I didn't stay here but we ate at LaMaire, the restaurant in the hotel and it was amazing. The hotel staff are good and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Like i said we didn't have an opportunity to stay but we will definitely be saving up to stay here for sure.

Um dos hotéis mais bonitos que já estive. Ao entrar pelas portas da frente, você é saudado pelas escadas mais incríveis que parecem Scarlett O'hara. Já fui ao chá da tarde aqui, algumas vezes. Os funcionários são sempre simpáticos e certifique-se de que experimenta o meu chá de mistura FAVORITO de Richmond. É como o Natal em uma xícara. Não fico aqui, desde que moro na cidade. Ouvi dizer que os quartos são bonitos.

Um dos melhores hotéis em que já fiquei. Fui saudado assim que chegamos. O carregador levou nossa bagagem e esperou enquanto nós nos registrávamos, então levou nossa bagagem para cima. Enquanto estava na sala, ele explicou algumas características da sala. Serviço impecável, todos que encontramos sorriram quando nos cumprimentaram e perguntaram como estava indo a nossa estadia. Esta foi realmente uma experiência incrível. O restaurante Lemaire é um lugar onde você absolutamente deve jantar. A comida era incrível. Estávamos comemorando nosso aniversário e a equipe ajudou a torná-lo memorável. O próprio hotel é muito limpo e bonito. Os quartos têm belos móveis e não tenho queixas sobre limpeza. Tenho duas queixas muito pequenas. Os travesseiros são muito macios, mas é minha preferência ter um travesseiro mais firme. Não tenho certeza se eles oferecem, mas deveria ter perguntado. Em segundo lugar, não há um frigobar e eu gostaria de refrigerar algumas das minhas sobras de Lemaire para levar para casa. Novamente, muito menor em comparação com a estadia maravilhosa e luxuosa que eu e meu marido desfrutamos. Já estamos fazendo planos para voltar antes do final do ano. Muito obrigado à equipe que fez a nossa estadia de aniversário especial e memorável.

Absolutamente maravilhoso. A comida estava perfeita. Meu bife estava cozido um raro médio exato, apenas gostei que eu tinha pedido. E o hambúrguer cozinhou um perfeito logo abaixo do médio. Eu não poderia ter pedido uma experiência melhor de jantar.

Belo hotel! Fui lá com minha esposa para o chá da tarde dos amantes de chocolate, e foi maravilhoso. O preço é muito razoável em comparação com outros hotéis que oferecem chá da tarde, e o chá estava delicioso. As porções de comida eram muito generosas - acabamos levando muitas guloseimas de chocolate para casa. Grande experiência - mal posso esperar para voltar!

Beautiful hotel! I went there with my wife for the chocolate lovers high tea, and it was wonderful. Price is very reasonable compared to other hotels that offer high tea, and the tea was delicious. The food portions were very generous - we ended up taking a lot of the chocolate goodies back home. Great experience - can't wait to come back!

Absolutely wonderful. The food was perfect. My steak was cooked an exact medium rare just liked I had asked. And the burger cooked a perfect just under medium. I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been to. As you walk in through the front doors you are greeted by the most amazing Scarlett O'hara looking stairs. I have been to afternoon tea here, quite a few times. Staff is always friendly and make sure you try MY FAVORITE Richmond blend tea. It's like Christmas in a cup. I haven't stayed here, since I live in town. I hear the rooms are pretty.

Update - after an amazing stay several years ago, we booked again. The front desk remained on the phone during check in and did not inform us of any amenities.
We were moved into several different rooms. The first room had urine stains, dead bugs, and dirty bathrobes. Additionally, when you turned the lights on bugs would scatter across the floor. After speaking to the front desk, we were offered the option to move into a smaller room. While moving, we noticed the room had a strong smell. We went back to the front desk and asked if there were any other options. The attendant told us that we were an inconvenience to his night and we needed to make up our minds.
I asked to speak to a manager or to have a manager follow up with us in the morning and inspect the room. I was told this was not possible and we could come back to the front desk. The day shift crew was more helpful and put us into a clean room.
At checkout, I asked if I could leave a note for the manager about the woman who helped us. I was told that I could fill out the online survey. The attendant apologized that we found the first two rooms not up to our standards. The Jefferson before room tax is between $300-$475 a night. We stayed several nights. Below are the pictures. For the price and service, I would recommend another hotel.

This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be let down.
Fantastic venue, full of history and southern charm. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Wide and interesting selection of wines and food to match. A quality hotel delivering high standards in every department.

Lindos quartos, rica história, excelente comida e serviço impecável. Nós adoramos a nossa estadia e ficamos surpresos com os muitos luxos modernos em nosso quarto. Gostaríamos, definitivamente, de voltar com ou sem nossos filhos adolescentes. Carrinhos de bebê e crianças em idade escolar ficariam bem. Sem lugares estreitos ou ovos de tecido. Eu viria com um plano como você faria em qualquer outro lugar, mas o mesmo que você faria para o shopping. Há uma tranquilidade no lobby.

Beautiful rooms, rich history, excellent food and impeccable service. We loved our stay and were surprised my the many modern luxuries in our room. We would definitely come back with or without our teens. Strollers and school aged kids would be fine. No narrow places or fabrige eggs. I'd come with a plan like you might anywhere else, but same as you would for the mall. There is a tranquility in the lobby.
