Was refused service. The man wouldn't even speak to us. He didn't speak English. He wanted an outrageous deposit for the room. Honestly it smelled like burnt plastic. Would not be surprised if it was a cover business for drugs. It was an awful experience. By the looks of the lobby I had second thoughts of staying there before the man couldn't speak to us. It was just terrible. So don't stay here.

Nice out of the way spot to get away from it, or get together with like-minded individuals. Great rooms, comfortable bed and not too expensive. I definitely enjoyed my time and will have to do it again.

Don't expect too much if you're a Wyndham Rewards member. You will have to be your own advocate to receive membership benefits you are entitled to, including points for your stay. The elevator had been out or order for over a month and housekeeping is hit or miss. The wifi works well and parking is decent. They have a laundry room that closes at 10:00pm and is $2.00 for washer and dryer. Bring your own detergents and I recommend staying close to your clothes, as a hoodie went missing from our washer. The exercise room has a fairly nice, Reebok treadmill, a stationary cycling machine (legs only) and an older weight machine that should only be used if you are familiar with weight machines. No towels provided. Overall, it's a decent motel for the area and the price. It is located directly off of I-85 and is close to many restaurants and stores.

I stayed here once before and the rooms were nice. However I booked and reserved a room for one night and paid for it with my debit card. When I go to the desk the clerk refused to give me a room without me paying a $100 deposit. I tried to explain to the clerk that I have already paid and reserved the room online that they never said anything about a deposit on the website. He still refused then I had to play hell and tag your it on the phone to finally get my money refunded back to my card. I enjoy the motel just not that snotty clerk

Este é o pior hotel que eu já fiquei em everrrrrrr. Eu não posso acreditar que o Hilton deixou isso fazer parte de sua marca. Vi baratas assim que chegamos no 1º quarto. A tampa do quarto de envio estava rasgada e não estava limpa. Como já era tarde, jogamos tudo no chão. As toalhas também não estavam limpas no banheiro. . Esta é a pior experiência de sempre.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in everrrrrrr.I can not believe The Hilton even let it be a part of their brand. Saw roaches as soon as we got in the 1st room. Send room cover was torn and wasn’t clean. Being it was late we just throw everything on the floor.The towels where not clean in the bathroom either. . This is the worst experience ever.

My Daughter spend a Night there. The room was Not clean.no tower. Da went down to ask for some they saidcthey would bring them After 2 hours still No Tower. Sie went down and Not them herself. Sie told the Start sie was checking out at 12 they said It was ok but called 3 Times if she was Staying over. That is Not Service i work in a Hotel and know how it should be andvthatvservicecwas Not Good and Not acceptable. The frontdesk was ok but notvas friendly as they should be. They should Check on there housekeepers they ist in the rooms and watch tv we saw it.

if i could leave 0 stars i would. as someone who’s job depends on google reviews i understand the severity of google reviews. This place is filthy. we were only check in for an hour before seeing our first roach. started pulling the bed out and see all the dead skin and hair build up on the bed skirt sheet(it takes a lot of dead skin to be visible to one’s eyes especially on a white sheet🤷🏻‍♀️ ) a health inspector really needs to come give this place a look cause if they did this place would be shut down quickly.
