O defeito que encontrei foi de não ter encontrado lugar para os hóspedes ficarem a vontade , sentarem se enquanto aguardam o atendimento . O único lugar tem um sofá continuo para 8 pessoas e é desconfortável . O loby é pequeno para o porte do hotel e localização

Excelente hotel! Destaque para o banheiro q era pequeno mas muito funcional! Quarto com microondas, pequeno frigobar e chaleira elétrica com sachês de chá e café repostos todos os dias. Muito tranquilo para tomar o café da manhã ou um chazinho no final do dia.

O hotel é maravilhoso! Ótima localização, ao lado da estação Waterloo. Todas as possibilidades turísticas estão próximas podendo ir caminhando. Café da manhã excelente, atendimento afetuoso, quarto bem decorado, cama confortável e travesseiros macios. Tem restaurante no hotel para a hora de fome e cansaço do dia. Quando voltar a Londres ficarei hospedada novamente. Recomendo.

Localização próximo da Central Station. A estação é a Waterloo. Fica a poucos minutos do Rio Tâmisa e do London Eye, casa do terror etc.... hotel familiar. As refeições são em geral saborosas. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Hotel muito procurado, por isso muito cheio. Todos os dias existe fila, para tomarmos o pequeno-almoço. Fiquei no primeiro piso é muito sinceramente não o aconselho a ninguém, pois nesse piso, existe uma cozinha com sala de refeições, com cheiro a peixe frito, que nos inunda o quarto. Note se que este cheiro pela manhã enjoa imenso. Outro inconveniente deprimente, foi a vista do quarto..... ou seja a ausência de vista 😏 Tinha a Central Station em frente da minha janela, para além da estação o único elemento visível era o Céu. Muito triste. Nem o reposteiro podia abrir, pois as pessoas na estação veriam o meu quarto. A cama era confortável.

Bom hotel, boa localização, perto da London Eye, Big Ben, Parlamento...só não gostei que as janelas não abrem o que torna o uso do ar condicionado obrigatório e deixa o quarto bastante abafado.

Hotel com muito boas condições de alojamento, pequeno almoço para todos os gostos e feitios. Há sempre um lusitano no staff nas várias secções. Restaurante italiano agradável que será reformado para outro tipo de cozinha em breve. Acolhedor.

O Hotel acolhedor, bem localizado, a poucos metros do Coca Cola London Eye e proximo da estacao de comboios. Na proximidade existem varioslocais onde pode efetuar refeicoes rapidas. Contudo recomendo experimentar o restaurante do hotel que excelente. Quartos familiares, bem decorados. Todo o staf do hotel e muito simpatico. Recomendo!

Bom hotel. Ponto excelente. Café da manhã ok. Tem estacionamento no subsolo da rua Leak por 15€ a diária ou 20 por 24h. Metrô na porta. Staff tem brasileiro apesar de não serem muito amigáveis. O brasileiro é. Quarto grande. Ar condicionado bom. Banheiro bom.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel for mother's Day weekend. The location was great short walk to the Southbank and right next to Waterloo (but couldn't hear any noise at all) or family studio was nice and spacious our son loved the view of the trains and the floor to ceiling windows. Breakfast was also very good, great selection and never too busy we picked up the breakfast on a half price offer and kids ate free so was very good value. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Oscar in Reception was friendly and helpful. Our Penthouse was not ready but Oscar was going to put us in another room but that allocated room was occupied when we went to the room but Oscar went down and came up informing us our room was ready. Oscar provided us with fruit and soft drinks complimentary which was a great touch.
The penthouse was big and clean. Nice terrace with a nice view of Big Ben. Definitely recommend this room.
We had breakfast and Mama at breakfast was so friendly and helpful.
Excellent service from all the staff at the hotel.

I used this hotel instead of the park plaza Westminster Bridge across the road as that one was full.
The hotel is slightly older than the other one and the rooms aren't quite as nice. They aren't horrible or dated by any means, but just in comparison it's a step behind its posher sister.
My breakfast was nicer mind, they do their mushrooms differently, possibly enough of a difference to make me stay again... I lead a sad mushroom comparing life at times.
Service felt friendlier than the other one, but that's not to say the other one isn't friendly.
Oh and finally, the mattress was comfier but the soft pillows are still rubbish. Thinking about bringing my own these days.

This is my "go to hotel" whenever I stay in London.
Why? because the check-in team are always very welcoming, very friendly and accommodating - Lisbeth was über helpful this stay.
The hotel is always clean and tidy, rooms are of a good quality, spacious, good temperature, and considering it's in London "quiet"
The breakfast are great - always plenty of variety, and fresh.
Always value for money too.

Came back to the Park Plaza after previous visit a number of years ago. Room really great with fantastic views. We opted to overlook Waterloo Station - great for kids. Brilliant service from all the staff we spoke to.

Stayed on a Saturday night when going to a play at County Hall. The hotel is well located (just over Westminster Bridge from the Houses of Parliament). Rooms aren't large but have good facilities including bath and shower (elemis toiletries we're a nice touch), decent TV, safe, iron and board, tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was excellent with full English, continental and range of cereals. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location. Fantastic staff and service.Our room was on the 9th floor (14 floors in total). We had a superior double suite, London Eye view.The hotel is in an ideal place and all the attractions are within walking distance.The staff here are welcoming, warm, friendly and sociable. The staff made us feel very welcome.We didn't try the breakfast as we were unsure if the had many Vegan options (one of us was vegan). We went to BALANCE near Waterloo, just round the corner and had breakfast there.Thank you Park Plaza County Hall and all the amazing staff.

Fab hotel - Stayed for a night, was fortunate to be upgraded to a lovely studio room, with a view over the city. Very comfy beds and top quality bed linen, excellent breakfast, lovely bath and shower in the room. Absolutely no complaints. It was great value, as booked a few months ahead on one of the hotelwebsites. Great location, very quiet rooms, could hear nothing from outside and we were above Waterloo train station!

Not a bad room, but wouldn't class as "superior" . Bathroom had a slightly dodgy shower head and had to have the room safe replaced after original safe wouldn't lock and could not be fixed but reception got maintenance straight onto it. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed. Staff were great, friendly, helpful and very comical! Great location and so central to the eye, aquarium etc. Would visit again.

Muy buena situación. Habitación amplia. Desayuno correcto. El unico inconveniente es que en recepción nadie hablaba español. Supongo que buena parte de sus huéspedes hablaran ese idioma, el segundo mas hablado del mundo y llama la atencion que un hotel turístico de una cuidad tan visitada tenga esta carencia.

Realmente es un buen hotel, en esta ocasión fue una estancia familiar perfectamente organizada en una habitación estudio que tiene cocina simple, aseo con ducha y baño, sala de estar con sofá cama de gran calidad, además de habitación principal. Tiene un pequeño frigo y armarios. Cálculo 45 metros cuadrados. Para familia de cuatro genial. El desayuno supervariado y de gran calidad.La ubicación no puede ser mejor justo en el centro cerca del metro y estación de tren Waterloo, también a cinco minutos de Westminster y London eye. Todo un acierto para hacer turismo una semana y más.

Las habitaciones bien pero no se pueden permitir el desastre de la hora del desayuno . Colas de 50 minutos , muy poca variedad y agotado la mitad de las cosas . Un auténtico desastre que hace que no invite a repetir , y si encima vas con niños ..... no recomiendo este hotel salvo que evites desayunar y comer

Es un hotel muy bien situado. En frente tienes la London Eye y el puente de Westminster. Las habitaciones son espaciosas ideales para ir con niños. Nosotros somos 4 en total y no tuvimos ningún problema de espacio. La única pega de la habitación es la ducha. Muy pequeña e incómoda para ducharse. El personal muy amable y atento. Repetiría sin ninguna duda.

Muy atentos, muy limpio.Las habitaciones amplias para ir en familia, dos tv una para cada cama. Baño amplio con bañera y ducha. Desayuno bueno y el cocinero muy amable y habla Español. La ubicación fantástica al lado del london eye.

Buen hotel a 5 minutos del famoso BigBen. Bien ubicado, el metro a 3 minutos. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y espaciosas.Los estudios incorporan hasta cocina, con microondas. Disponen de hasta plancha y tabla de planchar. Los desayunos muy completos, aunque depende la hora que bajes hay mucha cola (punto negativo) La comida, aunque algo elevada de precio como en todo Londres, esta bien.

Estuvimos de vacaciones en Agosto de 2015. El personal muy agradable. La habitación-apartamento muy cómoda, aunque quizás un poco pequeña para 4 personas. Muy silenciosa pese a dar hacia la estación de Waterloo. El desayuno muy bueno. La situación inmejorable.
