A Wonderful hotel, Having stayed more than 23 days i felt like home. Having facilities of like any 5 star hotel. Professional and courteous staff. Sophisticated clientele.Clean rooms and Comfortable bed. Excellent wifi. Breakfast buffet had Pakistani and continental options. Very peaceful environment with good ambience. Good location as it is close to all shops nearby.Over all well worth the price,They offer best rates for rooms.Have to mention AISHA from the guest relations team who made sure we had the best stay possible very professional and polite lady.A***********

Belo hotel com prédio em estilo novo, dois porões são para estacionamento, sala de jantar e lobby de hóspedes é excepcional, muito bem decorado, com ar condicionado central, funcionários são educados, decipados e bem educados.

Excelente servicio al cliente ... Ayeesha 'Guest Relations Manager' fue de gran ayuda. Las habitaciones estaban excepcionalmente limpias ... Las camas eran fácilmente las más cómodas que he dormido en cualquier hotel en mucho tiempo. La ubicacion es perfecta. Buenas opciones de desayuno con un servicio muy agradable. Definitivamente recomendaré 10/10

Ótimo atendimento ao cliente ... Ayeesha 'Gerente de relações com os hóspedes' foi muito útil. Os quartos eram excepcionalmente limpos ... As camas eram facilmente as mais confortáveis que já dormi em qualquer hotel em muito tempo. A localização é perfeita. Boas opções de café da manhã com serviço muito agradável. Definitivamente recomendarei 10/10

Great customer service..Ayeesha 'Guest relations Manager 'was most helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean...Beds were easily the most comfortable I've slept in any hotel in a long time. Location is perfect. Good breakfast choices with very pleasant service. Will definitely recommend 10/10

Had roof top buffet dinner with a friend. Place was clean and comfortable sitting. There were a few people. Bar B Q was on hold till more customers came. They don't serve Tea there.

Buena gestión y ambiente. La calidad de la comida es muy buena. Pero necesita mejoras en el estacionamiento, parece un área de almacenamiento de esas cosas que no están en uso, por eso el estacionamiento está congestionado y algunas veces es difícil estacionar su vehículo. El estacionamiento también necesita acceso por ascensor, debe caminar a través de rampas para salir después de estacionar.

Boa gestão e ambiente. A qualidade da comida é muito boa. Mas precisa de melhorias no estacionamento, parece uma área de armazenamento daquelas coisas que não estão em uso, por isso o estacionamento fica congestionado e às vezes é difícil estacionar o veículo. O estacionamento também precisa de elevador, você tem que passar por rampas para sair depois de estacionar.

Good management and ambiance. Food quality is very good. But need improvement in parking lot, it looks like a storage area of those things which are not in use, thats why parking is congested and some times it is difficult to park your vehicle. Parking lot also needs lift access, you have to walk through ramps to get out after parking.

Organizamos lá a festa de despedida de nossa universidade e o local que nos forneceram foi para refrescar os hóspedes do hotel. Aquele lugar não foi suficiente para organizar uma festa para 80 pessoas. Não conseguimos gerir bem o nosso evento lá. Não havia lugar suficiente para tirar fotos e fotos de grupo. Esse lugar é bom para jantar, mas não o suficiente para organizar qualquer evento ou festas adequadas. Além disso, havia convidados jantando na mesma área que nós combinamos. Eles deveriam ter mencionado que o lugar está reservado para um evento ou não deveriam permitir que organizássemos nosso evento lá. Eles deveriam ter providenciado um salão de banquetes para 80 pessoas, mas eles apenas nos enganaram com aquele lugar que era para refrescar os hóspedes do hotel e o lobby e a área de recepção. Comida era apenas ok e não vale a pena o dinheiro gasto. As bebidas que eles forneciam com o nome de sucos eram de sabor de laranja e limão. Sobremesas eram boas. No geral, eu mesmo não vou preferir esse lugar para ir novamente para um chá oi.

We arranged our university's farewell party there and place they provided us was for the refreshment of hotel guests. That place wasn't enough for arranging a party for 80 people. We couldn't manage our event there well. There wasn't enough place to take pictures and group pictures. That place is good to dine in but not enough to arrange any proper event or parties. Also, there guests were dining in the same area we arranged in. They should have mentioned that place is booked for an event or shouldn't allowed us to arrange our event there. They should have provided a banquet hall for 80 people but they just fooled us with that place which was for refreshment of hotel guests and the lobby and reception area. Food was just ok and not worth the money. Drinks they provided on the name of juices were orange and lemon flavoured tang. Desserts were good. Overall, I myself will not prefer that place to go again for a hi tea.
