Es un buen hotel para quedarse. El gimnasio me gustó bastante, con lo indicado para entrenar. Desayunar en el restaurante y pedir al room service cuando acudan al hotel. Ya que tienen buena calidad en las comidas y precio accesible. Lo que si es necesario es que a su personal el hotel por lo menos les enseñe inglés y español básico porque ir y que solo unas dos personas del hotel en la recepción puedan hacerlo. El Internet es bueno aunque debe mejorar la calidad.... Me parece un hotel bueno para descansar de trabajar y pasarla bien, pronto espero ir de nuevo. Solo de mejorar detalles como el mencionado.

El Hotel está bien ubicado. Cerca del mall mas importante y nuevo de la ciudad. La atención es buena, los baños limpios, cama cómoda. Punto negativo es un olor moho. El desayuno incluido es bueno.

Necesita renovación. Aceptable ya que no hay una variedad muy superior en la ciudad. No colocan enjuague para el cabello, los jabones son miniaturas, colchones bastante regulares, habitación de apariencia aceptable pero con muchos detalles de carencia de un mantenimiento apropiado. Está localizado convenientemente cerca del centro comercial Manaura

Es un buen hotel, no es muy lujoso pero esta situado en buen lugar , cerca hay un mall para comprar y un supermercado , ademas que pueden pedir el paseo a el Rio del Amazonas , se los recomiendo

Very friendly staff (Bruno is one of a kind, make sure to keep him), location is great, breakfast is fantastic, rooms are large as well as the windows, shower is good. Restaurant menu could have more options tho and it was the first time a hotel restaurant charged me 10% for the room service.

I just arrived in Manaus to meet my father in the Hotel Manaus but they disrespected my father and made a mockery out of him and his Accor membership! They wanted to downgrade him to a very noisy and smaller room on lower floor.
I ended up staying at the Quality Hotel next door instead.
I definitely not recommend. Epic Fail!

Only one person that speaks english and the dinning room for dinner is poor,Breakfast is good,the rooms are comfortable and the shower is great. There is a fantastic Corian restaurant next door expensive but worth a visit
