I’ve stayed in a fair number of hotels and this was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever encountered. Not only is the environment unclean and poor, but the customer service is almost unacceptable.
The heater didn’t work and the window curtains are transparent. But that’s nothing compared to what I experienced. My wallet was stolen by the staff and there’s PROOF! I left my wallet in the room along with a good amount of cash and they told me they never saw anything. I left something in the room after checkout, so when I went back to get it you can see on the video cameras I walked into the room with my wallet in hand, and out without it. It can then be seen the maintenance man walks into the room, waves a maid into the room and they both walk out several minutes later.
I asked the manager if he would watch the video with me to witness what I was seeing and he refused to do so. Confused, I asked if I could please speak to the maintenance or maid to just ask them if they saw anything and he also refused with a very rude attitude. I then asked what I could do in this situation and he told me to complain online, so here I am.
This is NOT okay and completely unethical. I am very upset but what can I do. I’d you’re looking to stay at trusted decent hotel, I suggest going to Comfort Inn, or anywhere else.

It was decent , the pool and hot tub were my favorite part. Absolutely loved the pool because of the slides and also that you could swim just with your family when you reserve .

My stay was completely awful. The room was dirty, the service was rude and unprofessional. They over charged the room after that's not what the cost was online. It feels like this place rips people off. They rush you out of the pool and don't give you towels when you need them. There is crazies and homeless people who are out front. I have never stayed somewhere, where people go into your room and steal from you, I had things stolen!!!!! Never I repeat never will I ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone. This place needs to be shut down or reviewed highly. I can't believe that the state allows for this place to stay open and allow for people to get treated so badly. I hope no one ever stays here again.

Great hotel, clean and friendly staff! Great place to stay with a pool and water slides! Family loved it!

I took my family this weekend and it was the best time. The staff are amazing and went over and beyond. The rooms where clean and the pool was clean and very well kept. I highly recommend this hotel. I loved the fact the pool was only one family at a time. It makes the experience better.
