right by the gym. I’d give it more stars if I could. They book up fast so if you know your going for sure it’s best to book up in advance.

If you are offered a free meal and gift certificate for a timeshare, be advised the sales agents are Vultures, look up Vacation Village and you will see similar reviews...they will not take no for an answer, they will get several other sales reps to speak to you when they are not getting you to grasp the 'great' deal that they offer you. My mom has a timeshare & they attempted to get her to upgrade or buy more. They also checked her balance and offered to take her payment and then they held her card hostage when she continued to decline. I had to almost scream for my moms credit card back. She’s an elder lady. Imagine all the poor soft spoken elders that they take advantage of. One agent broke out his family album as props to get you feeling like family to convince you to buy. It’s was such a horrible experience to continue to tell someone “no” but they keep trying. They need to make a living but they have no care in the world when you are not interested. They do this naturally, push push push...talk talk... All you need to do is continue to say no, depending on how much of their face you can take & ask for your gift certificate so you can leave. Take a picture with your agent before you leave and post a review of their service… good luck!
Very nice family resort. Many seniors as well as families. Staff was great. Not enough chairs around the pool. No on site restaurants, only a gift shop with sandwiches and snacks. The lady in the gift shop is very nice.
I booked and reserved the room for my boyfriend and I. But once I arrived, I waited AN HOUR in line just to be told I’m not able to check in because I’m under 21 and they couldn’t issue a refund because I booked 3rd party. I was also treated terribly by most of the staff. I left crying. The ONLY good part about my experience was the lovely Angela I spoke to on the phone, who pretty much resolved everything. She is also a manager, and if you ARE going to book here, I recommend asking for Angela. Please read all fine print on website before you book.
An excellent home away from home! The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful and professional. The grounds are kept in great condition, the pool is large and beautiful. Even the small coffee shop has just what you're looking for. We will stay here again! You can have a wonderful time!!
