West Drayton

Great location, clean hotel, friendly staff and room has everything you'd want/need. Staff were very helpful if you require anything. Asked for an upgrade to a room with a view of the runway and was not disappointed at all. Room was well soundproofed, could hardly hear the planes outside.

Clean and spacious rooms, however the sound proofing is not as good as others in the area. You can easily hear the jet engine booms during take off. The location is about 15 minuets from the airport and it is in the middle of the shuttle ride from Hoops which will cost you about 9 pounds round trip. If you don't want to eat at the hotel, there are a few restaurants about 5 min walk from the hotel, including a convenient store.

Clean, reasonably priced, large room and extremely large bathroom, and very close to airport. Personnel very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

My entire family moved home to England after 50 plus years. We stayed at Hyatt Place and it was wonderful. The staff is amazing, the rooms are very clean and very comfortable and the food is delicious. Don’t miss the buffet breakfast! Highly recommend!!!

This is not walking distance from the terminals and the airport hopper doesn’t stop there. You have to take a city bus from the central bus terminal in the airport. It’s not an attractive hotel and there is absolutely nothing near it. Their website didn’t help much in getting to the hotel From the airport, and even when I paid to call them internationally, they didn’t pick up. Pay more to stay closer to the terminals if it’s convenience that you want.

Comfortable room, good location for both Terminal 5 and 2&3. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Breakfast very good. What really makes this hotel is the staff, I've stayed in literally hundreds of hotels around the world and they are by far the most pleasant I've ever encountered.
