My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. We have never paid so dearly anywhere, even though we stayed in much better hotels.
The hotel manager spoiled the whole impression of the surrounding beauty with her uncomfortable manner. Instead of "Grüß Gott" she just had to say "Mask".
We booked half board, which was also a mistake. 4-course evening menu was so poor. No salad buffet. So, 5 stars are completely wrong.
The hotel staff is very friendly, unlike the manager, she has to learn from them. But you could also see how the staff are dressed. The waiters dress very differently at breakfast. A girl served the tables in the maid's dress. You can see that a lot is saved on staff.
