Ótimo hotel. Acabei por ficar aqui após a minha reserva foi cancelada em outro lugar. Estou tão feliz que eu fiz. Esta foi uma estadia muito necessária. O hotel era muito grande e limpo. A equipe foi muito simpática mesmo às 3am. Eu amei todos os assentos no lobby. O lobby e o Hall são enormes. Há uma mesa de bilhar, sofás, um restaurante e muito mais. Um passeio curto e há alguns restaurantes para escolher, entretanto eles fecharam mais cedo que normal mas isso é certo. Eu recomendo que, se você estiver na área, por favor, fique no centro de conferências Emory e hotel.

Hospedado no hotel às 4:45 da tarde de um domingo. Fui jantar e voltei por volta das 7 e fui para o meu quarto descobrir que não estava limpo (primeiras 6 fotos). Fui na recepção disse que disse que o quarto foi marcado como limpo e trocaria o meu quarto. NUNCA DESCULPE PELA MISTURA OU POR MINHA INCONVENIÊNCIA. Coloque-me em outra sala do outro lado da propriedade. Este quarto estava "limpo", mas ainda sujo (últimas 4 fotos) Alguma gosma desconhecida na parede, manchas visíveis nas cortinas e um misturador de café no meio do chão. O hotel está reservado e não há outros quartos disponíveis.Devido à falta de limpeza e atendimento ao cliente, NÃO RECOMENDARIA o Emory Conference Center Hotel !!

Nós estivemos lá três vezes para tratamento em Emory - tudo durante o protocolo COVID. O hotel era muito limpo, os serviços eram limitados devido à pandemia, mas a equipe fez de tudo para ser útil. A única vez que não pudemos ficar lá, o outro hotel nos deixou gratos pela limpeza e serviço do Centro de Conferências.

Checked into hotel at 4:45 on a Sunday afternoon. Went to dinner and then came back at about 7 and went to my room to find that it was not cleaned (first 6 pictures). Went at told front desk who said that the room was marked cleaned and would switch my room. NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THE MIX UP OR FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. Put me in another room on the other side of the property. This room was ‘clean’ but still dirty (last 4 pictures) Some unknown gunk on the wall, visible stains on the curtains and a coffee stirrer in the middle of the floor. Hotel is booked and no other rooms are available.
Due to lack of cleanliness and customer service I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND the Emory Conference Center Hotel!!

We have stayed there three times for treatment at Emory - all during COVID protocol. The hotel was very clean, services were limited due to the pandemic, but the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The one time we were not able to stay there, the other hotel made us grateful for the cleanliness and service at the Conference Center.

My wife and I have stayed there five times in the last month due to her receiving cancer treatments at the hospital. It's been a difficult, and scary time for both of us. This wonderful hotel, and all the amazing workers here, helped to make this ordeal much easier. We highly recommend it.

Great hotel. I ended up staying here after my reservation was cancelled somewhere else. I am so glad I did. This was a much needed stay. The hotel was very large and clean. The front staff was very friendly even at 3am. I loved all of the seating in the lobby. The lobby and Hall is huge. There is a pool table, couches, a restaurant, and much more. A short walk and there are a few restaurants to choose from, though they did close earlier than normal but that's okay. I highly recommend that if you are in the area please stay at the Emory conference center and hotel.

Me quedé en un cuarto de dos camas. La habitación es amplia y limpio. El servicio es amable. También tienen un gimnasio pequeño.
