Stayed with a large group of 50 . And while we had some initial confusion about our rooms, when we finally got into them the were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but I would recommend bringing snacks for in the evening as they do not have any vending. You can purchase chips and soda from the front desk but I wasn't particularly impressed with the lack of options. The staff was excellent in assisting my group. Como acompanhamento, a equipe hoje melhorou muito, especialmente na recepção! Embora eles não tenham sido capazes de acomodar um horário de check-out mais tarde (compreensível, pois é o fim de semana de 4 de julho), eles foram muito prestativos, gentis e profissionais em guardar nossa bagagem. Nice hotel, mas CUIDADO se você é um Hilton regular: Meu amigo e eu recentemente tivemos uma estadia de duas noites neste hotel, que no geral correu bem e tivemos uma experiência agradável. Sou membro Diamond da Hilton e fico exclusivamente nos Hotéis Hilton quando viajo. Além disso, também tenho o cartão de crédito da marca Hilton, que uso em todas as minhas estadias. No entanto, os encargos para este hotel estão sendo cobrados em "Comfort Inn" desde que foi convertido de um Comfort Inn há algum tempo. Nice hotel but BEWARE if you are a Hilton regular: My friend and I recently had a two night stay at this hotel which overall went well and we had a nice experience. I am a Hilton diamond member and exclusively stay at Hilton Hotels when traveling. In addition I also have the Hilton branded credit card which I use for all of my stays. However, the charges for this hotel are being billed under “Comfort Inn” since it was converted from a Comfort Inn quite a while ago. It’s very disappointing and frustrating that they have not updated their credit card charging systems, and I am missing points on my Hilton credit card because of this. I have already tried to contact Hilton on at least three occasions to get this resolved and everyone keeps pointing me towards someone else. It’s been hours of wasted experience and great frustration to get some thing that should be absolutely automatic. I can’t imagine that I’m the first person who has been trying to get this resolved. So I would recommend staying at this hotel if you aren’t specifically focused on the fact that it’s a Hilton property, but as a Hilton diamond member I definitely wouldn’t stay here again unless this is resolved. They have been a Hilton hotel for months to a year, so there is no reason this should be an ongoing issue. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth for an otherwise decent hotel stay. The staff were all very nice.

As a follow up, the staff today was much improved especially at the front desk! Although they weren’t able to accommodate a later checkout time (understandable since it’s 4th of July weekend) they were most helpful, kind and professional in storing our luggage. They even provided my daughters and I with umbrellas since it was raining outside! This is the level of customer service we know & love about Hilton & their luxury boutique brands!

Falsely advertised as a “new” hotel. This is an old hotel that was refurbished. The location is in a bad area. One very small elevator. Bar on site that was not available. No on-site restaurant.
Completely overpriced.
We canceled night 2 & 3 of our trip after our first night.
Beds were nice though.

Este hotel foi incrível! Fiquei aqui em março de 2022 e fiquei impressionado. O hotel era limpo e moderno (como seria de esperar pelo preço), os colchões eram confortáveis e os funcionários eram simpáticos. Este hotel é de primeira linha para o seu tipo.Embora eu diga, a área de café-da-manhã tinha cheiro de aditivos pela manhã. A água quente também estava meio fria. Mas o que você espera de um café da manhã incluído no hotel?No geral, porém, este é o melhor hotel de 2 estrelas em que já fiquei. Eu absolutamente ficaria aqui novamente.

Ficamos aqui duas vezes em duas viagens e o hotel é um ótimo valor pela qualidade e localização. Ele está localizado à direita da River Street e a uma curta distância de todos os restaurantes e locais ao redor de Savannah. Os quartos são modernos e limpos, a cama e os lençóis são confortáveis e muito bem cuidados, e o lobby e a área do bar são lindos.A única desvantagem é que à noite a área pode parecer um pouco incompleta, está localizada em frente a um grande complexo de apartamentos que parece muito degradado e, embora não seja culpa do hotel, eu não recomendaria retornar ao hotel tarde da noite por pé.

Nos hemos alojado aquí dos veces en dos viajes y el hotel tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio por la calidad y la ubicación. Está ubicado justo a la salida de River Street ya poca distancia a pie de todos los restaurantes y lugares alrededor de Savannah. Las habitaciones son modernas y limpias, la cama y la ropa de cama son cómodas y están muy bien mantenidas, y el vestíbulo y el área del bar son hermosos.El único inconveniente es que por la noche el área puede sentirse un poco incompleta, está ubicado justo enfrente de un gran complejo de apartamentos que parece muy deteriorado y, aunque no es culpa del hotel, no recomendaría regresar al hotel tarde en la noche por pie.

Advertised amenities lacking: shuttle out of service, laundry out of service, wifi--poor, no restaurant-- only normal breakfast, which is fine.Staff friendly and accommodating. This hotel was amazing! I stayed here in March 2022, and I was impressed. The hotel was clean and modern (as you’d expect for the price), the mattresses were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. This hotel is top-tier for its type.Although I will say, the breakfast area did smell of additives in the morning. The hot water was also kind of cold. But what do you expect for an included hotel breakfast?Overall, though, this is the best 2-star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed here twice on two trips and the hotel is a great value for the quality and location. It is located right off of River Street and within walking distance to all of the restaurants and venues around Savannah. The rooms are modern and clean, bed and linens are comfy and very well maintained, and the lobby and bar area are beautiful.
The only downside is that at night the area can feel a little sketchy, it is located right across from a large apartment complex that appears very run down and while no fault of the hotel, I wouldn’t recommend returning to hotel late at night by foot.

Clean and kept up. The staff was wonderful. The girl and young man that works evenings....totally rock. I will definitely stay here again. I loved the room and was comfortable my entire stay. Que lindo hotel! Tudo foi maravilhoso e todos os toques extras para tornar a estadia agradável foi um bônus. Os quartos são decorados com bom gosto, ótimas camas, o chuveiro walk-in foi um bônus para nós. O café da manhã estava enchendo a seleção era tão bom quanto a maioria dos hotéis e melhor que outros. Todos, desde o pessoal da recepção até o pessoal do serviço de quarto, foram excepcionalmente agradáveis e agradáveis. Eu não hesitaria em ficar novamente e recomendar o Bluff a ninguém. What a beautiful hotel!Everything was wonderful and all of the extra touches to make the stay nice was a bonus.Rooms are decorated nicely, great beds, the walk-in shower was a bonus for us.Breakfast was filling at the selection was as good as most hotels and better than others.Everyone from the front desk personnel to the room service personnel were exceptionally nice and pleasant.I would not hesitate to stay again and recommend the Bluff to anyone.A short walk to the River Front and good dining.Perfec getaway.....
