I'm a big fan of la quinta in general however this location is especially great. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and the room was pristine and comfortable. I would recommend to friends and family

The room was very dark.The lighting in the room was very poor. I asked the hotel manager if we could have another lamp she informed us that she didn't have another one and we not the only room that was very dark.We had to open the window curtain to unpack.We notice the rug was not vacuumed and the room was not dusted for a long time. In the lobby was a notice letting us no that there was no housekeeping. I just thought it meant we would just make our own beds.I also took pictures of the bedspreads. Very wrinkled and on of the bedsheets had blue stains .We always stay at La Quinta hotel's because it was always very nice and affordable. Next month we are going back to Sanibel Island. And we won't stay at that hotel.

Cheap and cheerful, clean, the rooms are quite spacey and comfortable. Not the Ritz but whenever I go to a hotel I only need the room to sleep, wash up in the morning and go on my way. And that's exactly what you get here. The pool on the site was also a nice addition. On booking.com they mentioned free breakfast but that fizzled away. Apparently due to COVID19 they didn't want people to mingle in the breakfast room which is KIND OF understandable but maybe they should delete that promise from the website.

My husband and I spent a long weekend at this hotel. Upon checking in had to be moved to a second room due to the overpowering musty. mildew odor of the first room. Great location as 10 minutes to Sanibel and the outlet malls 3 blacks down the street. Second room had same smell, just not as intense. Modern comfortable room. very comfortable bed and bathroom. We ended up staying as couldn’t find another reasonable hotel for such a short stay. No housecleaning until you leave due to Covid. The staff was very polite and accommodating, but this place really needs to have better maintenance all around. A good pressure washing and their A/C units need their filers cleaned. I again voiced my concerns checking out and they offered to put some money in our account. Didn’t feel anyone really wanted to make any changes.

My sister and I had a wonderful 5 night stay here. We were so impressed with the greeting and guest care we received. Starting at check in, and all throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make our time there a real joy. Fantastic breakfast and well appointed pool area and very lush grounds as well. Can’t wait to come back!
