This hotel is gorgeous and so accommodating. It’s conveniently placed if you’re visiting the campus and has beautiful views (you’re lucky if you get a lake view). Totally staying here next time I come, my only complaint is I wish the shower water was hotter. Then again, that’s just me. Thank you guys for the most comfortable stay at your hotel :) Este hotel é lindo e tão acolhedor. Está convenientemente localizado se você estiver visitando o campus e tem belas vistas (você tem sorte se tiver vista para o lago). Totalmente ficar aqui na próxima vez que eu vier, minha única reclamação é que eu gostaria que a água do chuveiro fosse mais quente. Então, novamente, isso sou apenas eu. We were in town to move our youngest into the dorm at UChicago, and we absolutely loved our stay at The Study! It's so conveniently located and the view from our 10th floor suite was absolutely breathtaking! Latrice, our reservation specialist, was so helpful, personable, and professional. She made our stay even more extraordinary! We'll be staying again and again over the next four years (and maybe even beyond)! Estávamos na cidade para mudar nosso filho mais novo para o dormitório da UChicago, e adoramos nossa estadia no The Study! É tão convenientemente localizado e a vista da nossa suíte no 10º andar era absolutamente de tirar o fôlego! Latrice, nossa especialista em reservas, foi muito prestativa, gentil e profissional. I thoroughly enjoyed my four-day stay at the Study. The staff is extraordinarily friendly. It was pouring rain one morning, and the valet came out to help us, holding his umbrella over my son as he loaded stuff in our trunk, even though we did not park our car with the hotel. The rooms are tastefully designed and have everything you need. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend the Study, even if you're not visiting the University of Chicago! Gostei muito da minha estadia de quatro dias no Estudo. A equipe é extraordinariamente simpática. Estava chovendo uma manhã, e o manobrista saiu para nos ajudar, segurando seu guarda-chuva sobre meu filho enquanto carregava coisas em nosso porta-malas, embora não tenhamos estacionado nosso carro no hotel. Os quartos são decorados com bom gosto e têm tudo que você precisa. O bairro é lindo e tranquilo. Eu recomendo o Estudo, mesmo se você não estiver visitando a Universidade de Chicago!

Estaba lloviendo a cántaros una mañana, y el valet salió a ayudarnos, sosteniendo su paraguas sobre mi hijo mientras cargaba cosas en nuestro baúl, a pesar de que no estacionamos nuestro auto en el hotel. Hands down, absolutely the nicest hotel staff I've ever encountered. They treated us like family from the moment we arrived. We needed a place to stay close to the University of Chicago hospital and this was the perfect hotel. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again. This Hotel and its Staff has been outstanding. Terron, Tiffany, Rob, Lex, Jason and Jaun the doorman. They all helped make it an amazing stay for us during very stressful visits to the Hospital.The place was already amazing and calming, but the staff made it even more relaxing. We needed that. Thank you.

Ficamos no The Study por causa da proximidade com a Universidade de Chicago, que fica literalmente a alguns passos. Em todos os momentos a atenção foi calorosa e eficiente. The Study is a very new hotel with everything feeling new from the bathrooms to the architecture and card access. The staff was kind and friendly, even for a very very late check in (2 am). There was always a person at the front to open the door for you. The breakfast bar was fresh and well stocked to get a good (complimentary) breakfast and coffee as long as you were down before 10am. A few small areas that they could improve: 1) was way too tired to remember what the desk person said when I checked in, so a little info sheet about the hotel would be really nice to go along with the other information they handed out about the area (items such as where the gym is, ice machine, water bottles are free, breakfast hours, check-out time, etc.), 2) not really changeable now, but the bathroom door and shower door are hard to go between and could present difficulties for those with physical disabilities, 3) WiFi is really slow, not as advertised, 4) stable tables to place food on during breakfast in the lobby would be really helpful. They include an alarm clock with a wireless charger built into the top for compatible devices and usb-b ports for other cords. Know that the area is not that safe to be in, especially past dark and to the South of the hotel. Be ready to Uber/Lyft to most locations. The Study é um hotel muito novo, com tudo parecendo novo, desde os banheiros até a arquitetura e o acesso ao cartão. A equipe foi gentil e amigável, mesmo para um check-in muito, muito tardio (2 da manhã). Sempre havia uma pessoa na frente para abrir a porta para você. O bar de café-da-manhã estava fresco e bem abastecido para obter um bom (cortesia) café-da-manhã e café enquanto você estava para baixo antes das 10h. Stayed here for six nights, and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel offered complimentary continental breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise as I didn't see it mentioned on the website. The staff is super friendly and nice. I'd definitely stay here again if I find myself in the area. hospedado aqui para seis noites, e absolutamente se a estadia. They made a note in my reservation and when I checked in during the wee hours of the night, the guest services agent was super kind and patient with me even though I was sleep deprived and tired 🥴 Today we had unexpected rain and the front desk had some extra umbrellas to share. Total lifesavers! Super quiet property and very comfortable stay. Aproveitando minha estadia aqui! As camas são confortáveis e os quartos são super agradáveis. a equipe é acolhedora e super prestativa. Liguei antes da minha chegada porque chegaria bem tarde.
