Se você gosta de um bom atendimento, NÃO fique aqui !!!! Que decepção para um lindo hotel em um belo cenário. De forma alguma faz jus ou merece o nome Four Seasons. O serviço foi consistentemente atroz. Todos os dias, nosso pedido de serviço de quarto estava errado ou faltando alguma coisa. O serviço da piscina era frustrantemente lento ou inexistente, pois literalmente tivemos que pedir bebidas várias vezes para conseguir um pedido, e cada vez que demorava pelo menos 30-40 minutos. (sim, nós cronometramos) Nós conhecemos várias pessoas no hotel que também não podiam acreditar como o serviço era incrivelmente ruim. No final da viagem, nós o chamamos coletivamente de Duas Estações. E a surpresa mais ofensiva foi que a maioria das toalhas que eles usaram para os lounges da piscina (com o logotipo do Four Seasons bordado nelas) estavam RIPPED !!! Amamos o conforto, a elegância e o serviço requintado normalmente garantidos em qualquer propriedade com a marca Four Seasons. O Ocean Club é, infelizmente, uma exceção gritante.

What a disappointment for a gorgeous hotel in a beautiful setting. It in NO WAY lives up to or deserves the Four Seasons name. The service was consistently atrocious. Every single day, our room service order was wrong or missing something. The pool service was frustratingly slow or non-existent, as we literally had to ask for drinks several times to get one order, and each time it took at least 30-40 minutes. (yes, we timed it) We met several people at the hotel who also could not believe how incredibly lousy the service was. By the end of the trip, we collectively referred to it as the Two Seasons. And the most offending surprise was that most of the towels they used for the lounges at the pool (with the Four Seasons logo embroidered on them) were RIPPED!!!
We love the comfort, elegance and exquisite service usually guaranteed at any property with the Four Seasons brand name. The Ocean Club is sadly a glaring exception.

Belo resort, a vista para o mar aberto e jardins vintage são tão adoráveis. O resort é grande o suficiente com 3 piscinas isoladas separadas para que pareça íntimo e privado. Além disso, parece que ninguém está na praia antes das 10h. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e amigável. Muitos deles trabalharam lá por muitos anos. O resort foi ideal para crianças o suficiente para que nosso filho de 3 anos nem sequer perguntasse sobre como ir para Atlantis. Keith no bar foi ótimo, ele está lá há 30 anos e contou ao meu marido a história do resort. Miss.Kayla no kids club foi muito atenciosa com nosso filho de 3 anos e o envolveu em atividades divertidas como fazer camisetas.

Beautiful resort, the open ocean view and vintage gardens are so lovely. The resort is large enough with 3 separate secluded pools so it feels intimate and private. Also no one seems to be at the beach before 10am. The staff were very thoughtful and friendly. Many of them have worked there for many years. The resort was kid friendly enough that our 3 year old didn't even ask about going to Atlantis. Keith at the bar was great, he has been there for 30 years and gave my husband inside history about the resort. Miss.Kayla at the kids club was so attentive with our 3 year old and engaged him in fun activities like making t shirts.

Well below par for a four seasons. Service very disappointing. Attention to detail is missing. Location is terrific, but badly let down by the service. Food also below standard. Non compliance with masks by food servers very concerning.

Mandara Spa is always a great experience. The villas are quiet and great for treatment and relaxation after.The staff is always very professional.After my session I like to enjoy the daybed outside with some wine and a good book.

Con una espléndida atención y excelentes medidas preventivas en épocas del COVID, este Hotel de la firma del Four Seasons nos regala vistas al mar espectacular de Nassau y jardines preciosos para caminar entre albercas y Villas de gran lujo. Las habitaciones muy cómodas con terraza para desayunar al aire libre y baños amplios. Les hace falta una modernizada en mobiliario y equipo pero el lugar es muy buebo!
