El Strand Palace Hotel es un edificio emblemático que data del año 1909. Los detalles de su herencia todavía se puede ver en la escalera de estilo art deco que conduce a la planta baja. A great old-style hotel but with updated facilities. Have stayed there twice & it's central location is hard to beat! Recommended.

First time visiting this place since its renovation. Lovely staff - very genuine and friendly. The bar itself has a great, relaxed atmosphere. If you are looking for a place for a quiet drink away from the crowded streets, this is your place. Though naturally I don't want you to know that because I want to keep this gem to myself.

The Superior and Deluxe rooms are well appointed and a nice update from the Standard rooms. Definitely worth the upgrade. The location provides a short walk to a lot of dining options and monuments. There are no big bus or other bus tour stops near, so that can be a plus or a minus.

This is a nice hotel. It is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Really oms are small, but that is expected in a large city like London. Consider the upgrade that will provide you with a free mini bar. It has red wine, white wine, two session IPA beers, milk, orange soda, coke, still and sparkling water. It also has snacks, including crisps (potato chips), chocolate and nuts. Our room was newly painted and smelled like paint. We also were situated facing the husy street. Ask to for a quite room facing away from Strand Street. Beds were not the most comfortable and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Spent 2 days only in the hotel, so picked a basic room. It was small, but pretty modern and stylish. Good for sleeping, but if you plan to work from the room probably need to pick a bigger one. Continental breakfast was pretty much the same what you can get in hotels like the Strand Palace. Food quality was fine, but nothing special, but I have no high demands during a short business trip.
