I highly recommend not staying in this hotel. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Each worker we spoke to was very unfriendly and rude. Our bathroom floor was broken and pieces of the tile were coming up, the room phone did not work, and and to really top it off there was mold in our AC that we did not discover until the morning that we left. when we brought the mold to the desk worker at the time they told us they could do nothing about it because the manager was not present at the time, but we would be contacted on Monday, May 2nd. we were never contacted and had to call ourselves. After we called one time they stopped answering our phone number. After finally getting a hold of them using a phone number we had not used yet they told us that they can’t refund us because we stayed in the hotel the whole time, but we did not know until the morning that we left and their next excuse was that we did not have enough proof. (which we have pictures from the hotel of the AC and they have still denied us a refund) at this point it’s not about getting our money back it’s about them acknowledging the fact that there was mold in the AC and they have not acknowledged that and have only came up with excuses on why we “can’t” get a refund.

The hotel itself appeared to be clean and well-maintained. They do have a breakfast of various pre-packaged items, fruit, bagels and a pancake machine as well as juice. They’re also pet friendly and only charge a $20 deposit which is awesome! Some charge that per day! The only complaint we have is the beds. They were SO incredibly uncomfortable! We will be paying a little extra next time to stay elsewhere.

Very nice and good breakfast! I would say that it could have been a little cleaner. My 1 year old found loose M&Ms from the previous occupant. He was quite excited about the free snack but I was not. Other than that, great hotel and rates! We will stay here again next time through!

We check it after 2:00 with a reservation. No rooms clean. Our room not clean interior halls filthy.
Towels frayed thin. Beds slapped together dirty microwave desk . Shower curtain falling off. Disgusting!! Took forever to get checked in. Worst experience ever at a Hotel

I absolutely adored the staff at this location! Jim and Sue were extremely kind and courteous! They were quick to help with anything we needed and were both above and beyond kind! They really make you feel at home! Thank you both for your amazing work ethic and kindness!!
