Traveling Nurse Practitioner for long-term stay and the staff have been so AMAZING and accomodating! Any concerns you have you would have about 4 of them getting on top of it for you! Jeffery and Evan are both on the management side and they both will ensure your stay is happy! I also had internet/cable problems like the other Reviewers but they did everything to help get it resolved when mother nature hits it is out of their hands, you can enjoy the beautiful amenities especially the gorgeous fire pit..Also thanks to Dave, Danny, Josh, Mason and Jordan they are genuine sweethearts with such great personalities and professionalism.. I had 2 rooms and both were super clean (and I'm OCD with cleaning) the rooms are modern with great amenities..The breakfast and the Mixer on Wednesday nights are a hit thanks to Chris for making the food delicious with healthy choices and keeping the food area clean..Close to all of the great restaurants and shopping area too

I reserved a room for two nights, two months in advance. I requested a high floor, and extra towels. When I arrived, the room was on the first floor.I had to go back to the front desk to get it corrected. When they changed the room, the AC was turned off, it took a while to cool. The room was clean, but I did notice that the hotel was severely understaffed. The next morning, I decided to check with the front desk to make sure they had me in the system for two days, and behold, they had me for one day. The associate corrected the error. If you're going to reserve a room at this establishment, just confirm your stay and check your credit card statement for billing errors. Note: No maid service, expect no-frills service.

O serviço de streaming estava fora do ar. A equipe do hotel não parecia realmente se importar. Eu realmente queria assistir alguns filmes como parte da minha fuga. Caso contrário, limpo e bem mantido.
Nova propriedade maravilhosa !!! Equipe super limpa e excelente. Tínhamos 4 quartos e todos estavam muito felizes. Daniel, o gerente da noite, foi INCRÍVEL e cuidou muito bem do nosso grupo. Gostaria que todos os hotéis fossem assim!
O pessoal foi extremamente amigável e muito útil. Os quartos eram limpos, mas poderia ser um pouco melhor debaixo dos sofás-cama! O café da manhã é bom! Eles trocam todos os dias, então sempre há algo diferente. Eles têm um pátio ao ar livre, com uma fogueira gigante e uma churrasqueira. É um ambiente muito relaxante à noite. Eles têm uma piscina / sala de ginástica / lavanderia, a piscina é um pouco opressora com cloro, por isso esteja atento com os bebês.Este hotel aceita animais de estimação, então você ouvirá cães latindo ocasionalmente, mas as pessoas que os trazem são capazes de manter o latido no mínimo!E a única coisa que eu realmente não gostei é o fato de que as portas são difíceis de manter abertas e eles adoram bater atrás de você. Não há portas acessíveis para cadeiras de rodas para a piscina / sala de ginástica / área de serviço ou as portas laterais.
Ótimo: a localização é nova, então os jardins e o lobby são lindos. Os quartos também são sofisticados, confortáveis e modernos. A equipe foi muito agradável e extremamente flexível. Preço também muito responsável. Bom: o estacionamento estava aberto em sua maior parte, exceto durante o fim de semana, quando o hotel estava extremamente cheio. Ruim: a única coisa ruim é que eu poderia dizer que os construtores se apressaram durante o processo de construção e que as coisas simples foram feitas pela metade ou mal feitas. Em geral, o hotel estava em uma localização maravilhosa e nós apreciamos a nossa estadia.
Maravillosa propiedad nueva !!! Super limpio y excelente personal. Teníamos 4 habitaciones y todo el mundo estaba muy contento. Daniel, el gerente de la noche, fue INCREÍBLE y cuidó extremadamente bien de nuestro grupo. ¡Ojalá todos los hoteles fueran así!
El personal fue extremadamente amable y muy servicial. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, pero podría ser un poco mejor debajo de los sofás cama. ¡El desayuno es bueno! Lo cambian todos los días, por lo que siempre hay algo diferente. Tienen un patio al aire libre, con una fogata gigante y una parrilla. Es un ambiente muy relajante por la noche. Tienen una piscina / sala de ejercicios / lavandería, la piscina es un poco abrumadora con el cloro, así que ten cuidado con los bebés.Este hotel admite mascotas, por lo que escuchará a los perros ladrar ocasionalmente, ¡pero las personas que los traen pueden mantener los ladridos al mínimo!Y lo único que realmente no me gustó es el hecho de que las puertas son difíciles de mantener abiertas y les encanta cerrar de golpe detrás de ti. No hay puertas accesibles para sillas de ruedas a la piscina / sala de ejercicios / área de lavandería o las puertas laterales.

Streaming service was down. The hotel staff didn't seem to really care. I really wanted to watch some movies as apart of my getaway. Otherwise clean, and maintained well.
The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, but could be a little better underneath the pull out couches! The breakfast is good! They switch it up everyday, so there is always something different. They have an outdoor patio, with a giant fire pit and a grill. It’s a very relaxing environment at night. They have a pool/workout room/laundry, the pool is a little overwhelming with chlorine, so be aware with babies. This hotel is pet friendly, so you will hear dogs barking occasionally, but the people who bring them are able to keep the barking at a minimum! And the only thing I really didn’t like is the fact that the doors are hard to keep open and they love to slam behind you. No wheelchair accessible doors to the pool/workout room/laundry area or the side doors.
Wonderful new property!!! Super clean, and great staff. We had 4 rooms and everyone was very happy. Daniel the evening manager was AMAZING and took extreamly good care of our group. Wish all hotels were like this!
Great: the location is brand new so the grounds and the lobby is beautiful. Rooms are also upscale, comfortable, and modern. Staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. Price also very responsible. Good: parking was on for the most part except during the weekend when the hotel was extremely busy. Bad: the only bad thing was that I could tell that the builders rushed during their building process and simple things were half done or not done well. Overall the hotel was in wonderful location and we enjoyed our stay.
Primeira vez ficar aqui e a localização era ótima !!! Ao lado da rodovia e vários restaurantes e lojas de varejo estão na área. A quadra de basquete no local era muito divertida. Pessoal foi muito bom e útil. O único problema que tivemos ficar aqui foi que os lençóis estavam sujos com manchas de sangue / sujeira, mas a recepção veio ao quarto e colocou lençóis novos na cama para nós e nós apreciamos muito isso.
Primera vez que me alojo aquí y la ubicación era genial! Justo al lado de la autopista y en la zona hay una gran cantidad de restaurantes y tiendas minoristas. La cancha de baloncesto en el lugar fue muy divertida. El personal fue realmente agradable y servicial. El único problema que tuvimos al alojarnos aquí fue que las sábanas estaban sucias con manchas de sangre / suciedad, pero el personal de recepción vino a la habitación y puso sábanas nuevas en la cama para nosotros y lo agradecemos enormemente.
First time staying here and the location was great!!! Right by the highway and a lot of resturants and retail stores are in the area. The basketball court on site was very fun. Staff was real nice and helpful. The only issue we had staying here was that the sheets were dirty with blood/dirt stains but the front desk came to the room and put new sheets on the bed for us and we greatly appreciate that.
