This hotel had all the amenities on the resort. The Cafe was close and pool were close. Several other pools weren't far either. The room was dirty. Ashes all over the balcony. Underthe bed was dirty. Tiki bar was closed. Lobby ceiling is falling apart. Trash and cig.butts were seen in the grass. The cafe was overworked and understaffed. My friend only paid $--- for same room.

The decorations looked good! The air conditioner was terrible and our room stayed hot the entire trip. The room itself was not properly cleaned and sterilized. The lady that gave ys directions to our room was terrible. It took us an hour to find out room we had no clue where to go.

Restaurants asked for hotel rooms and got a house. No golf cart rentals allowed but resort is miles long and trams did not come to new area. Grocery store closed and no transportation available to another one. Roach in kitchen. Dishwasher not installed. BBQ broke.

Clean beautiful property Was unable to check in until 6:37 p.m., notified by text message. No linen provided for my 2 children who slept on pull-out. No way to contact guest services. All efforts were met with voicemail, timed out holds, and hang ups (not 1 call answered).

We love Sandestin, and the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has everything you need to make for a perfect beach trip. The hotel was great! The king bed in our room was broken and needs to be replaced, so sleeping was a bit of a challenge. But that was our only complaint.

Nothing at all. It was an awful experience. Switched my room and didn't notify me. Gave me the wrong room. Told me I could switch in the am. Room was not ready for me and had to wait. Switched rooms and still not correct. Got to new room, water all in the floor from refrigerator. Outlets bro

It's not a hotel. So, nothing. This was advertised as a resort hotel. It's a hotel room among condos. The staff is friendly enough if you can find one. No one seems to know the property and I'm not surprised because it's very confusing. Finally the Fees $60 for pool access.

The room that was reserved was not clean when I arrived. Had to back to main bld to inform them but when then upgraded to a one bedroom in another bld which was a lot nicer. No daily room service

This hotel is located on several acres. The view of the bay was about the only thing. The hotel we were in is among several on their property. There was paint chipping from doors, toilet leaking all over the floor, mold on water spout for shower, seemed like an old condo they tried to make newer. Not 4 star like we asked for.

Location The hotel was like staying at the red roof inn. AC not cold, room was old. Bathroom had no ventilation so extremely hot. Canceled 2nd night and still trying to get refund!

That the average worked at least half of the time in the 2nd room we were put in. Everything the staff wasnt friendly. The rooms looked maybe worthy of a 2 star motel. The ac didnt work in our first room and after an hour and a half of waiting and complaining then demanding due to my infant they switched us to another room.
