Service was great! Housekeeping was on point with requests. Didn't like the feel of the carpet. It was dirty, felt dampy and the room smelled upon entry. Beds were comfortable. Market was well-stocked. Great location. Mediocre breakfast but at least it was available!

Check in with Bunny was very easy as she provided amazing customer service. All other workers seemed to not match the bar she set. Breakfast is quick and a decent spread. Pool accessed by room key but doesn't seemed to be cleaned daily.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was narrow; however, the rest of our room was great. The breakfast options weren't fantastic, but it was okay. We settled for cereal, yogurts and made oatmeal in our room with the coffee maker. We didn't have a microwave in our room....such is the reason why I can't give 5 stars.

The rooms were clean. However, I didn't like the bathroom setup. The shower and the toilet were in a small closet size area and the sink/counter space was on the outside of it directly in front of the bed. No privacy for the one using the bathroom or the one trying to sleep!! Poor setup!!!!!!!!

We visited friends from out of town here this evening. Hyatt Place is very clean and nice. Taurus, at the front desk, was great. Getting us wine glasses, paper plates, and whatever else we needed. Great place.
