Este Marriott está sempre limpo nos cantos e bordas, nunca um corredor sujo ou jardins externos. As janelas são transparentes e a equipe está com os homens da casa e a recepção foi muito útil. O homem da casa, alto, faz de tudo para ajudar os outros. Muito generoso.

This Marriott is always clean in the corners and edges, never a dirty hallway or outside grounds. The windows are see through and the staff is with the house men and front desk was so helpful. The house man, tall one goes out of his way to help others. Very generous.

First day- no housekeeping. 2nd day- no housekeeping, 3rd day- as we were leaving for the day, I asked front desk to send in housekeeping. Upon our return after 8pm, room was unsecured. Husband checked room for safety and then I called down to desk. Front desk apologized and said, “housekeeping probably forgot to secure the door.” We we’re gone for 10 hours. No clue how long the room was unsecured. Thankfully, nothing was taken, but we were very lucky as our room was close to the elevator. No one followed up to see if anything was taken. Safety should be a priority, not be treated as an inconvenience. We will not return and will not recommend to anyone.

Por muito menos dinheiro, eu classificaria muito melhor, pois não era um mergulho e a equipe foi receptiva. For much less money I would rate it much better as it wasn't a dive and the staff were responsive.
My gripes are that the shower was dirty, breakfast wasn't included as advertised, and there was no mention of having to pay for parking.
Overall the room was small to be shared by the four of us and several aspects gave the impression that form came before function when designing the rooms (key example: the towel bar is mounted directly above the toilet tank so that there isn't space to hang a towel without it draping over the toilet; the bar isn't mounted higher because there is a large abstract photo on the wall).

Ficamos chateados ao saber que não há mais uma piscina. As instalações estão bem conservadas e limpas. A equipe foi muito gentil e prestativa. O nosso quarto era bom, limpo e espaçoso. A água do chuveiro não esquentava muito, não tenho certeza se era porque todo mundo estava usando. Precisávamos de alguns travesseiros extras e eles os trouxeram sem qualquer problema muito rapidamente. Se eles ainda tivessem uma piscina, ficaríamos aqui novamente.

We were bummed to learn there is no longer a pool. The facility is well kept and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was nice, clean, and spacious. The water for the shower didn't get very hot, not sure if it was because everyone was using it. We needed a couple of extra pillows and they brought them up without any issue very quickly. If they still had a pool, we'd stay here again.

Este é um hotel muito básico. Quase adequado. Quartos de frente para bela vista da rodovia. Não há atualizações disponíveis para membros de titânio. Sem cadeira ou sofá no quarto. Apenas duas camas, uma mesa e uma mesa de cabeceira compartilhada para as camas. O AC faz um som de assobio irritante. Há uma pequena geladeira, mas não há microondas. Quase adequado. Oh. This is a very basic hotel. Almost adequate. Rooms facing nice view of highway. No upgrades available for titanium members. No chair or sofa in room. Just two beds, a desk and a shared nightstand for the beds. The AC makes an annoying whistling sound. There is a small refrigerator but no microwave. Adequate almost. Oh. I should also mention that the toilet in the bathroom was not even attached to the floor.

Não recomendo este hotel. Experiência horrível. Atendimento ao cliente extremamente ruim. Dispensador de sabão no banheiro estava vazio. O quarto não tem microondas e sem geladeira. Quarto e lençóis cheiravam a fumaça. O saguão do hotel também estava cheio de fumaça. As camas são super desconfortáveis. Nossa pia do banheiro estava entupida. O café da manhã é pago. Em 6$ ganhei uma xícara de café e 1 banana. O estacionamento custa 12 dólares por dia, não fomos informados sobre isso durante o check-in. Por favor, não fique neste hotel de lixo ridiculamente caro

Este lugar não é um hotel cinco estrelas, mas compete fortemente. Estou muito impressionado com o pátio Marriott no centro de Waterbury. É exemplar do que eu esperava da Marriott e da marca Courtyard. O quarto é impecável, a vista é incrível, a cozinha é limpa e eles têm duas TVs incríveis que qualquer um que me conhece sabe que julgo meu quarto pela TV. A propósito, é uma televisão de ultra alta definição que provavelmente tem cerca de 70 polegadas. Ótimo para relaxar e assistir Netflix com sua garota, ou um cara ou qualquer outra coisa. Está muito bem mobilado. E acredito que haja serviço de quarto no local, porém ainda não experimentei. Pode não haver, mas vou descer para experimentar o café da manhã agora. No entanto, não estou realmente preocupado porque na maioria das vezes fico em um pátio, o café da manhã é ótimo. Há estacionamento no local, bem como serviço de aluguel de carros. Ah, e não vamos esquecer os serviços de lavanderia, piscina e serviços de fitness. Eu sei, eu sei, a maioria das pessoas não são fãs da cidade de Waterbury, no entanto este hotel está muito bem localizado, e não há dúvida de que voltarei.

Eu tive uma estadia encantadora e fiquei no hotel 3 noites. Um dos meus amigos ficou no quarto que tinha 2 camas queen size por uma noite. Cheguei bastante tarde por volta das 22h e um cavalheiro na recepção se ofereceu para levar minha bagagem no andar de cima para o quarto 910 e pegar gelo, já que a máquina de gelo não estava funcionando no 9º andar. O quarto ficava perto do elevador, mas nunca ouvimos nenhum barulho. A equipe no café-da-manhã é excelente, profissional e eficiente. Café todas as manhãs foi excelente! Nós trabalhamos na pequena academia que estava limpa. A equipe da recepção é muito boa e alegre. O hotel estava esgotado devido a um casamento, e todos trabalharam duro e fizeram um bom trabalho! Esta é a terceira vez ficar aqui e foi igualmente uma estadia agradável em comparação com as outras 2 estadias. Se você deseja que seu quarto seja renovado, basta perguntar na recepção e eles o acomodarão. Obrigado por mais uma estadia maravilhosa! 10 de 10 estrelas E o preço era razoável também.

Won't recommend this hotel at all. Horrible experience. Extremely poor customer service. Soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. The Room has no microwave & no fridge. Room and bedsheets smelled of smoke. Hotel lobby was filled with smoke too. Beds are super uncomfortable. Our bathroom basin was clogged. Breakfast is paid. In 6$ I just got a cup of coffee and 1 banana. Parking is 12$ a day, we were not told about this during check in. Please don't stay in this ridiculously expensive trash hotel

This place is not a five-star hotel, but it does compete strongly. I am very impressed with the courtyard Marriott in downtown Waterbury. It is Exemplary of what I have expected from Marriott and the Courtyard Brand. The room is immaculate, the view is amazing, the kitchen is clean, and they have two amazing TVs which anybody that knows me, knows I judge my room by the TV. It is a ultra high definition television by the way which is probably about 70 inches. Great for chilling and watching Netflix with your chick, or a guy or whatever. It’s furnished very nicely. And I believe that there is room serves on site, however I have not tried it yet. There may not be but I’m going downstairs to try the breakfast now. However I’m not really concerned because most times I stay in a courtyard, the breakfasts is great. There is parking on site, a rental car service as well. Oh, and let’s not forget laundry services, swimming pool, and fitness services. I know, I know, most people are not fans of the city of Waterbury, however this hotel is very well placed, and there is no doubt that I will be back.

I had a lovely stay and was at the hotel 3 nights.
One of my friends stayed in the room which had 2 queen beds for one night.
I came in fairly late around 10pm and a gentleman at the front desk offered to take my luggage upstairs to room 910, and to get ice, since the ice machine was not working on the 9th floor.
The room was near the elevator, but we never heard any noise.
The staff at breakfast is outstanding, professional, and efficient.
Coffee every morning was excellent!
We worked out in the small gym that was clean.
The front desk staff is very good and cheerful.
The hotel was sold out due to a wedding, and everyone worked hard and did a nice job!
This is the third time staying here and was equally a nice stay compared to the other 2 stays.
If you want your room refreshed, you just need to ask the front desk and they will accommodate.
Thank you for another wonderful stay!
