You can’t the location of this place- right across from the Heights beach, restaurant on site, and easy distance to other Falmouth Heights locations (restaurants, etc). The room itself was newly renovated, except for the carpet. We did not have housekeeping service, which was weird. Shower was cold for at least 10 minutes. Be prepared for LOUD drunk individuals when Shipwreck closes. We were awakened by White Girl Wasted at 12:30 am screaming F$&@ YOU into her phone because her friends left her behind (we heard the whole story). There was visibly no one in charge except the adolescent parking attendant to handle such commotion. If you want a casual beach room in a great location, this is a good spot. Would not recommend for families with little kids or anyone looking for amenities like a clean bed.

Very disappointed! SPENT THOUSANDS.. Stayed in rooms above shipwrecked restaurant and very loud music banging hotel room. Manager said a DJ and wouldn't ask them to turn volume down. Furthermore, said room was discounted because of above nightclub. This is simply not true. I received no discount. Not advertised, and no one has a choice upon checking in. One is assigned rooms.

The only reason I’ve given it two stars instead of one is because the staff was pleasant and willing to help if possible. The room was dirty when we arrived and musty, the shower water is never a consistent temperature, ranging from freezing to burning hot in the span of 3 seconds. When we got to our room one bed was missing a headboard and the other crashed down the second the bed moved at all. There was hair found in the shower before we had even used it. Dirt, sand and Cheerios of all things were on the floor when we had arrived and while we were able to get ahold of the staff eventually, the office is seemingly never open. That being said it did have a nice view of the ocean but that is sadly the only praise I can give this place.

Arrived a bit early for our stay. John at the front desk was extremely helpful and got us checked in to our room. The room was recently upgraded and was large, clean and very nice. John was also very helpful in finding local spots for food. Great service.

The hotel was fantastic. We got to our room after the office closed and left before they opened. They left our key in a drop box for us which was very convenient. The room was above the British beer company so we were able to get food and drinks then stumble back to our room without having to drive. Even above a bar our room was very quiet and we slept right through the night without a problem. Great stay!
