Tive uma experiência boa no restaurante. Os garçons foram atenciosos e a comida estava muito boa. O lugar é agradável e os preços do cardápio nada assustador.

Comida adorável de pub e uma atmosfera agradável. O bife tártaro, a pescada frita, o peito de frango assado na frigideira e as batatas fritas com trufas estavam ótimos.No segundo em que fui, tivemos que sentar do lado de fora por causa de Covid e nos sentamos bem na entrada. Às vezes havia uma fila ao nosso lado, o que não era das mais agradáveis.Pelo preço, minha primeira visita valeu muito mais a pena. O bife de alcatra era bom, e a torta era boa, mas esperávamos que fosse uma porção maior. O tempo de espera pela rede elétrica foi um pouco longo.

El tartar de ternera, la merluza frita, la pechuga de pollo asada y las patatas fritas con trufa estaban muy bien.La segunda vez que fui, tuvimos que sentarnos afuera debido a Covid y nos sentamos junto a la entrada. Por momentos había una cola junto a nosotros, que no era de lo más agradable.Considerando el precio, mi primera visita valió mucho más la pena. El bistec de grupa estaba bien, y el pastel era bueno, pero esperábamos que fuera una porción más grande. El tiempo de espera para los platos principales fue un poco largo.

Lovely pub food and a nice atmosphere. The beef tartare, pan-fried hake, pan-roasted chicken breast and truffle fries were all great.
The second I went we had to sit outside because of Covid and sat right by the entrance. At times there was a queue next to us, which was not the most pleasant.
Considering the price, my first visit was much more worth it. The rump steak was okay, and the pie was nice but we expected it to be a bigger portion. The waiting time for the mains was slightly long.

Minha esposa, nosso cachorro e eu tivemos um adorável almoço de domingo no Gazing Goat. Comida excepcionalmente boa. Eu comi um excelente porco assado, minha esposa teve duas entradas muito bem feitas - lulas de sal de pimenta e alabote curado. Estava muito ocupado e os funcionários estavam apressados, mas estavam sempre atentos e corteses. Simplesmente excelente.

My wife, our dog and I had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Gazing Goat. Food unusually good. I had an excellent roast pork, my wife had two very beautifully done starters - chilli salt squid and cured halibut. It was very busy and the staff were rushed off their feet, but they were always attentive and courteous. Just excellent.

The one star is for the service which was hit and miss. The food was incredibly disappointing, steak tartare had been made so far in advance the meat was brown it came with "toast" which was more like a half inch thick Melba toast. My girlfriend returned her main course of roast beef as one slice was fine and the other was well done, a classic case of trying to get away with it. The "roast" potatoes were some of the worst I've ever come across, I'm really confused by all the positive reviews. This was far and away the worst Sunday lunch I've had in London.

Bonito pub con buenas cervezas. La comida no es una maravilla pero está buena. Los cócteles son normales, sin más.

Informal y cálido, con un servicio extremadamente cercano y agradable. No es barato, pero la comida es de muy buena calidad. El fish&chips sorprende por bueno y el apple pie es excepcional. Si vais con niños tienen una carta para ellos con platos de la carta a precios más reducidos. Ojo que son casi igual de grandes que los de la carta.
