Não consegui nenhuma foto do hotel, mas era muito bom e muito limpo. Temos uma suíte de hidromassagem por 3 noites e foi um sonho. Nosso único problema foi que o AC no quarto não era ótimo e os jatos na banheira estavam ativos apenas por um curto período de tempo. As camas eram confortáveis; estava em uma ótima localização fora do tráfego da cidade; ficava ao lado de uma sala de cinema e vários locais de alimentação para facilitar o acesso; o café-da-manhã foi delicioso e tinha algo para todos. Eu ficaria aqui novamente se eu fiz outra viagem a Cincinnati.

No conseguí ninguna foto del hotel pero era muy agradable y muy limpio. Conseguimos una suite con hidromasaje por 3 noches y fue un sueño. Nuestro único problema fue que el aire acondicionado en la habitación no era excelente y los chorros en la bañera solo estuvieron activos por un corto tiempo. Las camas eran cómodas; estaba en una excelente ubicación fuera del tráfico de la ciudad; estaba al lado de una sala de cine y varios lugares de comida para facilitar el acceso; el desayuno era delicioso y tenía algo para todos. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo si hiciera otro viaje a Cincinnati.

I did not get any photos of the hotel but it was very nice and very clean. We got a whirlpool suite for 3 nights and it was a dream. Our only issue was that the AC in the room was not great and the jets on the tub were only active a short while. The beds were comfortable; it was in a great location outside of city traffic; it was beside a movie theatre and several food places for ease of access; the breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. I would stay here again if I did another trip to Cincinnati.

Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei. Camas super confortáveis, paredes grossas para pouco barulho. Também têm uma piscina interior e uma agradável área de pequeno-almoço. A localização é perfeita também. Recomendo este!!!

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado. Camas súper cómodas, paredes gruesas para un poco de ruido. También tiene una piscina cubierta y una agradable área de desayuno. La ubicación también es perfecta. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este!

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Super comfortable beds, thick walls for little noise. Also have an indoor pool and nice breakfast area. Location is perfect as well. Highly recommend this one!!!

Bom serviço ao cliente, mas houve algumas coisas que eu não gostei. 1) Eles permitem que os fumantes se sentem em frente à entrada principal e fumem apesar de suas publicações sobre não fumar. Este foi o maior problema para mim por causa dos meus filhos. 2) O quarto cheirava quando chegamos lá. Tivemos que deixar o ar fluir um pouco antes de podermos entrar.

Check-in no sábado, saímos na quarta-feira e a corrida não foi limpa. Meu marido teve que pegar as toalhas limpas do quarto de linho que foi deixado aberto, eu assumi propositalmente. O café da manhã era todo carboidrato. Torradas waffles bagels cereais aveia. a única proteína era os ovos ohh e manteiga de amendoim. Já havíamos ficado em outros locais e sempre tivemos uma boa experiência.

Buen servicio al cliente, pero hubo un par de cosas que no me gustaron. 1) Permiten que los fumadores se sienten frente a la entrada principal y fumen a pesar de sus publicaciones de no fumar. Este fue el mayor problema para mí debido a mis hijos. 2) La habitación olía cuando llegamos por primera vez. Tuvimos que dejar que el aire fluyera un poco antes de poder entrar.

Nos registramos el sábado, nos fuimos el miércoles y la carrera no se limpió en absoluto. Mi esposo tuvo que conseguir las toallas limpias del cuarto de ropa blanca que se dejó abierta, supuse a propósito. El desayuno era todo carbohidratos. Tostadas gofres bagels cereales avena. la única proteína eran los huevos y la mantequilla de maní. Nos habíamos alojado en otros lugares y siempre tuvimos una buena experiencia.

Checked in Saturday we left Wednesday and run was not cleaned at all. My husband had to get the clean towels from the linen room that was left open I assumed purposely. Breakfast was all carbs. Toast waffles bagels cereal oatmeal. the only protein was the eggs ohh and peanut butter. We had stayed at other locations and always had a good experience.

Good customer service but there was a couple of things I did not like. 1) They allow smokers to sit in front of the main entrance and smoke despite their no smoking publications. This was the biggest problem for me because of my kids. 2) The room smelled when we first got there. We had to let the air flow a bit before we could enter.
