Hotel maravilloso junto a la basílica de Fátima. He estado pasando la Nochevieja con mi familia y la experiencia ha sido genial. Rita y su equipo han hecho que pasáramos un día inolvidable desde que entramos al hotel.Las cuidadas habitaciones, el desayuno impecable y las comidas en el restaurante Plátano han sido perfectas. Wonderful hotel next to the Basilica of Fatima. I have been spending New Years Eve with my family and the experience has been great. Rita and her team have made us spend an unforgettable day since we entered the hotel. The well-kept rooms, the impeccable breakfast and the meals in the Plátano restaurant have been perfect. The New Year's Eve dinner was exquisite and we loved the little party that was in the hotel to welcome the year. 100% recommendable

Positivo: Quartos limpos e cama confortável. Negativo: Quarto familiar muito apertado - com as mesmas dimensões de quarto duplo, , incapacidade para flexibilização dos preços em relação ao Booking.com - preços mais caros e não baixam, tratamento arrogante e inflexível por um elemento da recepção principal - inadmissível em qualquer hotel e para qualquer tipo de hospede. Check out tardio possível mas depois entram no quarto e limpam-noSugere-se melhoria da competência de alguns elementos específicos da recepção principal, melhor coordenação das equipas e mais educação/cuidado no tratamento dos hospedes!

Un hotel con un personal súper amable, educado y servicial. Fuimos mi familia y yo, y nos hicieron sentir muy especiales. Un trato exquisito. Te atendien siempre con una sonrisa, y sientes que estás en tu casa. Quedamos encantados😍 Tienen detalles que marcan la diferencia, te dan siempre agua gratis. Y, en el baño el gel del baño que te ponen es realmente terapéutico para el olfato, riquísimo.Limpieza de 10, todo muy limpio. La comida del restaurante con unos platos de gran calidad y diseño, a un precio asequible. El desayuno apetitoso y variado. Una ubicación perfecta, a tan sólo 5 minutos del santuario. Repetiremos!!!

I stay frequently at Mercure hotels from the Accor group. This is one Is one of the best. The decor is peaceful, tasty and very zen. The personnel is simply kind, professional and very attentive to the customer. Sympathy is on their nature, as well as welcoming.
The restaurant is top notch. Food is simple, good quality and very tasty.

A estadia superou as expectativas. A localização do hotel não pode ser melhor, mesmo ao lado do Santuário. A decoração do hotel é espetacular. Quartos muito modernos e funcionais. Os espaços comuns são muito agradáveis e têm umas cadeiras de baloiço suspensas que ficam na memória. O staff é superatencioso e o serviço de refeições é excelente e com preço muito acessível. Pequeno-almoço soberbo.

We were already fans of the Platano restaurant for a long time, with it’s excellent quality and staff friendliness, so we were looking forward for a good experience on the brand new hotel.
Turns out that the hotel exceeded our expectations, with an excellent location right by the Sanctuary, spacious and comfortable room and an effective and very friendly staff that really makes the best to make us feel welcome and very well taken care of.
We had dinner and breakfast, both excellent. The dinner was like we already knew from the restaurant where the quality ingredients together with the creativity of the chef create an experience well worth repeating. The breakfast was also excellent, with quality and variety.
All and all, definitively recommended. Our go-to place to stay in Fatima from now on.
