The room was clean and spacious. The bed couch was too small in my opinion to put 2 kids. The breakfast was not that great. First morning not enough waffle batter and the 2nd morning no juice in the machine. Beds were not that comfortable either.

O hotel é limpo e bem conservado. A senhora da recepção foi acolhedora e gentil (fiquei especialmente impressionado com seu comportamento quando o adolescente na minha frente na fila começou a xingar o quarto dela para o atendente. Eu não poderia ter sido esse paciente). Minha única reclamação foi a piscina. Tem uma piscina interior aquecida que tem um cheiro a mofo e fortemente clorado que permeou grande parte do primeiro andar. Meus filhos queriam nadar, mas o cheiro era muito forte. Além disso, é um excelente hotel (facilmente ganhando 5 estrelas) e nós apreciamos a nossa estadia.

Pressão da água baixa. A pia do banheiro não escoava bem. As áreas comuns estavam quentes. Eu pessoalmente não tomei café da manhã minha irmã fez, ela disse que era horrível, outro hóspede na verdade a avisou no elevador que não era muito bom. Os quartos eram muito limpos, o lobby é decorado lindamente. Acima de tudo eu voltaria novamente.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and kind (I was especially impressed by her demeanor when the teen in front of me in line started cursing about her room to the attendant. I could not have been this patient). My only complaint was the pool. It has an indoor heated pool that has a musty and heavily chlorinated smell that permeated through much of the first floor. My kids wanted to swim, but the smell was too strong. Besides this, it is an excellent hotel (easily earning 5 stars) and we enjoyed our stay.

Water pressure low. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain well at all. The common areas were hot. I personally did not have breakfast my Sister did, she said it was awful, another guest actually warned her in the elevator that it wasn't very good. The rooms were very clean, the lobby is decorated beautifully. Over all I would go back again.

Chegamos tarde da noite esperando uma boa noite de descanso. Em vez disso, fomos recebidos com um cheiro de mofo/mofo explodindo em nosso quarto. We got in late at night hoping for a good night’s rest. Instead, we were greeted with a moldy/musty smell blasting through our room. We are all congested this morning and did not sleep well. Our toilet and shower had brown stains and looked like they had not been cleaned in awhile. This morning, the breakfast bar was picked over. No breakfast attendant could be found. The eggs were swimming in a pool of salty water. Everyone at the front desk looked very disinterested in helping. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

This is the worst Comfort Inn we've ever stayed at. It should not be a Comfort Inn because it's not even close to their standards! The carpet was filthy. We ran out of toilet paper the second day of our 3 day stay and the maid just left the roll unopened on the sink. Didn't even put it on the roller. The first morning there were no plates in the breakfast room. Hard for people to eat waffles out of a bowl. The next 2 mornings there were no eggs. Not much of anything there. The staff didn't seem to care. The breakfast room attendant would rather be smoking her cigarette or drinking her coffee. This is not a good place and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Ficamos uma noite em 3 de junho de 2022 e ficamos desapontados com o nosso quarto. Estava sujo e a ventilação do banheiro no teto parecia que um animal peludo tinha ido lá e morrido devido à poeira e sujeira! Que nojo! O tapete tinha uma peça faltando na área principal em que você entrou, e a porta não tinha um mapa de saída de incêndio, o que provavelmente era uma violação do código de segurança contra incêndio. Nós estávamos em primeiro animado para estar lá desde o lobby era bonito e limpo. A equipe foi amigável e profissional e o café da manhã era bom. As camas eram confortáveis e limpas. Mas pagamos $ 229 e depois de ver a condição do quarto, não voltaremos. Uma renovação que precisávamos desesperadamente!!!

We stayed one night June 3, 2022 and were disappointed in our room. It was dingy and the bathroom vent in the ceiling looked as if a furry animal had gone there and died due to the dust and dirt! Yuck! The carpet had a piece missing in the main area you walked in, and the door did not have a fire exit map which us probably a fire safety code violation. We were at first excited to be there since the lobby was beautiful and clean.The staff was friendly andprofessional and the breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable and clean. But we paid $229 and after seeing the condition of the room, we will not be back. A renovation us desperately needed!!!

Havia um monte de bandeiras vermelhas com este quarto de hotel. Andar nele parecia sujo. Reservamos uma suíte e é muito pequena. O secador não funciona. A pressão da água é horrível. Metade dos canais da TV não funcionam. E o serviço ao cliente aqui é inferior. O colchão no sofá-cama é terrível. A área da piscina coberta precisa de algum trabalho e não havia toalhas. Há poeira no quarto, você pode dizer que foi feito um trabalho de limpeza rápido. Teria preferido ficar no meu hotel habitual, do outro lado da rua, o Country Inn and Suites.

O quarto era limpo e confortável e o nível de ruído era bom (ficamos em uma noite de segunda-feira). O estacionamento é muito lotado e a mulher que nos registrou, embora não seja desagradável, não foi amigável. Fiquei aqui por anos e sinto que foi ladeira abaixo; precisa de algum trabalho. Leitores de cartão nas portas externas não funcionavam, as escadas estavam sujas e cheiravam mal, as portas USB na sala não funcionavam. O café não era bom e havia água por todo o chão durante o café da manhã (acabamos não comendo) e o membro da equipe presente não o limpou. Eu poderia ficar aqui novamente, mas eu procuraria em outro lugar primeiro.

The room was clean and comfortable and the noise level was fine (stayed on a Monday night). The parking lot is very crowded and the woman who checked us in, while not unpleasant, was not friendly. I have stayed here for years and I feel it has gone downhill; it needs some work. Card readers on exterior doors did not work, stairwells were dirty and smelled, the USB ports in the room did not work at all. The coffee was not good and there was water all over the floor during breakfast (we ended up not eating) and the staff member present did not clean it up. I might stay here again, but I would look elsewhere first.

There were a bunch of red flags with this hotel room. Walking in it felt dirty. We booked a suite and it is very tiny. The blow dryer doesn’t work. The water pressure is horrible. Half of the channels on the TV don’t work. And the customer service here is subpar. The mattress on the pull out couch is terrible.The indoor pool area needs some some work and there were no towels provided. There’s dust in room, you can tell there was a fast cleaning job done. Would have much rather stayed at my usual hotel, across the street, the Country Inn and Suites.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was average, but adds a lot to the value. No complaints!We were visiting downtown Savannah and Tybee Island, so it was a bit of a drive, but much less expensive than if we stayed closer.

O serviço de limpeza do quarto definitivamente precisa de algumas melhorias, pois não foi aspirado e, se foi, eles não moveram nada, pois encontramos batatas fritas no chão em todo o quarto e a comida ainda estava na geladeira do hóspede anterior. O nível do laço à noite era ridículo, pois podíamos dormir com as portas batendo a noite toda, para rir, xingar e gritar nos corredores.

Its a mediocre place to stay if you have no other alternative but I guess the saying goes you get what you pay for. The check in lady was fabulous. The room cleaning service definitely needs some improvement as it wasn't vacuumed and if it was they didn't move anything as we found chips on the floor throughout the room and food was still in the fridge from the previous guest. The noose level at night was ridiculous as we could barley sleep with doors slamming ALL night, to the laughing, cussing and yelling in the halls.
